INSTALLATION STEPS
Step 1: Install the base (Pas 2, 3, 7)

Step 2: Install the central pole (Pas 1, 4, 5, 20).
Step 3: Inse the central pole to the
base.
Step 4: Install the suppoing tube
(Pas 6).

Step 5: Install the barbell tube and hanging hook(Pas 8, 9, 10).
Note: Step 1-5 show you how to install the R17 sangbag rack.

Step 6: Install pull up bar (Pas 24).
