Using Your Ice Shaver:
CAUTION: Your SnowStorm ™ Manual Ice Shaver by VICTORIO® has
a child safety guard built in to cover the sharp, stainless steel blade. Each
time the lid is removed, the safety guard automatically covers the blade and
locks in place for safe use.
Before using for the rst time, and following periods of prolonged stor-
age, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not put in a
dishwasher.
To make uffy shaved-ice-style snow, the quality of ice is very important.
Ice should be rm and come directly from the freezer. Wet ice will produce
a wet slush output, not snow. For best results, keep ice in a freezer until
immediately before shaving.
1. Fill ice mold 2/3 full with water and place in the freezer to create a
solid block of ice.
2. Take ice block directly from the freezer and place into the cylinder of
the ice shaver. Make sure the groove in the block is facing up.
3. Connect the lid to the cylinder making sure to close it snugly, but do
not overtighten.
4. Place the empty ice mold underneath the blade to catch ice as it is
shaved.
5. Turn the handle clockwise while applying slight downward pressure to
shave the ice into the container. Stop turning when desired amount of
snow is reached.
6. Before inserting a new ice block, use a clean, dry cloth to remove any
melted ice from the bottom of the cylinder.
7. Scoop ice into a VICTORIO Snow Cone Cup, add your favorite
VICTORIO® Premium Syrup, soft drink, or fresh fruit to the shaved
ice and enjoy!
• Piña Colada
• Root Beer
• Tropical Punch
• Watermelon

Adjusting Shaved Ice Texture
CAUTION: The blade is extremely sharp, so use extra caution when adjusting!
Slightly loosen the two screws holding the shaving blade. Push the blade up
for a coarser shave, or down for a ner shave. Be sure to tighten the screws
after adjusting the blade.
Snow Cones
Fill VICTORIO® Snow Cone Cups with shaved ice and mound tops with
additional “snow”. Dispense your favorite VICTORIO® Syrup directly on
top of the shaved ice. Combine different syrups to create your own unique
avors. Because the shaved ice is so snowy ne, it absorbs the avored
syrup instead of running to the bottom. This gives you a truly intense avor
sensation all the way through!
Chocolate Marshmallow Snow Cone
Drizzle your favorite chocolate syrup over your shaved snow cone and top
with marshmallow cream. A classic!
Maple Snow Cone
Pour maple syrup over your shaved snow cone for a favorite northern treat!
Slushies
Mix your favorite VICTORIO® Premium Snow Cone Syrup avor with
water. Fill your ice molds and freeze. Shave as usual and enjoy!
Chocolate or Strawberry Slush Shake

enjoy!
