The VP90 Cart was designed as an accessory to the Victory Innovations®
backpack electrostatic sprayer. The cart allows use of the backpack at full
capacity without having to physically carry it, which is especially helpful for
extended spraying. With a wheeled cart to support the weight of the
backpack and its liquid contents, the user is less physically taxed and can
still move around freely due to the sprayer’s cordless design.

HOW TO USE
PREPARING THE BACKPACK AND CART FOR USE
1. Using the 8’/2.4m hose provided, place the hose in the channel located on the
base of the cart, allowing around 6 inches (15 cm) of hose on the right side of the
cart. This is where the hose will connect to the backpack.
2. Place the backpack onto the cart. Tuck the waist straps behind and into the
space located behind the backpack, between the extension arms.
3. To secure the backpack onto the cart, loop the thin black strap located on top of
the shoulder straps through each black plastic clip located on each side of the
extensions.
4. Connect the hose to the backpack, starting with the electrical connection and
then the solution.
5. Insert the battery, making sure the door is closed and secure before adding any
solution to the tank.
6. Fill with chemical needed for the spraying job. It is recommended to remove the
tankfromthebackpacktopreventanyspillageontothebackpack,cartoroor.
7. Attach the spray handle to the hose, starting with electrical connection and
ending with solution.
8. Install the nozzle and extension wand (if using) using the nozzle wrench.
1. Push or pull the backpack to the
location you intend to spray.
2. Turn the backpack on.
3. Press the trigger on the spray handle,

The cap can be left off to allow the tank to air dry.
7. Remove the extension wand and place into the extension wand holder on the cart
handle.
8. Disconnect the solution hose and then the electrical connection from the spray
handle. Allow the hose to rest over the cart handle on the hose channel.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM LIKELY CAUSE SOLUTION
The VP300 backpack
doesn’ttcorrectlyonthe
base.
The straps may interfere
with the backpack sitting
comfortably on the base.
Maneuver the straps into
the back of the unit so the
backpack can sit securely
in the base.
The VP300 base unit leaks
when I remove the hose.
The solution in the tank
creates pressure through
the pump, causing water
to leak out of the hose
connection point.
Remove the tank from the
unit and store the
chemical properly when
not in use and place the
cap on the hose or
electrical connector.
The VP90 cart doesn’t
move easily.
Hair or other debris is
tangled around the
wheels.
Check each wheel for any
debris that might be
causing the wheel to not
freely turn.
The handle is loose. The screws holding the
handle in place are loose.
Using two Phillips screw-
drivers, tighten the screws
on either side of the
extension. Check all four
sets of screws.
The cart doesn’t pull
forward correctly.
The hose hasn’t been
placed into the channel
under the backpack.
Place the hose through
