HEATING PAD
OPERATION AND STORAGE MANUAL

third party, this instruction manual must be supplied with it.

FEATURES
HEATING PAD
You can use the heat pad to gently warm and relax various parts of the body. Using
the heat pad stimulates blood circulation in hardened muscles and helps you to relax
after a strenuous day. The heat pad features an electric temperature control that
regulates the temperature according to the chosen setting.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, remove any stickers or similar from the appliance except for the
rating label.
Dispose of any plastic bags as they pose a risk of suffocation to young children.
Please read this manual before operating the appliance and keep it in a safe place
for future reference. If this appliance is transferred to a new owner, the manual
should also be provided to the new owner.
IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES AND PRECAUTIONS
Carefully check the heat pad before each use, if you notice wear or damage.
Do not use if you notice wear, damage or signs of improper use on the heat pad,
the switch or the cables. Return it to the supplier.
Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply
voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with your mains supply.
Do not fold or crease the heat pad during use.
Neither pierce the pad with, nor attach, safety pins or other spiky or sharp objects to
the pad.
Do not use the heat pad on children or persons who are disabled, asleep or sensitive
to heat.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Never use the pad unsupervised.
Do not fall asleep while the heat pad is switched on.
Prolonged use of the heated cushion at a high setting could lead to skin burns.
Do not cover the pad with any other cushions. The control switch should not be
covered, or placed on or below the pad while the unit is in operation.
Do not sit on the heat pad. Instead, rest the pad on or against the part of the body
to be treated.
Never touch a heat pad that has fallen into water. Unplug the unit from the mains
outlet immediately.
Keep the mains lead away from hot surfaces.
Never carry, pull, or turn the heat pad by the mains lead and do not let the lead get
tangled.
Do not use the heat pad when wet, and only use it in dry environments (not in the
bathroom or similar environments).
The controls and leads must not be exposed to any kind of moisture.
If a fault occurs, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Repairs must only be
carried out by an authorized specialist dealer or other suitably qualified personnel.
A damaged power supply cable must be replaced with a power cable of the same type.
When storing the heat pad, allow it to cool down before folding.
Should you have any concerns about health issues, consult your doctor before using
the heat pad.
Do not use the heat pad on parts of the body that are swollen, injured or inflamed.
Should you experience persistent pains in the muscles or joints, please inform your
doctor. Persistent pains can be a symptom of serious illness.
If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the unit, stop using it immediately.
WARNINGS
Please ensure that the polythene packing is kept away from the reach of children.
Risk of suffocation.
Do not puncture the heated cushion.
Do not use the heated cushion when it is folded.
Only use the heated cushion indoors.
The heating pad can be washed by hand. You may wash the cushion cover in a
normal wash at max. 30 °C.
Do not chlorinate.
Do not dry the heated cushion in a tumble dryer. The cushion cover may not be put
in a dryer.
Do not iron the heated cushion. You may iron the cushion cover at a low
temperature.
Do not dry clean.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug the unit into the mains outlet and move the slider control from position 0 to
position 1.
2. The power LED will light up in green. After a few minutes you will be able to feel
the pad getting noticeably warmer. If you require a higher temperature setting,
move the switch to the next position, 2, or to the maximum heat setting, position 3.
If the pad gets too hot for you, move the slider back to position 2 or 1.
3. After a short while the heating pad cools down noticeably.
4. To switch the unit off, move the switch back to position 0.
5. The green power LED will go out, indicating that the unit is switched off. Unplug
the unit from the mains outlet. Move the selector switch to position 1 or 2 before
falling asleep or any continuous use. The heat pad will switch off automatically
after approx. 90 minutes of continuous use.
6. To switch it back on again, move the slider control to position O and then back to
the desired heat setting.
7. Unplug the unit from the mains outlet once you have finished using it.
CLEANING AND MAINTANANCE
Before cleaning the pad, unplug it from the mains outlet and let it cool down for
at least ten minutes.
The heating pad is equipped with a detachable cable. Disconnect the plug and
remove the cable from the heating pad.
You may wash the heating pad gently by hand. The best way to do this is to put
the heating pad in a bath with lukewarm water and some mild detergent and then
gently squeeze it out.
Rinse the heating pad several times to remove all the detergent.
Store the unit in a clean and dry place, laid out flat with nothing covering or
resting on top of it.
Only use the appliance once it is completely dry.

This product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste.
