Instructions d’utilisation
1- Régler la table à l’angle désiré (Fig.5 (1));
Set the angle of the table (Fig.5 (1))
2- Approcher la table le plus près possible de la courroie (Fig.5 (2));
Draw the table near the belt (Fig.5 (2));
3- Affuter les outils à arêtes vives en plaçant la pointe vers le haut (Fig.5 (3));
Sharpen sharp-edged tools using the tip at the top (Fig.5 (3)
4- Polir les outils à arêtes vives (avec une courroie de coton) en plaçant la pointe
vers le bas (Fig.6 (4));
Polish sharp-edged tools (with cotton belt) using the tip at the bottom (Fig.6 (4));
5- Utiliser la partie flottante de la courroie, au besoin, selon l’objet à affuter (Fig.7
(5)).
Use the floating section of the belt, accordingly with the type of object to
sharpen (Fig.7 (5)).

Entretien
Si la poulie menée tend à surchauffer: la démonter et huiler l’intérieur du coussinet de
bronze poreux. Laisser l’huile pénétrer pendant quelques minutes avant de remonter.
L’utilisation de graisse à la place de l’huile est inefficace.
If the idler wheel seems to overheat: dismount it and oil the oillite bushing. Wait a few
minutes before to let oil imbibe the bushing and then, re-assemble. It is ineffective to
use grease instead of oil.
