1. Wichtige Hinweise
Bitte lesen Sie vor der ersten Anwendung des Produktes bzw. dessen Einbau diese Bedienungs-
anleitung aufmerksam durch. Bewahren Sie diese auf, sie ist Teil des Produktes.
1.1 Sicherheitshinweise
Vorsicht:
Verletzungsgefahr!
Aufgrund der vorgesehenen Verwendung kann das Produkt Spitzen, Kanten und abbruchgefährdete
Teile aufweisen. Für die Montage sind Werkzeuge nötig.
Stromschlaggefahr!
Die Anschlussdrähte niemals in eine Steckdose einführen! Verwendetes Versorgungsgerät
(Transformator, Netzteil) regelmäßig auf Schäden überprüfen. Bei Schäden am Versorgungs-
gerät dieses keinesfalls benutzen!
Alle Anschluss- und Montagearbeiten nur bei abgeschalteter Betriebsspannung durchführen!
Ausschließlich nach VDE/EN gefertigte Modellbahntransformatoren verwenden! Stromquellen
unbedingt so absichern, dass es bei einem Kurzschluss nicht zum Kabelbrand kommen kann.
1.2 Das Produkt richtig verwenden
Dieses Produkt ist bestimmt:
- Zum Einbau in Modellgebäude.
- Zum Anschluss an einen Modellbahntransformator (z. B. Art. 5200) bzw. an einer Modell-
bahnsteuerung mit zugelassener Betriebsspannung.
- Zum Betrieb in trockenen Räumen.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resul-
tierende Schäden haftet der Hersteller nicht.
1.3 Packungsinhalt überprüfen
Kontrollieren Sie den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit:
- 12 Lichtboxen (4 versch. Größen)
- 1 LED-Platine aus Art. 6048

2. Einleitung
Die Lichtboxen zur indirekten Fensterbeleuchtung ermöglichen eine völlig neuartige Einzelbeleuch-
tung von Räumen. Zur Beleuchtung der Lichtboxen empfehlen wir die LEDs mit Anschlusskabel in
gelb, Art. 6047, weiß, Art. 6048 und warmweiß, Art. 6046, die Platinen mit einer LED in gelb, Art.
6007, weiß, Art. 6008, warmweiß, Art. 6006, die Platinen mit je zwei LEDs in gelb, Art. 6018, weiß,
Art. 6017 und warmweiß, Art. 6021, oder die LED mit TV-Simulation, Art. 5079. Die Lichtboxen
werden von innen hinter die Fenster geklebt und geben dem Raum Tiefe. Auf diese Weise wird
das Durchleuchten der Wände verhindert. Auch für TT und N Gebäude geeignet.

3. Einbau
Zum Einbau der Hausbeleuchtung siehe Abb. 1.
Tipp: Die Steck-Verteilerleiste 12-polig, für Beleuchtung, Art. 6049, verbindet bis zu 12 Strom-
verbraucher. Ohne Stecker, Schraubklemmen und Löten.
2 in 1! Art. 5205, Verteilerleiste mit Powermodul. Ein kompaktes Modul für einfachen Anschluss
und helle, flackerfreie LED-Beleuchtung.
3.1 Mehr Tiefenwirkung für die Modellfenster
Richtig vorbildgerecht wirkt ein beleuchtetes Fenster erst, wenn zwischen Gardinen und Fens-
terscheibe ein kleiner Abstand besteht, der die Mauerdicke (Laibung) darstellt. Abb. 3 und 4
zeigen, wie leicht das zu bauen ist. Zur Imitation der Fensterlaibung benötigen Sie nur den mit-
gelieferten, lichtundurchlässigen Karton oder entsprechendes Kunststoffplattenmaterial, ein
sehr scharfes Messer (Cutter) und etwas geeigneten Klebstoff.
Tipp: Sollte es für bestimmte Fenstergrößen keine passende Lichtbox geben, so kann man den
Karton auch hervorragend zum Abkaschen einer größeren Lichtbox auf eine kleinere Fenster-
größe verwenden.
4. Anschluss
Schließen Sie das Modell gemäß der Abb. 2 an.
5. Gewährleistung
Jeder Artikel wurde vor Auslieferung auf volle Funktionalität geprüft. Der Gewährleistungs-
zeitraum beträgt 2 Jahre ab Kaufdatum. Tritt in dieser Zeit ein Fehler auf und Sie finden die
Fehlerursache nicht, nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt mit uns auf ([email protected]).
Senden Sie uns den Artikel zur Kontrolle bzw. Reparatur bitte erst nach Rücksprache zu. Wird
nach Überprüfung des Artikels ein Herstell- oder Materialfehler festgestellt, wird er kostenlos
instandgesetzt oder ausgetauscht. Von der Gewährleistung und Haftung ausgeschlossen sind
Beschädigungen des Artikels sowie Folgeschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung,
Nichtbeachten der Bedienungsanleitung, nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch, eigenmäch-
tigen Eingriff, bauliche Veränderungen, Gewalteinwirkung, Überhitzung u. ä. verursacht werden.

1. Important information

1.1 Safety instructions
Caution:
Risk of injury!
Due to the intended use, this product can have peaks, edges and breakable parts. Tools
are required for installation.
Electrical hazard!
Never put the connecting wires into a power socket! Regularly examine the transformer for
damage. In case of any damage, do not use the transformer. Make sure that the power sup-
ply is switched off when you mount the device and connect the cables! Only use VDE/EN
tested special model train transformers for the power supply! The power sources must be
protected to prevent the risk of burning cables.
1.2 Using the product for its correct purpose
This product is intended:
– For installation in model train buildings.
– For connection to an authorized model train transformer (e. g. Viessmann item 5200).
– For use in dry rooms only.
Using the product for any other purpose is not approved and is considered inappropriate. The
manufacturer is not responsible for any damage resulting from the improper use of this product.
1.3 Checking the package contents
Check the contents of the package for completeness:
- 12 light boxes (4 different sizes)
- 1 LED board from item 6048
- Manual
2. Introduction
The light boxes provide completely new clear lighting of each single room. For lighting we
recommend our LEDs with connection cable in yellow, item 6047, white, item 6048 and warm-
white, item 6046, the boards with an LED in yellow, item 6007, white, item 6008, warm-white,
item 6006, boards with two LEDs in yellow, item 6018, white, item 6017 and warm-white, item
6021 or the LED with TV simulation, item 5079. Light boxes should be fixed inside the house
behind the windows. Light is prevented from shining through. Also suitable for TT and N build-
ings.

3. Mounting
For the mounting of the house illumination, see fig. 1.
Tip: The plug-in rail for interior lighting on board, 12-pole, item 6049 connects up to 12 power
consumers. No extra plug, screw terminals or soldering required.

and bright LED lighting without flickering.
3.1 Fantastic depth effect for your window
For a lighted window to be realistic, there should be a distance between the curtain and the
window, because of the thickness of the wall. The fig. 3 and 4 show how easy this is to assem-
ble. You only need the supplied non-transparent cardboard or plastic sheets, a very sharp knife
(cutter) and some glue.
Hint: If there is no light box for a specific window size, the cardboard can be used to shrink the
opening of a bigger light box to fit a smaller window.
4. Connection
Connect the model as shown in fig. 2.
5. Warranty
Each model has been tested as to its full functionality prior to delivery. The warranty period is
2 years starting on the date of purchase. Should a fault occur during this period please con-
tact our service department ([email protected]). Please send the item to the
Viessmann service department for check and repair only after consultation. If we find a mate-
rial or production fault to be the cause of the failure the item will be repaired free of charge or
replaced. Expressively excluded from any warranty claims and liability are damages of the item
and consequential damages due to inappropriate handling, disregarding the instructions of this
manual, inappropriate use of the model, unauthorized disassembling, construction modifica-
tions and use of force, overheating and similar.

Schneiden Sie ein Gardinenmotiv aus.
Cut out curtain background motive.
Kleben Sie es auf die Lichtbox.
Glue onto the light box.
Zeichnen Sie auf einem mindestens 1 mm dicken
Karton die Innenmaße des Fensters auf und schnei-
den den Grundriss mit einem Bastelmesser aus.
Draw the internal measurements on a cardboard
with minimum 1 mm depth. Cut the window

Das Gleiche geschieht mit dem Außenrahmen
der Lichtbox.

Dieses Teil wird nun auf das Gardinenmotiv geklebt.
Glue the part onto the curtain background.
Auf die mit Scheiben versehenen Fenster können
nun die Lichtboxen aufgeklebt werden.
Glue the light boxes onto the windows which are
now equipped with glasses.
In diesem Beispiel zeigen wir Ihnen ein Fenster
mit und das andere ohne Laibung.
