Safety Instructions
1. Read and preserve the instruction manual carefully.
2. Keep the machine in a stable at, which is dry, ventilated and out of the reach of children.
3. Understand the power specications before using the machine and then connect the power
according to the requirements.
4. Don’t use the machine when it is short of water or runs out of water.
5. Dispose the plastic and bubble board in the package appropriately to avoid hurting children
6. Don’t keep the hot water /steam muzzle towards person or other items.
7. Disassemble the coee-making machine and wash each unit only when the power is turned
o and the machine is cooled.
8. Don’t use wet dishcloth to clean the machine shell.
9. Don’t continue to use the machine when it is broken or the wire is broken. Please send it to
the professional repairing or special shops in time.
10. It is normal phenomenon to nd little residual powder in the rst use after purchasing the
coee machine.
11. The machine isn’t applicable to the group deciency in physical, feelings and mental,
including children. Except that they are under the directions of their guardian to operate the
machine safely and avoid playing with the machine for fun.

Introduction to each unit
Operational instructions and maintenance
1. Fill the water tank with fresh water
Open the left cover, pull the water tank handle straightly and take it out, then ll in
water till maximum level.
2. Press the startup key
2.1 Check to make sure the plug in line with the socket.
2.2 Turn the main switch to On, the display screen will show“Welcome”.
2.3 Choose the cup-volume: Revolve the volume button and place it in
the required position.

3. Functional key operations
Before using, the machine should be through self-examination, the procedures are as
follows:
Press the startup key, the display screen will show“SELF TEST”and the machine will
nish the process automatically. After that, the machine will enter heating mode, and
the screen will present“heating”, and it will last for 40 seconds.
• When heating process is completed, the screen will present“ready for use”.
• The next step is release hot water: revolve the hot water knob anti-clock-
wise to release hot water, in the opposite direction, it will stop.
• Check if there is bean in the bean hopper.
• The coee machine will enter the brewing coee and other operations

Remarks:
1. It won’t stop brewing until you press any button (single-cup key, double-cup key,
steam key and automatic washing key) , on the condition that the bean has already
been grinded

3.3 Coee-powder brewing function
Use the exclusive powder-spoon to get 6.5-10 g coee powder, then press the cof-
fee-powder brewing key, and the screen will show “1ESPRESSO, PREBREW, BREWING”.
The word“READY FOR USE” will be shown on the screen when the brewing is nished,
then it allows to choose the repeated function or other ones.
3.4 Steam function key
Press the key and the screen will show“STEAM PREPARING”, until the heating step is
nished, the words on the display screen will change to“STEAM READY”.
Dip the milk frother into the cup with milk; and the slowly revolve the hot water &
steam knob.
ATTENTION: The steam will be spouted out during this operation so please be cautious
to avoid scald.
Choose fresh freeze milk for frothing (dierent milk will produce deerent froth).
While making froth, just put the nozzle of the the milk frother into the half centimeter
of the water/milk level.

3.5 Automatic washing function key
Press down the key, the screen will present“RINSING”. When the washing is completed,
the words“READY FOR USE”will be shown again.
3.6 Methods of handling with shortage of water
In the process of using, if the display screen show the words “FILL WATER,TURN ON
KNOB”, you need to check if there is little water in the water tank, if so, please add
water in water tank and open the steam/hot water knob, you can read the words
“VENTILATING”on the display screen. Please wait until the water ows smoothly,
later the words“TURN OFF KNOB” will be presented on the screen. Close the steam/
hot water knob, the screen will show “READY FOR USE”, users can proceed with other
operations.

3.7 Coee powder neness adjusting knob
Fineness adjusting knob: level numbers are carved from 0 to 8, adjust the knob coun-
terclockwise. Level 0 means nest and level 8 means coarsest.
Remarks: after adjusting the powder neness, adjusted coee eect will exist after
the third cup of coee.
3.8 Coee powder volume adjusting knob
Coee-powder-volume adjusting mark: the sign“-”,means the least quantity, and
“+”means largest quantity, adjust the reciprocating rod, the volume increases when
it moves forward and decreases when it moves backward.

4.1 Language selection
According to the standard conguration, you can choose Chinese or English . Press
down the key of ok, the menu will show on the display screen: language and total
cups, the up and down keys can help you choose the language. Press the ok or menu
key again to choose one language, and exit.
4.2 Total brewing cups inquiry
Press the menu or ok key, the menu display screen will show: language and total cups
of coee, you can read the total brewing cups directly, after the inquiry, please press
the“exit” key .

4.3 Automatic washing function setup
Press down the menu or ok key, then press the down key to select the setups of
automated washing. The next step is to repress the menu or ok key, the screen will present:
“open or close”. Please make your choice and press the“exit”key.
Instructions: While the automated function is on, the coee machine will have self-cleaning
process automatically after the self-examination. While the automated function is o, the
coee machine will not have self-cleaning process after the self-examination.
4.4 The pre-brewing function setups
Press down the menu or ok key, then press the down key to select the setup of the
pre-brewing, next step is to press the menu or ok key again, the screen will present:“open
or close”. Please make your choice and press the“exit” key.
4.5 Pre-grinder powder function setups
Press down the menu or ok key, then press the down key to select the setup of the
pre-grinder powder, the next step is to repress the menu or ok key, the screen will present:
“open or close”. Please make your choice and press the“exit” key.
Instructions: While the setup of the pre-grinder powder is on, during the process of the rst
brewing cup of coee, the coee machine has already stored the powder for next cup.
Thus you could enjoy the instant coee brewing. While the setup of the pre-grinder powder
is o, the coee powder grinding process only serve when you press the brewing button, it
won’t store the powder for next cup.
4.6 Adjusting function of the coee temperature
Press down the menu or ok key, and then press the down key to choose the temperature of
coee. Repress the menu or ok key, the screen will show:“high, medium and low”, please
choose what you need, then press the “exit” key.
4.7 Setting the water hardness
Press the Menu / OK button, then the down button to change the settings for the water
hardness. There are 4 degrees of hardness. For further information, please refer to chapter 8.
4.8 Key-tone setups
Press down the menu or ok key, and then press the down key to choose the setting of
key-tone. u or ok key, the screen will show choice of“close and open”, please make you
choice and exit.
4.9 Signal sound setups
Press down the menu or ok key, and then press the down key to choose the setting of signal
sound. Repress the menu or ok key, the screen will show you choice of“close and open”.
Please make you choice and exit.
4.10 Energy-saving countdown setups (Standby timer
Press menu or ok key, and press the down key to choose the required function, then repress
the menu or ok key, then the display screen will prompt you“30 min,60 min,120min and close”,
please make your choice and exit. Instructions: leaving the machine unused for 30/60/120 min,
the machine will enter the energy- saving mode automatically.
Remarks: in the mode of energy-saving, if you need to wake-up the machine, just press any
button on the control panel, the machine will on self-examination process rst.
When self-examination nished, it enters into the heating mode. At the moment, the display
screen will show“heating”. The words“ready for use” will be shown on the screen when
heating process is completed.

6.1 Method to take out the brewing unit
1. Open the swing door
2. Take out the dump container.
3. Hold the handle of the brewing unit, press down the ear of funnel with your thumb,
and then it can be drawed out.
6.2 Method to put in the brewing unit

1. Press down the ear of funnel with your
thumb, then make the positioning bar
and the base move upwards.
2. Check that the arrow and the mark are
lined up.

3. Propel the two positioning bars into the groove, press the toner hopper with your
thumb. When the sound“ kata” is heard, it means put in the brewing unit
successfully. Next, put in the dump container and close the swing door.
7. Daily Maintenance
1. Water tank:
It should be on daily cleaning, ll in fresh water before making coee and better
keep the water temperature below 35° and use pure water.
2. Brewing unit:
Wash and clean it when nishing daily household use. In the normal state, just use
fresh water to clean it every two weeks.
3. Milk frother cleaning:
Clean up the milk remained on the nozzle in time after each frother making and
then release hot water.
4. Coee machine cleaning:
If you would not use the machine for a long time, please clean the dump container,
drip tray and each part of the machine to keep it clean.

8. Decalcication
During the use of the machine limescale deposits are formed in the interior and must
be removed regularly. In the opposite case a blockage can occur in the water and
coee system
The coee machine reminds you of the decalcication according to your choice of
water hardness:
(1) Level 1: Remind you to descale after using 150L water;
(2) Level 2: Remind you to descale after using 120L water;
(3) Level 3: Remind you to descale after using 90L water;
(4) Level 4: Remind you to descale after using 60L water
Note:
If this procedure is not followed, the machine no longer works trouble-free.
In this case, the reparation is not covered under the warranty.
Attention:
The descaling solution and products issued until the completion of the cycle
should never be drunk.
Under no circumstances use vinegar for descaling.
Please descale your coeemaker as follows:
• Press the Menu / OK button
• Select «Descaling» (descale set) with the arrow button
• Add the cleaning tablet and press OK
• Turn the knob right outside, which opens the steam valve
The descalcing process takes about an hour.

9. Coee Salon
Espresso
1. Esprsso is about 25~30 ml, with the brown oil surface,
3~4 cm thickenss and strong coee taste.
2. When making Espresso, please use Espresso cup and preheat it.
Drink the Espresso as soon as
possible after it is made.
Capuccino
1. Make a cup of Espresso in a coee cup with the capacity about 165~180 ml.
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Put the frothing hot milk into the cup with the proportion
of 15% coee and 85% milk.
4. Spray some chocolate powder or clove powder according to your own favorite.
Coe‘ Mocha
1. Make a cup of Espresso in a big coee cup, the capacity of which is about
250~280 ml and mix with 30ml chocolate syrup.
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Put the frothing hot milk into the cup with the proportion of
15% coee and 85% milk.
4. Cover the surface with some fresh milk.
5. Decorate it with a little chocolate jam.

Espresso Macchiato
1. Make a cup of coee in a cup with double capacity of Espresso
coe cup (100~120ml).
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Add two spoons of ne frothing on the surface.
9. Coee Salon
Irish Coee
1. Preheat the cup and make double volume of Espresso coee
in an lrish coee cup.
2. Add about 7g Custer sugar and 25ml heated whisky pour 30~40 ml
liquid ice cream into the cup and make it oating on the surface.
Espresso und ice cream
1. Put two vanilla ice creams into a cocktail cup.
2. Make a cup of espresso and cold it immediately.
(Cold method: put the cup into freezing water)
3. Pour the cold coe into the crevice of the ice cream.

Sicherheitsanweisungen
1. Lesen Sie dieses Benutzerhandbuch aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie es sicher auf.
2. Stellen Sie die Maschine auf einem stabilen Untergrund auf. Dieser muss trocken und gut
belüftet sein und sich außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern bendet.
3. Sie müssen die Stromangaben verstehen, bevor Sie die Maschine in Betrieb nehmen, und
den Strom gemäß den Anforderungen anschließen.
4. Verwenden Sie die Maschine nicht bei knappem Wasserstand oder leerem Wassertank.
5. Entsorgen Sie Kunststoe und Luftpolsterfolie der Verpackung damit Kinder nicht verletzt werden.
6. Heißwasser-/Dampfstrahl niemals auf Personen oder Gegenstände richten.
7. Schalten Sie die Kaeemaschine ab und spülen Sie alle Teile nur dann, wenn der Strom
abgeschaltet und die Maschine abgekühlt ist.
8. Verwenden Sie kein feuchtes Küchenhandtuch zum Reinigen des Maschinengehäuses.
9. Ist die Maschine defekt oder ein Kabel gebrochen, darf sie nicht mehr verwendet werden.
Senden Sie sie zur professionellen Reparatur ein und bringen Sie sie in einen Fachhandel.
