1. Fill the water tank(8) with fresh water.
ATTENTION:
No water will lead to red glimmering of function
indicator lamp(21) while making coee.
2. Fill the bean hopper(10) with your favorite and
well-roasted coee beans.
ATTENTION:
a. No bean in the bean hopper will lead to the grinder
rotating in vain, but it will stop automatically
in one minute while making coe.
b. Do not use unroasted beans.
3. Press the power switch(7) to start the machine.
a. With the power on, the power indicator lamp(16)
and the logo indicator lamp(11) shall be lighted at
the same time.
b. With the power on, the water temperature indicator
lamp(18) is glimmering, which means the heating of
the machine, the glimmering will last one and a half
minutes for reaching the required temperature.
c. The sound of brewing unit(15) calibration can be
heard, you are not allowed to take any other
operation unless the sound disappears!
4. Release the water by rotaing anticlockwise hot
water & steam knob(12) until the water comes out
from milk frother(13).
ATTENTION:
With the new machine, the water pipes inside are
vacuum, so the pipes must be lled with water in
rst-time use, if you forget to release the water, the
machine will refuse to work.

5. Choose the appropriate volume of water by rotating
the water outlet adjusting knob(22), water volume
increase from left side(minimum 40 ml) to right
side(maximum 180 ml).
ATTENTION: In making coee, when you nd the
water is too much for a small cup, you can stop the
owing by rotating the knob anticlockwise 45 angle.
The water owing will stop immediately.
6. Press the coee making button (17).
ATTENTION:
a: Press the button lnly after the water temperature
indicator lamp(18) turns solid.
b. While pressing the button, the grinder works, ap of
powder taps, pump buzzs, pre-infusion moistens the
powder within two or three seconds with a few drops
out rst, then oods out the coe.
Congratulations: you could enjoy coffee now!
7. The coee outlet(5) can be drawn down and up
according the height of cups.
8. Check the dump container (3), please empty it while
you have made 12 cups of coee.

Procedure of making espresso
9. Coee-powder-neness adjusting:
On the coee powder neness adjusting knob(23) level numbers are
carved from 0 to 18, level 0 means nest, level 18 coarsest.
People can rotate the knob while the grinder is grinding. Before the
machine is shipped out of factory, it si set between level 2 and level 4
(best choice), we suggest you not to change it .
ATTENTION: Making coee in level 0 will lead the sieve to be blocked
because of too neness of the powder, you will keep cleaning daily.
But the coee tastes a little stronger. Too coarseness of powder makes the
coee avor weaker.
10.Coee-powder-volume adjusting:
On the coee powder volume adjusting knob(24) black dots are showed
from the smallest dot to the biggest dot. The smallest dot means least
quantity, The biggest dot most quantity. People can rotate the knob to
adjust it. It has also been set to the second biggest dot(best choice) before
shipment, we suggest you not to change it.

Procedures of frothing milk
1. Turn on the power and wait until water temperature
indicator lamp(18) turns solid.
Then press the hot water or steam choice button(19).
The steam indicator lamp(20) will glimmer, wait until
the glimmering stops before the next operation.
2. Dip the milk frother(13) into the cup with milk; and
the slowly revolve the hot water & steam knob(12).
ATTENTION: The steam will be spouted out during
this operation so please be cautious to avoid scald.
3. Choose fresh freeze milk for frothing (dierent milk
will produce deerent froth); choose the stainless
steel cup for milk frothing. While making froth, just
put the nozzle of the the milk frother (13) into the
half centimeter of the water/milk level.
4. After nishing the frothing, please trun back (close)
the hot water & steam knob (12). Then press the hot
water or steam choice button(19). Both of water
temperature indicate lamp(18) and steam
indicate lamp(20) are glimmering. Then rotate the
hot water & steam knob (12) to release the water
until the light of water temperature indicate
lamp(18) is solid. It means you can make coee again
if needed.

Daily maintenance
1. Brewing unit(15) cleaning:
a. Switch o the power;
b. Open the swinging door(4);
c. Take out the coee dump container(3) and the drip tray(1).
d. Take out the brewing unit by pressing down the ear of funnel with
your thumb and drawing out the brewing unit with four ngers holding
around handle.
e. Clean the brewing unit(15) with brush and water.
ATTENTION: When you nished washing, please dry the unit, otherwise
it will make the powder stuck in coee making.
f. Clean the sieves if necessary, screw down the rod on top of the brewing
unit(15) with a plastic tool (screw driver/ not provide).
ATTENTION: It may be a bit complicated in disassembling and re-xing
sieves, sometimes you may just use brush and water to clean the sieves.
Do not disassemble sieves.
g. Put back the brewing unit(15) into the machine: push horizontally the
brewing unit along with its feet in the tracks into the machine.
The sound of“kata”shouw the successful action in pushing the unit into
its original place.
ATTENTION: Without the sound“kata”menas the brewing unit is not in its
original place, it will arise the red light of the function indicator lamp(21).
The machine refuses to work during coee making.

1. The hose cleaning:
Pull out the hose, and then put it into the
clean water a moment unitl it to wash clean.
Then instell it .
2. Milk frother cleaning:
Clean up the milk stuck on the nozzie in time
after each frothing and then let out water.
3. Other cleaning of the machine:
Wash the coee dump container and drip
tray, rub the body of the machine with soft
cloth, it needs veryday maintenance.
4. Cleaning the drawer:
Take out the drawer and Pour the dregs away
and rinse it. Then rub it with soft cloth, it
needs veryday maintenance.

Notes on the regular descaling of the coee machine
Because of the regional dierences in the quality of tap water and in the
calcium content in Germany and Europe, a regular descaling of the machine is
essential.
Long-term use without regular decalcication leads to deposits of limestone
within the heating boiler.
This limestone turns into smaller grains when boiling the water and quickly
clogs the thin hot water tubes and connections that lead to the brewing unit.
The machine will clog and will not function as usual.
To prevent this, we recommend the regular descaling following these steps:
1.Fill the water container with fresh water, and add appropriate amount of
descaling agent.
2.Press the coee and steam button with two ngers, while the machine is
turned o. Subsequently turn the machine on.
3.Open the hot water / steam knob, and release the coee and steam button.
The machine will start to descale the hot water/steam tube, pump water
for 10 seconds, and pause for 3 minutes.
4.After 8-10 times, the machine will beep, this announces the end of the
descaling process for hot water/steam tube, please close the hot water/
steam knob.
5.After you close the hot water/steam knob, the machine will enter the coee
tube descaling process automatically, pump water for 10 seconds, and
pause for 3 minutes;
6.After 8-10 times, the machine will turn back to the original position automatically
and beep again, to announce that the descaling process is completed.
7.Change the descaling water to fresh water, turn the coee knob to the right
side, keep pressing the coee button for 5 seconds, the machine will start
the self-cleaning of the coee tube.
When the coee tube cleaning process nishes, please open the hot water/
steam knob, until the water container is empty.
8.Descaling process complete.
As a guideline for descaling we recommend 1x a month when brewing up to
3 cups a day.
We would like to point out that the statutory warranty expires if these
instructions are not followed.
Complaints due to an operation failure of the coee machine can therefore
only be considered if, after inspecting the general condition of the internal
structural components leads to the conclusion that these instructions have
been followed.

Common malfunction & removal
1.The glimmering of function indicator lamp(21): Check if the coee dump
container(3), the drip tray(1) and the brewing unit(15) are ail xed properly.
( After long distant shipment, some of them may not be in its original place).
2.The all-time lighting of function indicator lamp(21): reopen and close the
swinging door(4) of the machine.
3.The simultaneous glimmering of water temperature indicator lamp(18) and
steam indicator lamp(20): Put an empty cup under the milk frother(13) and
revolve the hot water & steam knob(12) to release some steam and water until
the steam indicator lamp(20) stops glimmering and water temperature lamp(18)
turns solid. The coee then can be made.
4.No water of coffee comes out to the cup while grinder nished it grinding beans:
Check the bean powder in the coee dump container(3), if it is not enough
water, rell the water then release the water by rotating hot water & steam
knob(12) until water comes out, or you may wait 10 minutes for automatic
cooling down of the boiler, then release the water by rotating hot water by
rotating hot water & steam knob(12), then press the coee making button(17)
to make coee. B. Please check the sieves in the brewing unit(15), see if they are
jammed or not, if jammed, please clean them with brush and water. C. The pump
maybe doesn’t work well, it needs professional maintenance.
D. The driving motor behing the brewing unit(15) may lose its partial driving
force, it also needs professional repair.
5.Cold coffee: After a few cups of hot coee, suddenly comes out cold coee.
That means heater(boiler) does not work because the temperature controlled
switch (which is attached under the heater) dropped, you must open the
machine, press upward the switch to make it attach the heater tightly again.
Please pay attention, there are two white big switches, On the big switch there
stands a small white pin on each one, what you need to press is the small pin,
please press both of pins.
6.The brewing unit(15) can be put back into the machine: Firstly, check the
brewing unit, conrm if you can see the bottom sieve from the funnel, because
after cleaning the brewing unit, you may draw out the movable lower part which
powder is pressed and irrigated there. If you can not see the bottom sieve from
the funnel. You may just catch the“tongue-like”piece to push upper direction
reaching the top. Then put back the brewing unit (15). Secondly, the brweing
unit is ok, you may check a white big spindle in the machine, you can see the
white big spindle, while you draw out the brewing unit(15). The white spindle
wrongly stop while it is rotating, you may power on the machine, then use two
screw drivers, one plunges the switch on the board, the other to the switch near
the upper part of the steam pipe.
The white spindle will rotate to its originalplace.

7.The brewing unit(15) can not be drawn out:
Mainly it is due to the wrong operation, people open the door of the machine or
stop the machine white the brewing unit(15) is still working, and try to draw the
brewing unit out, but failed, when they close the door and red light is
glimmering, machine refuses to work. To stop the red glimmering, people must
open the door again and push (do not draw) the brewing unit hard forward,
letting the brewing unit tightly connect with water spout behind the brewing
unit, mostly a sound“kata”will be heard. Then close the door, the machine will
be recovered normally.
8.A special red light:
Everything is ok, like correct location of the parts, enough water, and not the
reason above-mentioned. After power on, while you press the coee making
button(17) to begin grinding coee bean. When the machine start infusing the
coee powder inside, the red lamp glimmers suddenly and machine refuses to
work, and you can nd dry powder come out in the next action in the dump
container(3) while you restart the machine. Something is wrong with the ow
meter. To repair it, the machine must be opened, use a small belt to bind the
white plug with three wires on it which stands on the ow meter.
9.The whole machine fails to work:
a: Check the powder;
b: Reclose the swinging door.
c: Reinstall the coee dump container and the brewing unit.
d: Take it the professional maintenance shop.

Coee Salon
Espresso
1. Esprsso is about 25~30 ml, with the brown oil surface,
3~4 cm thickenss and strong coffee taste.
2. When making Espresso, please use Espresso cup and preheat it.
Drink the Espresso as soon as
possible after it is made.
Capuccino
1. Make a cup of Espresso in a coffee cup with the capacity about 165~180 ml.
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Put the frothing hot milk into the cup with the proportion
of 15% coffee and 85% milk.
4. Spray some chocolate powder or clove powder according to your own favorite.
Coe‘ Mocha
1. Make a cup of Espresso in a big coffee cup, the capacity of which is about
250~280 ml and mix with 30ml chocolate syrup.
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Put the frothing hot milk into the cup with the proportion of
15% coffee and 85% milk.
4. Cover the surface with some fresh milk.
5. Decorate it with a little chocolate jam.

Espresso Macchiato
1. Make a cup of coffee in a cup with double capacity of Espresso
coffe cup (100~120ml).
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Add two spoons of ne frothing on the surface.
Coee Salon
Irish Coee
1. Preheat the cup and make double volume of Espresso coffee
in an lrish coffee cup.
2. Add about 7g Custer sugar and 25ml heated whisky pour 30~40 ml
liquid ice cream into the cup and make it oating on the surface.
Espresso und ice cream
1. Put two vanilla ice creams into a cocktail cup.
2. Make a cup of espresso and cold it immediately.
(Cold method: put the cup into freezing water)
3. Pour the cold coffe into the crevice of the ice cream.

Safety instructions
1. Read and preserve the instructions carefully.
2. Keep the machine in a stable at, which is, dry and ventilated
and out of the reach of children.
3. Understand the power’s specication before using the
machine and then connect the power according to the
requirements.
4. Don’t use the machine when it is short of water or runs out of
water.
5. Dispose the plastic and bubble board in the package
appropriately to avoid hurting children.
6. Don’t keep the hot water/ steam muzzle towards person of
other items.
7. Disassemble the coe- making machine and wash each unit
only when the power is turned o and the machine is cooled.
8. Don’t use wet dishclout to clean the machine shell.
9. Don’t continue to use the machine when it is broken or the
wire is broken. Send it to the professional repairing shops or
special shops in time.
