Where to put your radio
It is important that you consider carefully in advance where your radio will
be situated and make sure that it is:
* On a flat and stable surface with sufficient ventilation
* Within 1.4metres of a power socket (if using mains power)
* Where you can fully extend the telescopic aerial
* Away from bright sunlight or heat sources, such as a radiator or naked
flame and lit candles must not be placed on the radio
* Not in a humid or very damp place such as a bathroom
Important safety instructions
This is a domestic electrical product that must only be used for its
intended purpose in accordance with these instructions
Please read this instruction manual carefully before attempting to use the
radio and retain the manual for future reference
The radio is for indoor use only
Do not move the radio while it is connected to the mains supply via the
adapter
Please ensure you plug the adaptor into a mains point that is easily
accessible in case of an accident
Clean the radio with a slightly damp cloth and do not use abrasive
cleaners
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
radio
WARNING: If the flexible cable of the adapter is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard
Setting up
Connect the mains power lead into the socket on the back of the radio
(DC IN) and plug the power adaptor into the mains power wall socket and
switch on.
Fully extend the radio aerial in a vertical position to obtain the maximum
signal strength.
When switching on for the first time, slide the power switch on the back of
the radio to “ON”, “Welcome to Digital Radio” will be displayed. Then it will
show the clock. If no further operation , the backlight will turn off and
it enters into Standby Mode. Press
button, it starts working.

DAB+ Operation
8. In DAB+ modeˈthe radio will synchronize with the time and date of the
station.
9. In DAB+ modeˈpress “INFO” button, the information such as DLS,
station name, time and date, frequency, bit rate, signal quality will be
displayed.
10. In DAB+ modeˈpress “ ” button longer and enter into scan by
manual. Press “ ” and “ ” button to scroll through channel 5A-13F
and select the stations you would like to listen. Press “ ” button to
confirm the channel, then press “ ” and “ ” to scroll through
stations in this channel, press “ ” button enter into the station you
selected.
1. Connect the mains power lead into the socket on the back of the radio
(DC in 5V) and plug the power adaptor into the mains power wall socket
and switch on. Switch to DAB+ mode, press “MODE” button repeatedly
until the display shows “Switch to DAB+”. Your radio will automatically
begin to Quick SCAN DAB+ stations. A progressive bar will show the
progress of the scan and the number of stations found during the scan will
also be displayed. The stations scanned will be stored automatically when
the scan is complete. The number of stations scanned will also be
displayed at the upper right corner of the screen. If there’s no signal, “NO
Signal” will be shown.
2. The first station available will be played automatically.
3. You can press “ ” or “ ” button to switch among stations stored.
4. DAB+ scan modesˈpress ” ” shortly, it will Quick SCAN. Press it
longer, it will FULL SCAN.
5. Press “PREV” and “NEXT” to scroll up or down to seek for your favorite
stations.
6. Press “VOL+” or “VOL-“ to adjust the volume.
7. To store the present station, press “PRE” button to activate store
function. “Preset Empty 1” will be displayed on lower line of the screen,
and the number 1 will flash. Press “ ” and “ ” to scroll through the
numbered preset locations (1-10), press “ ” button to store the station.
Frequency will be displayed on the upper line. “Preset x Stored” will be
shown on the lower line of the screen to indicate if you store the station
successfully. 10 stations can be stored in total. To tune to a preset DAB+
station, press “PRE” button, then use “ ” and “ ” to scroll through
the preset stations. Press “ENTER” button to confirm when you see the
station you would like to listen. The radio will tune to that station and begin
to play.

FM MODE operation
1. Press “MODE” button and switch into FM mode. At the first time FM
frequency “87.5MHz.” will be displayed on the screen.
2. Scan stations by manual, press “
” or “ ” button shortly to adjust
stations by 0.05MHZ until you get your favorite stations.
3. To autoscan stations, press “ ” button to search stations upward. If
station signal is available, scan will stop automatically and play this station.
Make press “ ” button longer, it will search stations downward. If
station signal is available, scan will stop automatically and play this
station.
4. If you know which frequency you going to listen to, you can press “ ”
button to search stations upward quickly to get targeted frequency. It will
stop scanning if you stop pressing and play the stations selected.
5. Press “ ” button to search stations downward quickly to get targeted
frequency. It will stop scanning if you stop pressing and play the station
selected.
6. To store the currently played station, make a long press of “PRE” button
to activate store function. “Preset Empty 1” will be shown on the lower line
of the screen, and number “1” will flash. Press “ ” or “ ” to select
numbered location to store, then press “ ” to store the station.
Frequency will be displayed on the upper line of the screen, and “Preset x
Stored” will be displayed on the lower line. 10 stations can be stored in
total. Press “PRE” to activate the function of listening stations stored.
Then press “ ” or “ ” to select numbered locations. After pressing
“” button to confirm, the station selected will be played.
7. In FM mode, press “INFO” button to display the information such as
RDS, audio type, station frequency, time and date, signal quality, program
text, program type.
8. In FM mode, press “ ” button to switch among audio types, you can
select between Stereo and Mono.
9. In FM mode, when received RDS information, the radio will synchronize
with the time and date of the station automatically.
10. Press “VOL+” or “VOL-“ to adjust volume.

IPOD MODE OPERATION
1. Press “MODE” to switch into IPOD mode. If there’s no iPod or iPhone
connected, “iPod Disconnected” will be displayed on the screen. Insert
iPod or iPhone into the 30 Pin connector, the screen will show “iPod
Connected” and begin to display music in your iPod or iPhone.
2. Press “
” or “ ” to play previous or next track.
3. Press “ ” button to pause or play the track.
4. Press and hold “ ” button to search the current track using high
speed rewind. It will stop and play again when you release the button.
5. Press and hold “ ” button to search the current track using high
speed forward. It will stop and play again after you release the button.
6. Press “VOL+” or “VOL-“ to adjust volume.
AUX-IN MODE OPERATION
1ˊPress “MODE” button to switch into AUX-IN mode, plug the aux-in cable
into the 3.5mm AUX-IN jack at the back of the radio. It will play the music
from external audio devices.
2ˊPress “VOL+” or “VOL-“ to adjust volume
SYSTEM OPERATION
1ˊFactory reset. In working mode, make a long press of “MODE” button,
“Press Enter Key to Reset” will be displayed on the screen. Then press
“” to confirm the factory reset until “System Reset OK” shows up.
2. In working mode, make a long press of “INFO” button to check the
software version.
Alarm clock function
This unit can set two alarms. In working or standby mode, make a short
press of “SNOOZE” button. Press once shows ALARM1. Press twice
shows ALARM2, alarm will ring 1 hour. It can wake up to DAB, FM, IPOD,
BEEP Tone1, BEEP Tone2. SNOOZE lasts 5 minutes.

1. Setting the alarm in standby mode
a. Make a short press of “SNOOZE” button to activate ALARM 1. After
activated ALARM1, ”ALARM 1: BEEPER1” (the alarm type) is displayed
on the upper line of the screen. “OFF” will be shown and flashes on the
lower line. Press “
” or “ ” and choose “ON”. Then press “ ” to
confirm your selection and enter into time setting, current time will be
displayed on the left side of the screen. Alarm time “00˖00” shows on the
right side. Time setting is divided into hour setting and minute setting. It’s
24 hour time system. Set the hour firstly, the “00” will keep flashing, then
pess “ ” or “ ” and set hour quickly. Press “ ” to confirm and
enter into minute setting. When “00” keeps flashing, then pess “ ” or
“” and set minute quickly. Press “ ” to confirm and enter into alarm
type selection by pressing “ ” or “ ”. You can choose from “DAB,
FM, IPOD, BEEP Tone1, BEEP Tone2” five modes. After your selection,
press “ ” to confirm. Alarm setting is complete, the mark will
show on the screen. When alarm rings, you can press “ ” button to
close the alarm. The unit will enter into Standby mode and show clock.
b. The alarm 2 setting is the same operation as the alarm 1.
2. Setting alarm in working mode
a. You can set alarm in DAB+, FM, IPOD, AUX four modes. Make a short
press of “SNOOZE” button to activate alarm function. After activation,
“ALARM 1: BEEPER1” (alarm type) will be shown on the upper line of the
screen. “OFF” will be displayed and flashes on the lower line. Press “ ”
or “ ” button and choose “ON”. Press “ ” button to confirm the
alarm function and enter into time setting. Current time shows at the left of
the screen. Alarm time “00˖00” shows at the right. Time setting is divided
into hour and minute. It’s 24 hour time system. Set the hour firstly, the left
“00” will keep flashing, then pess “ ” or “ ” and set hour quickly.
Make long press of those two buttons can set the time more quickly. Then
press “ ” to confirm and enter into minute setting. When right “00”
keeps flashing, then pess “ ” or “ ” and set minute quickly. Press
“” to confirm and enter into alarm type selection by pressing “ ” or
“ ”. You can choose from “DAB, FM, IPOD, BEEP Tone1, BEEP
Tone2” five modes. After your selection, press “ ” to confirm. alarm
setting is complete. the mark will show on the screen. When alarm
rings, you can press “ ” button to close the alarm. The unit will enter
into the previous mode before you perform alarm setting.
b. The alarm 2 setting is the same operation as the alarm 1.

3. Alarm wake up
a. when it wakes to DAB+ˈafter that it will play DAB+ program. If there’s
no DAB+ stations received, BEEP Tone1 will ring.
b. when it wakes to FMˈafter that it will play FM program.
c. when it wakes to IPOD, after that it will play iPod music directly. If no
iPod is connected, BEEP Tone1 will replace it to ring automatically. At
the time of alarm ring, whatever iPod music or BEEP sounds, take iPod
away or insert iPod can close the alarm automatically.
d. when it wakes to BEEP(BEEP Tone1, BEEP Tone2), the backlight will
flash too.
e. If two alarms are all set. When alarm 1 is ringing, alarm 2 is also waken,
the alarm1 will turn off automatically. Only after the Alarm 1 is closed,
can the Alarm 2 ring.
4. Alarm volume
The volume of alarm waking to DAB, FM, IPODˈBEEP Tone1, BEEP
Tone2 is the half of the max volume.
5. Snooze
When alarm rings, press “SNOOZE” button and enter into snooze function.
The snooze lasts 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, press “SNOOZE” button
again to go on snoozing if needed. In the standby mode, two “Z” marks will
be displayed at the right of the screen. But in working mode, there’s no
these marks. If ALARM 1enters into SNOOZEfunction, ALARM2 also
enters into SNOOZE function after ring, the SNOOZE function of the
ALARM 1will be closed automatically. There’s only one ALARM can enter
into SNOOZE.
6. SLEEP
In working mode, make a long press of “SNOOZE” button to enter into
sleep function setting, “Sleep Timer” will be displayed on the upper line of
the screen, “OFF” displayed the lower right and keeps flashing. Then
press “
” or “ ” to select sleep time among “15min, 30min, 45min,
60min, 90min”. After pressed “ ” to confirm, sleep time will be
displayed on the upper right of the screen. If don’t choose time, it will quit
sleep setting automatically after 10 seconds. You can also press “ ”
button to quit.
7. Battery powered mode˖
The radio may also be powered by four ‘C’ cell alkaline batteries (not
supplied).

Battery safety guidelines
Be sure to insert batteries of the correct type and ensure correct polarity
(+/-)
To insert batteries, remove the battery compartment cover and insert
batteries observing polarity
Ensure the cover is secure and remove batteries in a safe manner without
the use of metallic or other conductive objects
Batteries should not be replaced by children
Never dispose of batteries in fire as they may explode
Batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire
or naked flame.
Only use batteries of the same type
Do not mix old and new batteries and do not mix alkaline and
rechargeable batteries
Do not attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries
If the radio is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove the
batteries from the battery compartment
Always remove spent batteries from the battery compartment and dispose
of them responsibly to protect the environment
‘When using batteries to power the unit the function and operation is the
same as using DC power supply except the unit will not charge your
iPod/iPhone. When the batteries are running low you will see a low power
symbol on the LCD screen. The unit will continue to play until the batteries
are completely out of power.
Note: For battery operation, please switch of the mains adaptor and
remove the mains power plug from the back of the radio.
Environmental Disposal Info:
Electrical and electronic products displaying the crossed out wheeled bin
symbol above must not be disposed of in general household waste. Take
the product to a recycling facility that accepts electrical and electronic
products. Check with your Local Authority for your nearest recycling
centre.

Dove mettere la radio

Configurazione

Funzionamento DAB+
1. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla presa sul retro della radio (CC
a 5V) e l'adattatore alla presa di alimentazione a muro e accendere. Per
passare in modalità DAB+, premere il pulsante “MODE” ripetutamente
finché sul display non appare “Switch to DAB+”. La radio entra
automaticamente nella scansione rapida delle stazioni DAB+. Una barra
di avanzamento mostrerà l'avanzamento della scansione e sarà anche
visualizzato il numero di stazioni trovate durante la scansione. Le
stazioni scansite sarà salvate automaticamente quando la scansione è
completa. Anche il numero di stazioni scansite sarà visualizzato
nell'angolo in alto a destra dello schermo. Se non c'è segnale, sarà
visualizzato “NO Signal”.
2. La prima stazione disponibile sarà automaticamente riprodotta.
3. È possibile premere il pulsante “
” o “ ” per spostarsi tra le
stazioni memorizzate.
4. Modalità scansione DAB+,premere brevemente ” ”, sarà
effettuata la scansione rapida. Premendo per più tempo, si effettuerà la
scansione completa.
5. Premere “PREV” e “NEXT” per scorrere verso l'alto o il basso per
cercare le proprie stazioni preferite.
6. Premere “VOL+” o “VOL-“ per regolare il volume.
7. Per memorizzare la stazione presente, premere il pulsante “PRE” per
attivare la funzione di memorizzazione. “Preset Empty 1” sarà
visualizzato sulla riga inferiore dello schermo e il numero 1 lampeggerà.
Premere “ ” e “ ” per scorrere le posizioni preimpostate
numerate (1-10), premere il pulsante “ ” per memorizzare la stazione.
La frequenza sarà visualizzata sulla riga superiore. “Preset x Stored”
apparirà sulla riga inferiore dello schermo per indicare se la
memorizzazione della stazione è avvenuta con successo. In totale
possono essere memorizzate 10 stazioni. Per sintonizzare a una
stazione preimpostata DAB+, premere il pulsante “PRE”, quindi usare
“” e “ ” per scorrere tra le stazioni preimpostate. Premere il
pulsante “ENTER” per confermare quando si vede la stazione che si
desidera ascoltare. La radio si sintonizzerà su tale stazione e avvierà la
riproduzione.
8. In modalità DAB+,la radio si sincronizzerà all'ora e alla data della
stazione.
9. In modalità DAB+,premere il pulsante “INFO”, informazioni quali DLS,
nome stazione, ora e data, frequenza, frequenza bit, qualità segnale
saranno visualizzate.
10. In modalità DAB+,premere il pulsante “ ” più a lungo e si entra in
scansione manuale. Premere il pulsante “ ” e “ ” per scorrere
attraverso il canale 5A-13F e selezionare le stazioni che si desidera
ascoltare. Premere il pulsante “ ” per confermare il canale, quindi
premere “ ” e “ ” per scorrere tra le stazioni in questo canale,
premere il pulsante “ ” per accedere alla stazione selezionata.

Funzionamento MODALIT À FM
1. Premere il pulsante “MODE” e passare in modalità FM. La prima volta
sullo schermo sarà visualizzata la frequenza FM “87.5MHz”.
2. Per effettuare la scansione manuale delle stazioni, premere il
pulsante “
” o “ ” brevemente per spostare le stazioni di
0.05MHZ finché non si raggiungono le stazioni preferite.
3. Per effettuare la scansione automatica delle stazioni, premere il
pulsante “ ” per cercare le stazioni verso l'alto. Se il segnale della
stazione è disponibile, la scansione si ferma automaticamente e
riproduce la stazione. Premendo il pulsante “ ” più a lungo, si
cercheranno le stazioni verso il basso. Se il segnale della stazione è
disponibile, la scansione si ferma automaticamente e riproduce la
stazione.
4. Se si sa quale frequenza si vuole ascoltare, è possibile premere il
pulsante “ ” per cercare in modo rapido le stazioni verso l'alto per
ottenere la stazione di destinazione. La scansione si interrompe se si
premere stop e si riproducono le stazioni selezionate.
5. Premere il pulsante “ ” per cercare le stazioni verso il basso per
ottenere la stazione di destinazione. La scansione si interrompe se si
premere stop e si riproduce la stazione selezionata.
6. Per memorizzare la stazione riprodotta al momento, premere a lungo
il pulsante “PRE” per attivare la funzione di memorizzazione. “Preset
Empty 1” sarà visualizzato sulla riga inferiore dello schermo e il numero
“1” lampeggerà. Premere “ ” o “ ” per selezionare la posizione
numerata per la memorizzazione, quindi premere “ ” per
memorizzare la stazione. La frequenza sarà visualizzata sulla riga
superiore dello schermo e “Preset x Stored” sarà visualizzato sulla riga
inferiore. In totale possono essere memorizzate 10 stazioni. Premere
“PRE” per attivare la funzione di ascolto delle stazioni memorizzate.
Quindi premere “ ” o “ ” per selezionare le posizioni numerate.
Dopo aver premuto il pulsante “ ” per confermare, la stazione
selezionata sarà riprodotta.
7. In modalità FM, premere il pulsante “INFO” per visualizzare
informazioni quali RDS, tipo di audio, frequenza della stazione, ora e
data, qualità segnale, testo programma, tipo di programma.
8. In modalità FM, premere il pulsante “ ” per spostarsi tra i tipi di
audio, è possibile selezionare tra Stereo e Mono.
9. In modalità FM, quando si ricevono informazioni RDS, la radio si
sincronizzerà automaticamente con l'ora e la data della stazione.
10. Premere “VOL+” o “VOL-“ per regolare il volume.

FUNZIONAMENTO MODALIT À IPOD
1. Premere “MODE” per passare il modalità IPOD. Se non c'è un iPod o
iPhone collegato, “iPod Disconnected” sarà visualizzato sullo schermo.
Inserendo un iPod o un iPhone nel connettore a 30 pin, la schermata
visualizzerà “iPod Connected” e inizierà a visualizzare la musica
presente nel proprio iPod o iPhone.
2.Premere “
” o “ ” per riprodurre il brano precedente o
successivo.
3.Premere il pulsante “ ” per interrompere o riprodurre la traccia.
4.Premere e tenere premuto il pulsante “ ” per ricercare la traccia
corrente usando riavvolgimento ad alta velocità. Esso interromperà e
riprodurrà nuovamente quando si rilascia il pulsante.
5.Premere e tenere premuto il pulsante “ ” per ricercare la traccia
corrente usando avanzamento ad alta velocità. Esso interromperà e
riprodurrà nuovamente dopo il rilascio del pulsante.
6.Premere “VOL+” o “VOL-“ per regolare il volume.
FUNZIONAMENTO MODALIT À AUX-IN
1ˊPremere il pulsante “MODE” per passare in modalità AUX-IN,
collegare il cavo aux-in al jack AUX-IN da 3,5 mm sul retro della radio.
Esso riprodurrà la musica da dispositivi audio esterni.
2ˊPremere “VOL+” o “VOL-“ per regolare il volume
FUNZIONAMENTO SISTEMA
1. Ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica. In modalità di funzionamento,
premere a lungo il pulsante “MODE”, “Press Enter Key to Reset” sarà
visualizzato sullo schermo. Quindi premere “ ” per confermare il
ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica finché non appare “System Reset
OK”.
2. In modalità di funzionamento, premere a lungo il pulsante “INFO” per
verificare la versione del software.
Funzione sveglia
Questa unità può impostare due sveglie. In modalità di funzionamento o

2. Impostazione della sveglia in modalità di funzionamento
a. È possibile impostare la sveglia in quattro modalità DAB+, FM, IPOD,
AUX. Premere brevemente il pulsante “SNOOZE” per attivare il
funzionamento della sveglia. Dopo l'attivazione, “ALARM 1: BEEPER1”
(il tipo di sveglia) è visualizzato sulla riga superiore dello schermo.
“OFF” è visualizzato e lampeggia sulla riga inferiore. Premere il
pulsante “ ” o “ ” e scegliere “ON”. Premere il pulsante “ ” per
confermare la funzione sveglia e accedere all'impostazione dell'ora.

3. Sveglia:
a. Quando ci si sveglia con DAB+,dopo di ciò si riprodurrà il programma
DAB+. Se non ci sono stazioni DAB+ ricevute, suonerà BEEP Tone1.
b. Quando ci si sveglia con FM,dopo di ciò si riprodurrà il programma
FM.
c. Quando ci si sveglia con IPOD, dopo di ciò si riprodurrà direttamente
la musica da iPod. Se non c'è un iPod collegato, BEEP Tone1 lo
sostituirà per suonare automaticamente. Nel momento in cui suona la
sveglia, indipendentemente se suona la musica da iPod o il BEEP,
rimuovendo o inserendo l'iPod si interrompe automaticamente la
sveglia.
d. Quando ci si sveglia con BEEP (BEEP Tone1, BEEP Tone2), anche la
retroilluminazione lampeggia.
e. Se le due sveglie sono tutte impostate. Quando la sveglia 1 sta
suonando, anche la sveglia 2 si attiva, la sveglia 1 si spegne
automaticamente. Solo dopo che la sveglia 1 è chiusa, la sveglia 2
suona.
4. Volume sveglia
Il volume della sveglia in modalità DAB, FM, IPOD,BEEP Tone1, BEEP
Tone2 è la metà del volume massimo.
5. Snooze
Quando la sveglia suona, premere il pulsante “SNOOZE” e accedere
alla funzione snooze. Lo snooze dura 5 minuti. Dopo 5 minuti, premere
il pulsante “SNOOZE” nuovamente per passare se necessario a snooze.
In modalità standby, due “Z” saranno visualizzate alla destra dello
schermo. Ma in modalità di funzionamento, non ci sono queste icone.
Se ALARM 1 accede in funzione SNOOZE, anche ALARM2 accede in
funzione SNOOZE dopo aver suonato, la funzione SNOOZE di ALARM
1 sarà chiusa automaticamente. Solo una SVEGLIA può entrare in
modalità SNOOZE.
6. SOSPENSIONE
In modalità di funzionamento, premere a lungo il pulsante “SNOOZE”
per accedere all'impostazione della funzione di sospensione, “Sleep
Timer” apparirà sulla riga superiore dello schermo, “OFF” sarà
visualizzato in basso a destra e lampeggia. Quindi premere “
” o
“” per selezionare il tempo di sospensione tra “15 min, 30 min, 45
min, 60 min, 90 min”. Dopo aver premuto “ ” per confermare, il
tempo di sospensione sarà visualizzato in alto a destra dello schermo.
Se non si sceglie il tempo, l'impostazione di sospensione sarà
automaticamente a 10 secondi. È possibile anche premere il pulsante
“” per interrompere.
7. Modalità alimentazione a batteria
La radio può essere anche alimentata con quattro batteria alcaline ‘C’
(non in dotazione).

Linee guida per la sicurezza della batteria
Assicurarsi di inserire le batterie del tipo corretto e la corretta polarità
(+/-)
Per inserire le batterie, rimuovere il coperchio del vano batteria e
inserire le batterie osservando la polarità.
Assicurarsi che il coperchio sia al sicuro e rimuovere le batterie in modo
sicuro senza l'uso di oggetti metallici o altri conduttori
Le batterie non devono essere sostituite da bambini
Non smaltire le batterie nel fuoco in quanto potrebbero esplodere
Le batterie non devono essere esposte a calore eccessivo come luce
solare, fuoco o fiamme nude.
Usare solo batterie dello stesso tipo
Non mischiare batterie vecchie e nuove e non mischiare batterie
alcaline e ricaricabili
Non cercare di ricaricare batterie non ricaricabili
Se la radio non è usata per un periodo prolungato, rimuovere le batterie
dal vano batterie
Rimuovere sempre le batterie usate dal vano batterie e smaltirle in
modo corretto per proteggere l'ambiente
Quando si utilizza la batteria per alimentare, l'unità funziona allo stesso
modo di quando funziona con alimentazione CC. Ma l'unità non carica
l'iPod/iPhone. Quando la batteria ha bassa potenza, l'icona di bassa
potenza apparirà sullo schermo LCD. Quando è quasi scarica, l'unità
tornerà in modalità standby. L'unità continuerà a giocare fino a quando le
batterie sono completamente fuori dal potere.
Nota: Per il funzionamento a batteria, spegnere l'adattatore
dell'alimentazione e rimuovere la spina dal retro della radio.
Smaltimento Informazioni ambientali:

Où mettre votre radio
Choisissez soigneusement à l’avance l’emplacement de votre radio et
assurez-vous qu’elle se trouve:
* sur une surface plate et stable,
* à moins de 1.4mètres d’une prise électrique (si vous utilisez le
secteur),
* là où vous pouvez déployez complètement l’antenne télescopique,
* à l’abri de la lumière du soleil ou de toute autre source de chaleur (ex:
près d’un radiateur),
* à l’abri de l’humidité (ex: dans une salle de bains).
* si la prise SECTEUR ou un coupleur d'appareil est utilisé comme
dispositif de déconnexion, le dispositif de déconnexion doit rester
facilement accessible.
* Batteries (batterie ou piles installées) ne doivent pas être exposés à
une chaleur excessive comme le soleil, le feu, etc.
ATTENTION: Danger d'explosion si la pile n'est pas remplacée
correctement. Remplacez-la uniquement avec le même type ou

Préparation
Branchez l'extrémité appropriée de l'adaptateur sur l'entrée alimentation
DC IN, placée à l'arrière de la radio, et branchez l'autre extrémité sur une
prise secteur. Allumez la radio.
Déployez complètement l'antenne en position verticale pour optimiser la
réception des signaux.
Lorsque vous utilisez votre radio pour la première fois, poussez le
commutateur de marche/arrêt, à l'arrière de la radio, sur la position
marche (ON). Le message "Welcome to Digital Radio" apparaît, suivi de
l'heure actuelle. Si vous n'effectuez aucune opération, l'éclairage de
l'écran s'éteint et la radio se place en mode veille. Appuyez sur la touche
pour réactiver la radio.

Mode radio numérique DAB+
1. Branchez l'extrémité appropriée de l'adaptateur sur l'entrée
alimentation DC IN 5V, placée à l'arrière de la radio, et branchez l'autre
extrémité sur une prise secteur. Allumez la radio. Appuyez sur la touche
"MODE" jusqu'à afficher l'indication "Switch to DAB+" sur l'écran. Une
première recherche rapide des stations DAB+ démarre
automatiquement. Une barre de progression vous renseigne sur le
déroulement de la recherche. Le nombre de stations détectées apparaît
sur l'écran. Ces stations sont automatiquement consignées dans la
mémoire de votre radio. Leur nombre est également affiché dans le coin
supérieur droit de l'écran. Si aucun signal n'est détecté, "NO Signal"
s'affiche sur l'écran.
2. La première station disponible est automatiquement diffusée.
3. Pour naviguer dans les stations de radio numériques consignées en
mémoire, appuyez sur les touches " " et " ".
4. Modes de recherche DAB+,appuyez brièvement sur la touche " "
pour démarrer une recherche rapide (Quick SCAN). Maintenez la
touche enfoncée pour effectuer une recherche méticuleuse (FULL
SCAN).
5. Appuyez sur les touches "PREV" et "NEXT" pour parcourir vos
stations préférées.
6. Appuyez sur les touches "VOL+" et "VOL-" pour ajuster le volume
sonore.
7. Pour consigner en mémoire la station actuelle, appuyez sur la touche
"PRE". "Preset Empty 1" s'affiche sur la dernière ligne de l'écran et le
chiffre 1 clignote. Appuyez sur les touches " " et " " pour
parcourir les positions de présélection en mémoire (1-10) et appuyez sur
la touche " " pour présélectionner la station dans la position mémoire
choisie. La fréquence est affichée tout en haut de l'écran. "Preset x
Stored" s'affiche en bas de l'écran pour indiquer que la station a été
effectivement présélectionnée. Vous pouvez présélectionner jusqu'à10
stations. Pour écouter une station DAB+ présélectionnée, appuyez sur la
touche "PRE" et naviguez jusqu'à la position mémoire correspondante à
l'aide des touches " " et " ". Dès que vous apercevez la station
que vous voulez écouter, appuyez sur la touche "ENTER" pour valider
votre choix. La radio ajuste la fréquence sur cette station et diffuse son
contenu.
8. En mode DAB+, la radio se synchronise sur l'heure et la date de la
station.
9. En mode DAB+, appuyez sur la touche "INFO" pour accéder à
diverses informations telles que le système DLS, le nom de la station,
l'heure et la date, la fréquence, la profondeur de bit et la qualité du
signal.
