Heavy Duty Quickfix Adaptor
Introduction
1 The heavy duty Quickfix adaptor allows a pan and tilt head with a ‘Quickfix’ base to be installed on a
standard Vinten four-hole mounting.
Installation
2 Install the adaptor on the four-hole mounting using the screws provided.
To fit a head
3 Push up the red safety latch and unlock the adaptor
by pulling the lever fully outwards and to the left.
4 Position the head in the adaptor, ensuring that it seats
correctly in the recess and the safety button is
depressed.
5 Lock the head in the adaptor by pushing the lever fully
inwards to the right until the red safety latch operates.
To remove a head
6 Push up the red safety latch and unlock the adaptor
by pulling the lever fully outwards and to the left.
WARNING! Maximum payload capacity 100kg (220 lb).
Do not use inverted unless a secondary anchor (such as a chain) is in use
to secure the head.
WARNING! Ensure that the screws engage sufficiently for safety, but do not protrude
above the adaptor mounting face.
NOTE: If the head does not have a ‘Quickfix’ base, a ‘Quickfix’ ring (Part No: 3101-3) is available
from your Vinten supplier.
WARNING! This unit contains a spring under tension. Removal of the backplate may
cause personal injury.

Heavy Duty Quickfix Adaptor
Einführung
1 Der Heavy Duty "Quickfix"-Adapter ermöglicht die Montage eines Schwenk-/Neigekopfes mit einer
"Quickfix"-Stativbefestigung auf einer Standard Vinten 4-Loch Kopfaufnahme.
Montage
2 Befestigen Sie den Adapter auf der 4-Loch Kopfaufnahme mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben.
3 Aufsetzen des Kopfes
4 Drücken Sie die rote Sicherheitsverriege-
lung nach oben und entriegeln Sie den Ad-
apter, indem Sie den Hebel ganz nach
außen, d. h. nach links schwenken.
5 Setzen Sie den Kopf in den Adapter. Achten
Sie dabei darauf, dass der Kopf korrekt in
der Aufnahme sitzt und der Sicherheitsknopf
durch den Boden des Schwenk-/Neigekop-
fes nach unten gedrückt ist.
6 Verriegeln Sie den Kopf im Adapter, indem
Sie den Hebel ganz nach innen, d. h. nach
rechts schwenken bis die Sicherheitsverrie-
gelung einrastet.
Abnehmen des Kopfes
7 Drücken Sie die rote Sicherheitsverriegelung nach oben und entriegeln Sie den Adapter, indem Sie
den Hebel ganz nach außen und nach links schwenken.
WARNUNG! Die maximale Traglast beträgt 100 kg.
Verwenden Sie den Adapter nicht umgekehrt, es sei denn, ein zweite
Sicherung (z.B. eine Kette) sichert den Schwenk-/Neigekopf.
WARNUNG! Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schrauben (aus Sicherheitsgründen)
ausreichend greifen. Achten Sie jedoch darauf, dass sie nicht über die
Montageplatte des Adapters hinausragen.
HINWEIS: Falls der Kopf keine "Quickfix"-Stativbefestigung haben sollte, verwenden Sie einen
bei Ihrem Vinten Händler erhältlichen "Quickfix" Ring (Best.-Nr. 3101-3).
WARNUNG! Der Adapter ist mit einer Feder versehen, die unter Spannung steht. Die
Entfernung der rückseitigen Abdeckung kann zu Verletzungen führen.

Adaptador Quickfix para Servicio Pesado
Introducción
1 El Adaptador Quickfix para Servicio Pesado permite instalar un cabezal panorámico y basculante con

Para retirar un cabezal
6 Empuje hacia arriba el enganche rojo de seguridad y desbloquee el adaptador tirando de la palanca a
tope hacia fuera y a la izquierda.
¡ADVERTENCIA! La capacidad máxima de carga es de 100 kg.
No debe utilizarse en posición invertida salvo si se coloca un segundo
anclaje (como una cadena) para asegurar el cabezal.
¡ADVERTENCIA! Asegúrese de que los tornillos están suficientemente enroscados para
su seguridad, pero que no sobresalen de la cara de montaje del
adaptador.
NOTA: Si el cabezal no tiene una base 'Quickfix', en su proveedor Vinten tiene disponible un
anillo 'Quickfix' (Pieza No: 3101-3).

Adaptateur Quickfix de Campagne
Introduction
1 L'adaptateur Quickfix de Campagne permet de monter une tête fluide équipée d'une base Quickfix
sur un montage Vinten standard à quatre trous.
Installation
2 Installez l'adaptateur sur le montage à quatre trous à l'aide des vis fournies à cet effet.
Montage d'une tête
3 Poussez le verrou de sécurité rouge vers le
haut, et débloquez l'adaptateur en tirant le
levier à fond vers l'extérieur et vers la
gauche.
4 Mettez la tête en place dans l'adaptateur, en
veillant à ce qu'elle repose correctement
dans le renfoncement et à ce que le bouton
de sécurité soit appuyé.
5 Bloquez la tête en place dans l'adaptateur
en poussant le levier à fond vers l'intérieur
et vers la droite, jusqu'à ce que le verrou de
sécurité rouge soit actionné.
Pour démonter une tête
6 Poussez le verrou de sécurité rouge vers le haut, et débloquez l'adaptateur en tirant le levier à fond
vers l'extérieur et vers la gauche.
ATTENTION ! La capacité de charge maximum est de 100 kg .
N'utilisez pas la tête à l'envers, sauf si un ancrage secondaire (par
exemple une chaîne) est en place pour bloquer la tête.
ATTENTION ! Veillez à ce que les vis soient suffisamment enfoncées pour assurer un
blocage solide, sans toutefois dépasser de la surface de montage de
l'adaptateur.
REMARQUE: Si la tête n'est pas équipée d'une base Quickfix, vous pouvez utiliser un anneau
Quickfix (réf. 3101-3), disponible auprès de votre fournisseur Vinten.
ATTENTION ! Ce dispositif contient un ressort sous tension. Si vous retirez la plaque
arrière, vous risquez de vous blesser.

Introduzione

5 Fissare la testa all'adattatore premendo la
leva completamente verso l'interno finché il
meccanismo di bloccaggio rosso non scatta
in posizione.
Smontaggio testa
6 Spingere in su il meccanismo di bloccaggio rosso e aprire l'adattatore tirando la leva completamente
verso l'esterno e girandola verso sinistra.
ATTENZIONE: l'adattatore sostiene un carico non superiore a 100kg ;
non montare in posizione invertita a meno che non venga impiegato un
elemento di ancoraggio secondario (come una catena) per assicurare la
testa.
ATTENZIONE: accertarsi che le viti siano abbastanza inserite da garantire la sicurezza
dell'attacco senza però sporgere dalla superficie di attacco
dell'adattatore.
N.B.: se la testa non è fornita di base Quickfix, rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore Vinten per
ottenere un anello Quickfix (codice 3101-3).
ATTENZIONE: questo componente contiene una molla sotto tensione; togliendo la
piastra posteriore ci si può ferire.

ADVERTÊNCIA: Capacidade de carga útil máxima 100 kg.
Não utilizar invertido a não ser que esteja a ser utilizado um dispositivo
de fixação secundário (como uma corrente) para prender a cabeça de
câmara.
ADVERTÊNCIA: Por razões de segurança, certifique-se de que os parafusos entram
suficientemente, mas que não sobressaem acima da face de montagem
do adaptador.
NOTA: Se a cabeça não tiver uma base "Quickfix", pode obter um anel "Quickfix"
