maintenance of the product, as well as ensuring your safety.
Still retain this documentation for future reference, even for those who will later work on
the projector for any reason.

Industrial LED projector made with aluminum structure and heatsink, painted steel
brackets and a glass lens.
The overall dimensions are approximately 6.75” (L) x 2“ (W) x 4”(H).

SAFETY RULES
Always switch off the fixture before carrying out any cleaning.
Before taking any action on it make sure it has completely cooled.
Fixture suitable for installation on normally inflammable surfaces.
Designed for direct illumination of horizontal and vertical surfaces.
LED light source: it is recommended not to fix the beam to avoid possible permanent
damage to the retina.
Device suitable for indoor use. The light source of this appliance is not replaceable;
when the light source reaches the end of life, the projector must be replaced.
Electrical part consists of a stabilized power supply: built in protection circuit shuts down
the device in case of open circuit, short circuit, overload or overheating; the power
supply may not be turned on even after the fault. In this case, contact the manufacturer.
Conductor cross section min. min 1mmq.
The projector must be positioned in such a way that a prolonged observation of the
luminaire is not possible at a distance of less than 10 feet.

• Connect the brown wire of the LED power supply to the black wire or hot for the device which
will supply power to the unit.
• Connect the blue wire of the LED power supply to the white wire or neutral for the device which will
supply power to the unit.
• Connect the green/yellow wire of the LED power supply to the green or ground for the device which
will supply power to the unit

HOW TO USE
Open the box, extract the fixture carefully and store the packaging.
Fix the lamp on the structure of the forklift, thanks to the special bracket.
The lamp has at its output a 2-pole male connector, model SUPER SEAL (rubber cod
0-0880810-1 + connector code 0-0282104-1 + male terminals cod 0-0282109-1). In the
kit of the lamp there are the SUPERSEAL counterpart (code 0-0282080-1) and relative
rubber pad (code 0-0880810-1), with the female crimping terminals (cod 0-0282110-1);
see section of the conductors and cable diameter in the specifications in the manual.
he components of the kit must be mounted on the cable that will power the lamp (from
12Vdc to 48Vdc);j then connect the two male and female connectors pressing, until you
hear the “click” that indicates the correct connection of the two counterparts.
If the external flexible cable of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced exclusive-
ly by the manufacturer.
Do not cover the device with plastic sheets, cloths, tissues cause it has to dissipate the
heat produced by the light source.
For cleaning and maintenance always use a damp cloth without any solvents or acids.
For your safety, do not attempt to modify the unit.

Do not fix the light source in operation
Appliance not suitable for direct mounting on surfaces normally flammable
(suitable only for surfaces non-combustible).
Power cables, interconnection cables or external wiring heat resistant.
Live part not accessible after parts have been opened by hand or tools (cl. 4.29 EN
60598-1, cl. 5.6 EN 60598-2-5) heat resistant.
