Assembly Instructions
These connectors comprise of 7 components: Body, Pin(2), Ferrule(2) & Strain relief sleeve(2) which are identified below.
1) SLIDE THE STRAIN RELIEF SLEEVES AND THE FERRULES ONTO THE CABLE THEN TRIM THE CABLE
AS SHOWN TAKING CARE NOT TO NICK THE CENTRE CONDUCTOR OR BRAID.
2) CRIMP THE PINS ONTO THE CENTRE CONDUCTORS.

3) INSERT THE PINS INTO THE BODY, ENSURING THAT THEY CAPTIVATE AND THAT ALL
OF THE BRAID IS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE MANDRILS. SLIDE THE FERRULES OVER
THE BRAID UNTIL THEY BUTTS UP AGAINST THE BODY, THEN CRIMP THE FERRULES.
SLIDE THE STRAIN RELIEF SLEEVES OVER THE FERRULES AS SHOWN.
