Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt. Sie ent-
hält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und der Hand-
habung. Achten Sie hierauf, auch wenn Sie dieses Produkt an
Dritte weitergeben.
Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung zum Nachlesen sorgfältig
auf!
Der Aufbau der Steckernetzgeräte erfolgte in Anlehnung an die
VDE 0551 = EN 60742 bzw. 61558. Darüber hinaus sind die
Steckernetzgeräte EMV-geprüft und erfüllen somit die Anforderun-
gen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen Richtlinien. Die
Konformität wurde nachgewiesen; die entsprechenden Unterlagen
(Erklärung) sind beim Hersteller hinterlegt. Um diesen Zustand zu
erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, müssen Sie
als Anwender diese Bedienungsanleitung unbedingt beachten!
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Anschluß und Betrieb von Kleinspannungsverbrauchern mit einer Be-
triebsspannung von 3 oder 4,5 oder 6 oder 7,5 oder 9 oder
12 VDC. Die Stromaufnahme eines angeschlossenen Verbrauchers darf
0,3 A beim PA 300/PA 300 Twist bzw. 0,5 A beim PA 500/PA 500 Twist
bzw. 0,6 A beim PA 600 bzw. 0,8 A beim PA 800 nicht überschreiten.
Die Anschlußpolarität (+ oder - innen) richtet sich nach der Verbin-
dung eines der beiliegenden acht (8) Stecker (Pfeil-Markierung) mit
der Ausgangs(anschluß-)leitung.
Die Steckernetzgeräte sind nur für den Anschluß an 230 Volt Wech-
selspannung mit 50 Hz zugelassen
Ein Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist nicht zuläs-
sig. Widrige Umgebungsbedingungen sind:
- Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit,
- Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel

- Gewitter bzw. Gewitterbedingungen wie starke elektrostati-
sche Felder usw.
Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben, führt zur Beschä-
digung des Gerätes, außerdem ist dies mit Gefahren, wie z. B.
Kurzschluß, Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc. verbunden. Das ge-
samte Produkt darf nicht geändert, bzw. umgebaut werden! Die Si-
cherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten!
Sicherheitshinweise
Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Bedie-
nungsanleitung entstehen, erlischt der Garantiean-
spruch! Für Folgeschäden, die daraus resultieren,
übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
Bei Sach- oder Personenschäden, die durch un-
sachgemäße Handhabung oder Nichtbeachtung der
Sicherheitshinweise verursacht werden, überneh-
men wir keine Haftung. In solchen Fällen erlischt je-
der Garantieanspruch.
Die Steckernetzgeräte haben das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch ein-
wandfreiem Zustand verlassen. Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und
einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, muß der Anwender die
Sicherheitshinweise und Warnvermerke beachten, die in dieser Ge-
brauchsanweisung enthalten sind. Die Geräte sind in Schutzklasse
II aufgebaut. Der zweipolige Euro-Netzstecker ist fest mit dem
Gehäuse verbunden.
Netzgeräte und Zubehör gehören nicht in Kinderhände!
In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschrif-
ten des Verbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften für
elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten.

In Schulen, Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Hobby- und Selbsthilfe-
werkstätten ist das Betreiben von Netzgeräten und Zubehör durch
geschultes Personal verantwortlich zu überwachen.
Nehmen Sie die Steckernetzgeräte nur in Betrieb, wenn das
Gehäuse sicher geschlossen und verschraubt ist.
Netzgeräte sind nicht für die Anwendung an Menschen oder Tieren
zugelassen.
Bei der Reihenschaltung der Ausgänge eines oder mehrerer Netz-
geräte werden lebensgefährliche Spannungen(> 35 VDC) erzeugt.
Netzgeräte und die angeschlossenen Verbraucher dürfen nicht un-
beaufsichtigt betrieben werden.
Das Verlegen metallisch blanker Leitungen und Kontakte ist zu ver-
meiden. Alle diese Stellen sind durch geeignete, schwer entflamm-
bare Isolierstoffe oder andere Maßnahmen abzudecken und da-
durch vor direkter Berührung zu schützen. Auch die elektrisch lei-
tenden Teile der angeschlossenen Verbraucher sind durch entspre-
chende Maßnahmen vor direkter Berührung zu schützen.
Wenn anzunehmen ist, daß ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr
möglich ist, so ist das Gerät außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen un-
beabsichtigten Betrieb zu sichern. Es ist anzunehmen, daß ein ge-
fahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn
- das Gerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist,
- das Gerät nicht mehr arbeitet und
- nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen oder
- nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen.
Verbinden Sie Ihr(e) Steckernetzgerät(e) niemals gleich dann mit
dem Netz, wenn es(sie) von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum
gebracht wird(werden). Das dabei entstehende Kondenswasser
kann unter ungünstigen Umständen Ihr Gerät zerstören. Lassen Sie
das Gerät unverbunden auf Zimmertemperatur kommen.

Anschluß, Inbetriebnahme
Die Steckernetzgeräte mit Gleichspannungsausgang sind, bis auf
eine Leuchtdiode als Betriebsanzeige, einem Umschalter für die
verschiedenen Sekundärwindungen des Transformators, einem
Gleichrichter und einem Lade-Elko ohne jegliche Elektronik aufge-
baut, also ungeregelt. Das heißt, das Netzgerät ist nur bedingt
kurzschlußfest. Bei einem längeren Kurzschluß am Ausgang des
Netzgerätes löst die Thermosicherung in der Primärwicklung des
Trafo’s einmalig (Einwegsicherung) aus. Achten Sie beim Anschluß
eines Verbrauchers darauf, daß dieser uneingeschaltet mit dem
Netzgerät verbunden wird.
Vor jeder Verbindung mit der Netzsteckdose überprüfen Sie die
richtige Einstellung der Ausgangsspannung.
Verdrehen Sie den Stellknopf auf keinen Fall
während des Betriebes. Einerseits kann der eventu-
ell angeschlossene Verbraucher (Radio oder Walk-
man o.ä.) beschädigt und andererseits das Netz-
gerät durch Abrißfunken an den Schaltkontakten
zerstört werden.
Die Ausgangsspannung ist einstellbar von 3 VDC (DC = „Gleich-
spannung“) bis 12 VDC, wodurch die meisten Anwendungen abge-
deckt sind. Je nach Netzgerätetyp sind dabei Stromentnahmen von
max. 300 mA beim PA-300 bis max. 800 mA beim PA-800 möglich.
An der Anschlußbuchse am Leitungsende befindet sich eine
Pfeilmarkierung. Auf den beiliegenden Kleinspannungssteckern
sind diese Pfeilmarkierungen beidseitig vorhanden. Zu jeder
Pfeilmarkierung gehört eine bestimmte Anschlußpolarität. Je nach
Verbindung mit der Anschlußbuchse ergibt sich:

Bei den Klinkensteckern ist das vordere Ende als „innen“ zu
betrachten.

These operating instructions are an integral part of this pro-
duct. They also contain important instructions on commissio-
ning and handling. Please also take them into consideration
when passing the product on to third parties.
Therefore you must keep these operating instructions for future re-
ference!
The plug-in power supply units were designed on the basis of the
specification VDE 0551 = EN 60742 and/or 61558. Besides, the
plug-in power supply units are EMC-tested and consequently sa-
tisfy the requirements of the applicable European and national di-
rectives. Conformity has been proved; the appropriate documents
(declaration) are kept at the manufacturer’s. To make sure this state
is maintained and to ensure safe operation, it is essential that you -
the user - adhere to these operating instructions!
Usage for the intended purpose:
Connection and operation of extra-low voltage consumers with a service
voltage of 3 or 4,5 or 6 or 7,5 or 9 or 12 VDC. The power consumption of
a connected consumer must not exceed 0,3 A for PA 300/PA300 Twist
or 0,5 A for PA 500/PA500 Twist or 0,6 A for PA 600 or 0,8 A for PA 800.
The terminal polarity (+ or - inside) depends on the connection of
one of the enclosed eight (8) plugs (Arrow mark) to the output
(connection)cable.
The plug-in power supply units are only approved for connection to
230 VAC, 50 Hz.
Operation under adverse ambient conditions is not admissible.
- moisture or excessive (air) humidity,
- dust and combustible gases, vapours or solvents
- Thunderstorm or thundery conditions, powerful electromagnetic
fields etc.

Any use deviating from that described above results in product da-
mage; it moreover involves danger, e.g. short-circuits, fire, electric
shocks etc. The entire product must not be changed or modified! It
is essential to adhere to the safety provisions!
Safety provisions
Any damage caused by non-compliance with the
operating instructions rule out your warranty claim!
We shall not be held liable for consequential dama-
ge resulting from such non-compliance.
We shall not be held liable for material or personal
damage resulting from improper handling or non-
compliance with the safety provisions. In such ca-
ses, any warranty claims are ruled out.
The plug-in power supply units have been delivered from our fac-
tory in perfectly safe technical condition. To maintain this state and
to ensure safe operation, the user must adhere to the safety provi-
sions and warnings contained in these operating instructions. The
units have been designed for safety class II.
The two-pole Euro mains plug is firmly connected to the housing.
Power packs must be kept away from children!
When used in industrial plants, the Provisions for the Prevention of
Accidents of the Association of Industrial Employers’ Liability Insu-
rance Associations for Electrical Installations and Equipment must
be complied with.
In schools, training centres, hobby and do-it-yourself workshops,
the operation of power packs and accessories must be supervised
by responsible, well-trained staff.

The plug-in power supply units may only be put into operation if
the housing is safely closed and screw-fastened.
Power packs are not approved for utilisation on human beings or
animals.
If one or several power packs are series-connected, hihgly dange-
rous voltages (> 35 VDC) are generated.
Power packs and the consumers connected to them must not be
operated without supervision.
Bright cables and contacts should not be laid. All these areas must
be covered by appropriate, flame-retardant insulating material or
other measures to protect them against direct contact. The electri-
cally conductive parts of the consumers connected must also be
protected against direct contact by appropriate measures.
If safe operation can no longer be reasonably assumed, the unit
must be decommissioned and protected against involuntary opera-
tion. Safe operation cannot be reasonably assumed if
- the unit shows visual traces of damage,
- the unit no longer functions and
- after extended storage under unfavourable conditions or
- after severe strain during transit.
Never connect your plug-in power supply unit(s) to the mains
straight after having taken it (them) from a cold into a warm atmos-
phere. Under unfavourable conditions, the condensate which might
develop may destroy your unit. Allow the unit to adjust to room
temperature without connecting it.

Connection, commissioning
Except for an LED as status display, a change-over switch for the
various secondary transformer windings, a rectifier and a charging
electrolytic capacitor, the plug-in power supply units with direct
voltage output do not include any electronics, i.e. they are non-re-
gulated. Consequently, the power pack is only short-circuit-proof
to a limited extent. In case of an extended short-circuit on the out-
put of the power pack, the thermal release in the transformer’s pri-
mary winding triggers once (single-use protection device). When
connecting a consumer, make sure that it is connected to the po-
wer pack in switched-off condition.
Before establishing any connection to the mains socket outlet,
check the correct setting of the output voltage.
Never turn the adjusting knob for the output voltage
during operation. This might damage any connec-
ted consumers (radio or walkman etc.) and destroy
the power pack by break sparks generated on the
switching contacts.
The output voltage is adjustable from 3 VDC (DC = „direct voltage“)
to 12 VDC, which should cover most applications.
Depending on the type of power pack, it enables a current drain of
max. 300 mA (for PA-300) up to max. 800 mA (for PA-800).
An arrow mark is located on the connecting socket at the end of
the cable. These arrow marks are provided on both sides of the ex-
tra-low-voltage plugs supplied. A defined terminal polarity is assig-
ned to each arrow mark. Depending on the connection to the
connecting socket, the following ensues:

Le montage des blocs d’alimentation enfichables a été réalisé en
référence à la norme VDE 0551 = EN 60742 ou 61558. Par ailleurs,
la compatibilité électromagnétique de ces blocs a été testée, aussi
répondent-ils aux exigences des directives européennes et natio-
nales en vigueur. Leur conformité a été contrôlée ; les documents
correspondants (attestations) ont été remis au fabricant. Afin de
maintenir l’appareil dans cet état de conformité et de garantir son
fonctionnement en toute sécurité, veuillez respecter ce mode
d’emploi !
Utilisation conforme à l’affectation:
Raccordement et fonctionnement de récepteurs très basse tension
pour une tension de service de 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9 ou 12 VCC. L’inten-
sité de courant d’utilisation d’un récepteur raccordé au bloc d’ali-
mentation ne doit pas dépasser 0,3 A (PA300/PA300 Twist), 0,5 A
(PA500/PA500 Twist), 0,6 A (PA600), 0,8 A (PA800).
La polarité de raccordement (pôles intérieurs + ou -) se règle d’a-
près la connexion de l’une des huit (8) fiches (flèche repère) jointes
avec le terminal de sortie.
Les blocs d’alimentation enfichables sont uniquement prévus pour
une alimentation sous une tension alternative de 230 V / 50 Hz.
Ils ne doivent pas être utilisés dans des conditions d’environne-
ment défavorables

Les conditions d’environnement défavorables sont :
- humidité ou une humidité de l’air trop élevée,
- la présence de poussière et de gaz combustibles, de vapeurs
ou de solvants,
- orages ou temps orageux et champs électrostatiques élevés,
etc.
Toute utilisation autre que celle indiquée auparavant conduirait à
une dégradation de ce produit et risquerait de provoquer un court-
circuit, un incendie, une électrocution, etc. Le produit complet ne
doit être ni modifié ni transformé!
Les consignes de sécurité doivent être absolument respectées!

La garantie ne s’applique pas dans le cas de dom-
mages dus au non-respect du mode d’emploi !
Nous ne saurions être tenus responsables de dom-
mages en découlant.
Nous ne saurions être tenus responsables des
dommages matériels ou corporels dus à une mau-
vaise manipulation du produit ou au non-respect
des consignes de sécurité. De tels dommages ne
sont pas couverts par la garantie.
Le bloc d’alimentation enfichable est sorti de l’usine en parfait état
sur le plan technique. Afin de maintenir l’appareil dans cet état et
de garantir son fonctionnement en toute sécurité, l’utilisateur est
tenu de respecter les consignes de sécurité ainsi que les mises en
garde spécifiées dans ce mode d’emploi. L’appareil est classé
dans la catégorie de sécurité II.
La fiche de contact européenne à deux pôles est solidement fixée
au boîtier.

Ne pas laisser le bloc d’alimentation à la portée des enfants!
A l’intérieur des installations industrielles, les prescriptions de
prévention contre les accidents relatives aux installations et équi-
pements électriques édictées par l’Association des caisses de
prévoyance contre les accidents doivent être respectées.
Dans les écoles, les établissements de formation, les centres de
loisirs et ateliers de bricolage, l’utilisation de blocs d’alimentation
et accessoires doit se faire sous la surveillance d’un personnel
compétent.
Mettez en service les blocs d’alimentation enfichables uniquement
si le boîtier est correctement fermé et bien vissé.
Les blocs d’alimentation ne doivent pas être utilisés sur des per-
sonnes ou des animaux.
Dans le cas d’un montage en série des sorties d’un ou de plusieurs
blocs d’alimentation, des tensions très dangereuses sont générées
(> 35 VCC).
Les blocs d’alimentation ainsi que les récepteurs branchés dessus
ne doivent pas fonctionner sans surveillance.
La pose de câbles et de contacts métalliques dénudés est à éviter.
Tous ces endroits doivent être recouverts de matériaux isolants ou
autres moyens adaptés, difficilement inflammables, les protégeant
contre les contacts directs. Les parties électroconductrices des ré-
cepteurs raccordés aux blocs d’alimentation doivent être égale-
ment protégées contre les contacts directs à l’aide de moyens ad-
aptés.
Si l’on pense qu’un fonctionnement sans danger n’est plus garanti,
l’appareil doit être mis hors service afin d’éviter tout fonctionne-

ment inopiné. On peut supposer qu’un fonctionnement sans dan-
ger n’est plus assuré lorsque :
- l’appareil présente des détériorations visibles,
- l’appareil ne fonctionne plus
- l’appareil a été stocké de façon prolongée dans des conditi-
ons défavorables ou
- l’appareil a été transporté dans des conditions difficiles.
Ne raccordez jamais immédiatement votre(vos) bloc(s) d’alimentati-
on enfichable(s) au réseau après l’(les) avoir transporté(s)d’un en-
droit froid à un endroit chaud. L’eau de condensation apparaissant
lors de ce changement de température peut, dans certaines circon-
stances défavorables, détruire votre appareil. Avant de le raccor-
der, laissez l’appareil se réchauffer jusqu’à température ambiante.
Raccordement, mise en service
Les blocs d’alimentation enfichables avec sortie en tension conti-
nue sont conçus sans système électronique (donc sans système
de réglage), à l’exception d’une DEL indiquant si l’appareil est en
service, d’un commutateur d’inversion pour les différentes spires
secondaires du transformateur, d’un redresseur de courant et d’un
condensateur électrochimique de chargement. En d’autres termes,
le bloc d’alimentation résiste uniquement dans une mesure limitée
aux courts-circuits. En cas de court-circuit prolongé à la sortie du
bloc d’alimentation, le coupe-circuit thermique se déclenche dans
l’enroulement primaire du transformateur (dispositf de protection à
usage unique). Lorsque vous raccordez un récepteur, veillez à ce
qu’il soit hors tension avant de le raccorder au bloc d’alimentation.
Avant tout branchement à une prise de courant, vérifiez que la ten-
sion de sortie est correctement réglée.

Ne tournez en aucun cas le bouton de réglage de la
tension de sortie pendant le fonctionnement de l’-
appareil. D’une part, ceci peut endommager le ré-
cepteur éventuellement raccordé à l’appareil (radio,
baladeur, etc.) et d’autre part, le bloc d’alimentation

Il est possible de régler la tension de sortie entre 3 VCC. (C.C. =
tension de courant continu) et 12 VCC., ceci couvrant ainsi la majo-
rité des applications.
En fonction du type de bloc d’alimentation, la consommation de
courant peut être de 300 mA max. pour le modèle PA-300 à 800
mA max. pour le modèle PA-800.
Sur le raccord à l’extrémité du câble se trouve une flèche repère.
Ces flèches repères sont situées de chaque côté des fiches très
basse tension fournies. Une polarité de raccordement correspond
à chacune de ces flèches repères. En fonction de la connexion du
raccord, on obtient :

Deze gebruiksaanwijzing hoort bij dit product. Er staan belan-
grijke aanwijzingen in betreffende de ingebruikname en ge-
bruik, ook als u dit product doorgeeft aan derden.
Bewaar daarom deze handleiding zorgvuldig, zodat u deze later
nog eens kunt nalezen.
De opbouw van de stekkernetvoedingen zijn volgens de VDE 0551
= EN 60742 rep. 61558. Bovendien is de stekkernetvoeding EMV-
getest en voldoet aan de eisen van de geldende Europese en na-
tionale richtlijnen. De CE-conformiteit is bewezen; de betreffende
documenten bevinden zich bij de fabrikant.
Om dit zo te houden en gebruik zonder gevaar te garanderen, moet
u zich als gebruiker beslist aan deze gebruiksaanwijzing houden!
Gebruik waarvoor het apparaat bedoeld is
Het aansluiten en laten werken van verbruikers met klein vermogen
met een voedingsspanning van 3 of 4,5 of 6 of 7,5 of 9 of 12 VDC.
Het stroomverbruik van een aangesloten verbruiker mag niet groter
zijn dan 0,3 A bei de PA 300/PA 300 Twist resp. 0,5 A bei de PA
500/PA 500 Twist resp. 0,6 A bei de PA 600 en 0,8 A bei de PA 800.
De aansluitpolariteit (+ of - binnen) richt zich naar de verbinding
van de gekozen meegeleverde acht (8) stekkers (pijlmarkering) met
een uitgangs(aansluiting)kabel.
De stekkernetvoeding is alleen voor aansluiting op 230 Volt wissel-
spanning met 50 Hz toegelaten.
Het gebruik onder ongunstige omgevingsomstandigheden is niet
toegestaan. Ongunstige omgevingsomstandigheden zijn:
- natheid of een te hoge luchtvochtigheid
- stof en brandbare gassen, dampen of oplosmiddelen
- onweer resp. onweerachtige omstandigheden zoals sterke
elektrostatische velden

Een andere toepassing dan hierboven beschreven leidt tot bescha-
diging van het apparaat, bovendien zijn hieraan gevaren verbon-
den, zoals bijv. kortsluiting, brand, elektrische schok enz. Het totale
product mag niet veranderd resp. omgebouwd worden. U dient
zich beslist te houden aan de veiligheidsbepalingen!.
Veiligheidsbepalingen
Bij schades, die ontstaan door het niet opvolgen
van de handleiding, vervalt het recht op garantie.
Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schades die daa-
ruit resulteren.
Bij letsel van personen of schade aan zaken, die do-
or onjuist gebruik of het niet naleven van de veilig-
heidsbepalingen zijn veroorzaakt, zijn wij niet aan-
sprakelijk. In dergelijke gevallen vervalt elk recht
op garantie.
De stekkernetvoeding heeft de fabriek in veiligheidstechnisch per-
fecte staat verlaten. Om deze toestand te houden, moet de gebrui-
ker de veiligheidsbepalingen en gevarenopmerkingen in acht ne-
men, welke in deze handleiding genoemd zijn. De netvoeding is ge-
bouwd in veiligheidsklasse II en is voorzien van een tweepolig Eu-
rostekker deze is vast met de behuizing verbonden.
Netvoedingen horen niet in kinderhanden!
In commerciële instellingen dient u zich te houden aan de ARBO-
voorschriften.
In scholen, opleidingsinstituten, hobby- en doe-het-zelf-werk-
plaatsen dient het gebruik van netvoedingen alleen te gebeuren on-
der toezicht van geschoold personeel.
