The S model comes with all the features
you’d expect from a Volvo. Beyond the 17"
Antaeus wheels and RSC (Roll Stability
Control) system, S offers dual-zone climate
control, Rear Park Assist and power door
mirrors and windows. Interior details include
a leather steering wheel and gear knob, and
our High Performance audio system with 8
speakers and CD player.
XC90 SE LUX
The SE Lux includes the ultimate motoring
equipment. Above and beyond SE
specification, the SE Lux has Chronograph
instrument dials, Sovereign Hide Soft
Leather upholstery, Sapeli wood trim and
both front seats are powered and heated.
Further comforts include luxury floor mats
and power folding door mirrors with
ground lights. Exterior details include
18" Camulus wheels, brushed aluminium
roof rails and Active Bi-Xenon headlamps
with power washers.
XC90 EXECUTIVE
The Executive is the ultimate in Volvo luxury.
Its refined exterior boasts stylish
body-coloured door mirrors and rubbing
strips, Active Bi-Xenon headlights and 19"
Galateia wheels are further highlights.
Inside the cabin, inlays of walnut provide a
warm welcome, while Executive Soft
Leather upholstery, extra padding and
armrests pamper. Further features include a
fridge, RTI navigation system, and our
Dynaudio Premium Sound audio with Dolby
Pro Logic ll Surround Sound.
The SE Sport enhances both the dynamic
performance of the XC90 and the distinctive
style of the XC90. Its unique Sports Chassis
has stiffer anti-roll bars to reduce roll, firmer
shock absorbers to improve body control and a
Sports-tuned, speed dependent steering
system to improve responses and feedback.
19" 5-spoke Vulcanis alloy wheels, silver matt
exterior trim and Sports tailpipes complete the
exterior look, while its uniquely upholstered,
contoured Sports seats combined with a
Sports steering wheel, Chronograph instrument
dials and aluminium/rubber trim create a
focused driving environment.
THE VOLVO XC90
Welcome. You're about to take a closer look at the Volvo XC90 –
Volvo's next generation SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle). One of the most
revolutionary new cars in recent years, the XC90 has surpassed
expectations of what an SUV can be. Outstanding passenger
comfort for up to 7, excellent fuel consumption, advanced All Wheel
Drive and stunning good looks all combine in this harmonious design.
V8
The V8, 4.4 litre, 60° ‘V’ configuration delivers outstanding
performance and grip producing 315 PS and 440 Nm of torque.
This extremely advanced and compact V8 engine is one of the
smoothest and cleanest engines of its type and offers effortless
performance at any speed. Dual CVVT (Continuously Variable
Valve Timing) on both intake and exhaust sides and counter-
rotating balancer shafts give an excellent combination of power
and refinement. Fuel consumption and CO2are also amongst the
best for this class of engine.
D5
The D5 2.4 litre, turbocharged, in-line, five cylinder, common rail
diesel engine delivers very low fuel consumption and CO2
emissions with excellent performance – producing 185 PS and
400 Nm torque. This third-generation electronic fuel injection
engine is made entirely of aluminium – giving it a similar weight to
a petrol engine. Add that to the variable blade turbocharger and
you’ve got one of the cleanest and most advanced diesel engines
on the market.
AWD WITH INSTANT TRACTION™
The electronically controlled AWD (All Wheel Drive) system with
Instant Traction™automatically distributes drive between the front
and rear wheels within a fraction of a second as conditions
demand. This intelligent system optimises traction and stability in
all conditions and aids fuel consumption.
INTELLIGENT 7 SEAT SYSTEM
The XC90 features an innovative and safe 7 seat interior with 64
seating configurations. At first glance the luxurious interior offers a
traditional 5 seat configuration – but hidden in the rear load floor
are 2 additional seats. Each of the 6 passenger seats can be
independently folded flat offering one of the most versatile
interiors available. Each seat has the usual Volvo full complement
of equipment. The middle 2nd row seat also features an integrated
child booster cushion.
The SE takes you and your passengers
further along the path of self-indulgence with
leather-faced upholstery, dark wood trim and
a power adjustable driver’s seat. There’s a
CD player and various intuitive features,
such as the automatic rain sensor and
autodimming rear-view mirror. On the
outside, 18" Atlantis wheels make sure you
don’t go unnoticed.

(i) For best performance and lowest fuel consumption 98 RON is recommended. 95 RON
can be used for normal driving.
(ii) These results do not express or imply any guarantee of the fuel consumption of a
particular car as there are inevitable differences between individual cars of the same
model. Additionally driving style, traffic conditions, as well as the age, mileage and
standard of maintenance will affect a car’s fuel consumption.
(iii)The Urban fuel consumption figure is based on typical city driving, including starting the
car from cold. The Extra Urban figure is based on typical motorway driving and cruising.
The Combined figure averages the consumption across both cycles.
(iv)Unbraked towing weight must not exceed 50% of kerb weight up to a
maximum of 750 kg.
The weight of the vehicle will influence the level of CO2emitted. As a result, vehicles with
higher levels of specification and factory fit options may emit higher levels of CO2. Once a
vehicle has been built it will be given its own specific CO2emission on which the Vehicle
Excise Duty will be charged.
A weighbridge must be used to determine specific weights.
