1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS
• To operate this device safely, the user must
have read and understood these instructions for
use before using the device for the first time.
• Observe all safety instructions! Failure to do so
may cause harm to you and others.
• Retain all instructions for use, and safety
instructions for future reference.
• If you sell or pass the device on, you must also
hand over these operating instructions.
• The device must only be used when it functions
properly. If the product or part of the product is
defective, it must be taken out of operation and
disposed of correctly.
• Do not use the tool for work on live parts, it may
result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Make sure the electrical supply is turned off
before stripping off the casing.
• Test the circuit for voltage. Always double-
check the wire to make sure it's not carrying
electricity. Get a multimeter, turn it to the
voltage setting, and hook it up to the wire.
If the readout doesn't stay at zero volts, the
circuit is still getting power. Shut off the power
completely before trying to strip it.
2. MACHINE INFORMATION
Intended use
The automatic stripping tool allows the stripping
and cutting of solid and stranded wires/cables.
The jaws automatically adjust to the size of the
cable, allowing the end of the insulator to be easily
removed, revealing the conductor. The tool can
also be used for crimping and pressing common
insulated and non-insulated terminals. The tool is
not suited for work on live parts.

3. OPERATION
Stripping wire (Fig. A, B)
Insert the wire as shown on figure B1 or figure B2.
Now squeeze the plier to remove the insulation
from the wire.
End stop (Fig. A, B)
To strip multiple wires on the same length, the
end stop (3) can be used (figure B1). First turn the
end stop (3) upwards. Adjust the end stop to the
desired length and afterwards fixate it by turning it
downwards again.
Do not engage the end stop when stripping
wires in a position as shown on figure B3.
Adjusting the tension (Fig. A)
The tension of the jaws can be adjusted by turning
the tension adjustment knob (1). Turn clockwise
to tighten, turn anti-clockwise to loosen. If the
insulation on the wire is damaged after stripping,
the tension is too high. If the plier is unable to strip
the insulation of the wire, the tension is too low.
The right setting can be determined by practical
testing, depending on the wire type and diameter.
Cutting wire (Fig. A)
Use the sharper shaped part marked as cutter (7)
to cut wire.
Crimping insulated wire (Fig. C)
The plier offers crimping capabilities of common
insulated terminals, as shown on figure C. Use only
the colour-coded crimping insulated terminal (4)
part of the plier.

Crimping non-insulated wire (Fig. D)
The plier offers crimping capabilities of common
non-insulated terminals, as shown on figure D. Use
only the crimping non-insulated terminal (5) part
of the plier. Pay attention to use the right section
of the plier, depending on the size and diameter of
the terminal.

service centers;
• Normal wear and tear;
• The tool has been abused, misused or
improperly maintained;
• Non-original spare parts have been used.
This constitutes the sole warranty made by
company either expressed or implied. There are
no other warranties expressed or implied which
extend beyond the face hereof, herein, including the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose. In no event shall VONROC be
liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
The dealers remedies shall be limited to repair or
replacement of nonconforming units or parts.

üblicher isolierter und nicht isolierter Kabelschuhe
verwendet werden. Das Werkzeug eignet sich nicht
für Arbeiten an spannungsführenden Teilen.
