Dear Customers,
Thank you for purchasing Vootto Air Purifier Ltd’s
air purifier. For a satisfying experience and
complete enjoyment of the product, please
read the instructions before installing and save
them for future use.

Differences in models:
Vootto is available in 2 different models fit to
your needs: Vootto Classic, and Vootto Heat. This
manual addresses both models with the
exception of the Opening Tab at the top of the
device.

Safety Instructions
Before connecting the device to the power source, make sure that
the power supply cable is securely connected to the socket in the
vehicle and to the appliance itself and that it is not twisted, torn, or
damaged.
Keep the cable and device away from heat, hot or humid surfaces,
and liquids. Avoid touching the plug or switch with wet or damp
hands.
If the device gets wet from the outside or inside, unplug it from the
power source immediately.
Always make sure the connection plug is accessible when the device
is connected.
Never pull on the cable to disconnect the device from the power
supply. Always unplug the device using the plug itself.
Do not carry, pull or rotate the device with its power cord.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer’s service center or by a service representative or a
qualified technician on its behalf.
Always make sure that the power cord does not get entangled in
essential vehicle parts. Do not bend, twist or wrap the cable.
Cleaning, filter replacement, and maintenance of the device will not
be performed by children. Keep unattended children away from the
device.
No component of Vootto or its accessories is to be eaten or
consumed internally. In any case of the development of an allergic
reaction, stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor.

About the Vootto’s Active Shield capsule

Vootto's Active Shield filter system consists of four
filtration layers including IN-EX powered antiviral
coating, and eliminates 99% of all pollutants in the air.

The array of filters
Pre Filter: Mesh 60 metal filter.
HEPA H13: 99.7% efficiency in capturing and
filtering particles up to 0.3 microns in size.
Antiviral Coating: Powered by IN-EX
technology, this filter breaks down the protein
membrane of germs with an efficiency of
99.15%.
Activated carbon filter: effective in absorbing
chemicals, smoke, and pollutants.
Anti-odor granulites: made from a mixture of
over 200 plants that emit an un-detectable
smell and neutralizes unwanted odors.

Vootto purifies only the air that passes through the device and
holds no responsibility over user’s health in relations to air
intake.

Carefully inspect the device, the power cord
and plugs for visible damage.
Do not use the device if it or any of its
accessories are damaged.
Avoid placing, using or storing the device
above or near containers of liquids.
1.3. Installation - before starting
Under no circumstances should the air passage of the
appliance be covered during use, including the air vents on the
top and the air outlets at the bottom of the appliance.

Connect the small plug provided to the power outlet
socket under the power switch of the device, and the
lighter plug on the other side to the lighter socket in the
vehicle. Only use original Vootto accesories, any use of
other plugs, cables or power sources will void and null
warranty.

Place the Vootto device in the vehicle's cup holder. The
silicone stabilization wings at the bottom of the product
will help it position itself in the niche of stabily.

2. Operation and Use
2.1. Purpose of using the device
Air purification and germ elimination
Filtration, purification and collection of smoking waste
Perfuming the car interior
Do not use the device for any purpose not specified by the
manufacturer. Use that does not comply with the
manufacturer's instructions will void the product warranty.

When Vootto is plugged in, it will start automatically when
you start your car. The LED light will glow white as long as
the device is working. To switch between the 7 different
airflow speeds, simply twist the control ring like so:

Vootto will operate automatically and
continuously for the duration of the drive.
When you end your ride switch Vootto off
by pressing the power switch for three
seconds. Switching the device off allows it
to remember your preferred speed setting.
Otherwise, it will start on the first speed
the next time you start the car.

The Vootto device provides a solution for filtering, purifying and
collecting smoking waste to minimize damage as much as possible
and provide an optimal driving experience for both the driver and
passengers.
While smoking, operate the device at maximum power for optimal
air exchange in the vehicle space. Continue operating the device at
maximum power for at least another 5 minutes after smoking
cessation for optimal results.
We remind you that when driving, it is important to be focused and
not let distraction as a result of smoking impair your alertness and
your ability to drive.
Vootto Air Purifier Ltd. does not encourage smoking and draws
attention to the fact that smoking is harmful to health.

The Vootto device alerts when it is time to replace the
filter capsule using the illuminated LED indicator
below the control ring. When the LED lights up red, it
means it's time to replace your filter capsule.
The recommended frequency of changing the scent
capsule is about once a month, according to your
personal feeling and to the frequency of use.
3. Maintenance and Cleaning

Turn Vootto off and remove the top by twisting counterclockwise.
Using the black grip, pull out the current filter.
Twist and pull the black grip from the filter and place it onto the new filter.
Insert the filter back to the device.
Return the cover to its place in a clockwise rotation.
The LED wil change to white, reseting the device,
and now Vootto is ready to use.
Plug the device in and long press the power switch for 10 seconds.

The Vootto device perfumes the car space with the
fragrance of your choice. The scent capsule is placed on
the bottom of the filter capsule and can be disassembled
to allow its replacement alone. The Vootto device can
operate without a scent capsule as well.

Twist and pull the black scent capsule from underneath the filter capsule
Repeat steps 1-2 from page 14.
Attach the new capsule to the filter
Insert the capsules with the grip to the device and twist the top back on
clockwise.

Vootto does not require constant
maintenance other than capsule
replacement and the occasional
external cleaning. To clean the
device use a soft, slightly damp
cloth and wipe it.

3.4 Cleaning and maintenance
In order to clean the top tray
remove it from the Vootto body by
twisting it counterclockwise and
pulling it up. Now you can lift the
plastic tab to empty the contents
and even rinse the top tray with
soap and water.
3.4.1 Cleaning the Top Tray
Take Notice: Do not return top tray onto the Vootto body unless
it is completely dry to avoid corrosion damage.

3.4.2 Make sure to:
Before cleaning the appliance, switch it off,
disconnect it from the power supply and allow
it to cool slightly.
Never immerse the device in water or other
liquids.
Apart from cleaning and capsule
replacement – do not perform any work on the
device to prevent damage or injury. If you
identified a problem with the device please
contact the service center.
In case of malfunction, contact the service
center. Any attempt to repair, disassemble,
assemble or use a device that does not comply
with the manufacturer's guidelines and
instructions voids the manufacturer's warranty.

Your Vootto device is created from the best materials and
leaves the factory after a thorough inspection. If,
however, something went wrong for any reason, please
check the points below before contacting our customer
service center.
3.5. Troubleshooting
The device does not work
Check that the power supply cable is securely
connected to the power outlet on the device and the
lighter socket on the vehicle. Make sure the vehicle is
on and supplies power. Check the integrity of the
lighter socket by turning on the car lighter or
connecting another device such as a mobile phone
charger.
The top cover of the device does not return to its place
Check that the capsules and the plastic grip are in
place properly and do not interfere with the top of
the device. Make sure that the plastic tab of the lid is
in the same aligned line with the power switch and
the power socket.
While replacing a capsule, the grip disconnected
and the capsule remained in the device
Disconnect the device from the power supply, cover
the opening of the device with one hand and turn it
slowly. Grab the capsule and pull it out. Make sure
that you connect the grip properly to the new
capsule before inserting it into the device to prevent
further such cases in the future.
