Operation
SafeFlame 87D is a safe
dieselstove-ovenwithno
openflame.Thestove-oven
consistsof thecombination
ofdiesel oven SafeFlame
86D and diesel stove
SafeFlame 85DP. The
technicaldetails,instructions
andservicing
Cut-out for the
installation
Theminimumcut-outfor the
oven is 500 x 530 x 540 mm
(figure2). Thebottom ofthe
cut-outshallhaveopenings
for cooling air with a
minimumarea of 100cm2.

withfireproof material.The
stove-ovenis attachedtothe
cut-outin thesameway as
oven86D.
The installation cut-
out of the stove-
oven must have a
replacement air

Connections
Theconnectionsof the
stove-ovenare similarto
thoseof aseparateoven
andstove witha few
exceptions.Thestove-oven
hasaT-branchfor thefuel
hose.Thecommonfuelfeed
ofthe ovenand stoveis
connectedtothe branch
facingdown.
Theexhaust pipeofthe
stove is at the back edge of
thestove toease installation.
Solenoid valve for the
stove-oven:
Ifa solenoidvalve isinstalled
tothefuel system,itmust
openwhenthe stoveoroven
is used.Arelay card to
whoseconnector C2the
wiresof thesolenoid valve
areattached(figure 4) is
availableas an accessoryto
87D. More detailed
instructionsonconnecting
thesolenoid valveare
deliveredwith therelaycard.

in the same way as 85DP
and 86D.
Simultaneousstartingofthe
ovenand stoveis not
recommended;thebattery
voltagemight droptoomuch,
becauseboth devices
require8Aheatercurrent to
start.Youshouldwait for
approximately5minutes
beforere-starting.
