zed or grounding-typeplug. A polarized plug
has two bladeswith one wider than the other.
A grounding-type plughas two blades and a
third grounding prong.The wide blade or the
third prong isprovided for your safety. Ifthe
provided plug doesnot fit into your outlet,
consult an electricianfor replacement of the
obsolete outlet.
10) Protect thepower cable frombeing walked on
or pinched, particularly at plugs,andthe point
where they exitfrom the apparatus.
11) Only useattachments/accessories specified
by the manufacturer.
12) Use onlywith a cart, stand, bracket,or table
specified by themanufacturer, or sold with the
apparatus. When acart is used, use caution
when moving thecart/apparatus combination
to avoid injury fromtip-over.

or when unusedfor long periods of time.
14) Refer allservicing to qualified service perso-
nnel.Servicing is required whenthe apparatus
has been damagedin any way, such as power-
supply cord orplug is damaged, liquid has

rain or moisture,does not operate normally,
or has beendropped.

If an equipmentrack is used, we recommend locatingthe amp-
lifier(s) in thebottom of the rack and thepreamplifier or other
sensitive equipment atthe top.
