Prestare attenzione a quanto specificato sulla targa dati apposta sul
compressore.
A. Messa in servizio
1. Tolto il compressore dall’imballo, assicurarsi dell'integrità dell'apparecchio
e che non esistano componente danneggiati durante il trasporto.
2. Posizionare il compressore su una superficie piana di dimensioni adeguate,
in una stanza asciutta, con buona ventilazione, dove la temperatura non sia
superiore a 35 °C (94 gradi Farenheit)
3. Verificare che la tensione della rete elettrica sia corrispondente a quanto
specificato nella targhetta dati apposta al compressore, che la rete sia
adeguatamente protetta e che sia provvista di collegamento al circuito di
terra.
4. Gli elementi dell’imballaggio (scatola ecc.) devono essere riciclati in accordo
alle normative vigenti.
B. Sicurezza
1. Non utilizzare questo compressore per usi diversi da quelli per i quali
è stato progettato.
2. Non comprimere fluidi diversi dall'aria.
3. Non utilizzare il compressore in ambienti con atmosfere esplosive ed in
prossimità di liquidi, gas o polveri infiammabili
4. Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o manutenzione, verificare
che il compressore non sia collegato alla rete elettrica.
5. Non lasciare esposto il compressore ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole, ecc)
6. Non permettere che il compressore venga utilizzato da bambini e da
personale inesperto.
7. Prestare attenzione che, a seguito di un uso intensivo, alcune parti
dell'apparecchio potrebbere risultare particolarmente calde.
8. Non lasciare il compressore privo del controllo dell'utilizzatore durante il
funzionamento.

C. Uso del compressore
1. Collegare l’attrezzatura utilizzata all’uscita posizionata sulla parte
frontale dell'unità. Per evitare perdite, applicare sempre del nastro
di Teflon sul filetto del raccordo.
2. Collegare il compressore ad una linea elettrica adeguatamente protetta, di
tensione idonea secondo quanto specificato sulla etichetta del prodotto.
3. L'azionamento del compressore è regolato da un
pressostato in relazione alla pressione in uscita.
4. Il motore è dotato di una protezione termica a riarmo automatico, che ne
sospende l'utilizzo in caso di surriscaldamento. Il compressore si avvia
automaticamente quando la temperatura del motore ritorna a valori normali.
D. Manutenzione del compressore
1. Curare la pulizia del compressore dopo ogni uso.
E. Garanzia
1. Il compressore è garantito per una durata di 12 mesi.
2. La garanzia copre unicamente la sostituzione gratuita dei pezzi riconosciuti
difettosi dal costruttore, escluse le parti elettriche e di usura.
3. La manomissione ed il cattivo uso del compressore fanno decadere
automaticamente ogni forma di garanzia.
4. Le spese di trasporto e mano d’opera sono escluse dalla garanzia.

A. Installation
1. After taking the compressor out of its packaging, please check it carefully for
any damages due to shipping.
2. Install the compressor on a flat surface in a suitable sized, dry room with
good ventilation, where the temperature is not likely to rise above 94 degrees
Farenheit (35 degrees Centigrades)
3. Be sure the electrical line rating is proper to the appliance (refer to the data
label), that the electrical line is protected and equipped with the ground line.
4. Dispose of the Packing Material in compliance with the regulations in the
country or state where the compressor is installed.
B. Safety
1. Do not use the Compressor for other purpose than the one it has been
designed for.
2. Do not process other fluid than air.
3. Do not operate the compressor in explosive atmosheres, such as in the pres
ence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
4. Always make sure the unit is unplugged from the electrical line before per
forming any service, maintenance or cleaning.
5. Do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.
6. Do not allow children and other untrained people to use or play with the com
pressor.
7. To avoid risk of burning, be aware that, after intesive use, some compressor
parts could be hot.
8. Do not leave the compressor unattended during its running.

C. Operating instructions
1. Connect the equipment for your application to the outlet at the front of the
unit. To keep the connecting fitting from leaking air
you should always apply teflon tape to the thread of the fitting.
2. Connect the compressor to a protected power supply line with the same
voltage as specified on the product label.
3. Compressor running is controlled automatically by a pres
sure switch, referring to the pressure in the outlet.
4. This unit is equipped with a thermal protector with automatic reset, that cuts
off the power supply in case of overheating. The compressor restarting is auto-
matically operated when the temperature decreases to a standard level.
D. Compressor maintenance
1. Clean the compressor after every use.
E. Warranty
1. The compressor is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty covers the free replacement of parts recognised as defective by the
manufacturer except the electric parts and consumables
3. Warranty automatically ceases in case of tampering and bad usage.
4. Warranty does not include transport and labour costs.

Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch um
einen korrekten Betrieb und eine ordnungsgemässe, zweckentsprechende
Verwendung der Apparatur zu gewährleisten. Bitte vor dem Anschliessen an das
Netz die Leistungsdaten des Kompressors auf dem Typenschild mit den
Netzdaten vergleichen.
A. INBETRIEBNAHME
1. Nach dem Auspacken des Kompressors sicherstellen, dass der Kompressor
intakt ist und keine Transportschäden vorliegen.
2. Den Kompressor auf einer ebenen, waagrechten und adäquat
dimensionierten Unterlage aufstellen. Der Asufstellungsort muss trocken und
gut belüftet sein. Die Umgebungstemeratur darf 35°C (94° F) nicht
übersteigen.
3. Sicherstellen, dass die Betriensspannung des Gerätes mit der Netzspannung
übereinstimmt (die Leistungsdaten des Kompressors können auf dem
Typenschild abgelesen werden). Ausserdem ist sicherzustellen, dass das
Netz normentsprechend abgesichert und geerdet ist.
4. Die Verpackung muss in Übereinstimmung mit den vor Ort geltenden,
einschlägigen Vorschriften entsorgt werden.
B. SICHERHEIT
1. Der Kompressor darf nicht für nicht dem ursprünglichen Zweck
entsprechende Verwendungen eingesetzt werden.
2. Der Kompressor darf nur zur Komprimierung von Luft verwendet werden. Es
dürfen keine anderen Medien mit diesem Kompressor komprimiert werden.
3.Den Kompressor nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Räumen oder in der Nähe
von feuergefährlichen Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder in staubiger Umgebung
verwenden.
4. Vor jedem Wartungs- und/oder Reparatureingriff muss der Netzstecker
gezogen werden.
5. Den Kompressor nicht den Witterungseinflüssen (Regen, Schnee, direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung usw.) aussetzen.
6. Der Kompressor darf nur von eingewiesenen Personen und nicht von
unbeaufsichtigten Kindern verwendet werden.
7. Achtung: bei intensiver Verwendung des Kompressors könnten gwisse Teile
heiss werden.
8. Den Kompressor nie unbeaufsichtigt laufen lassen.

C.VERWENDUNG UND BETRIEB DES KOMPRESSORS
1. Die zur Arbeit mit dem Kompressor vorgesehene Spritzapparatur am
vorderseitig vorgesehenen Luftanschluss befestigen. Um Lecks zu
vermeiden, ist die Anbringumg von Teflon-Dichtungsband am Gewinde des
Luftanschlusses von Vorteil.
2. Den Kompressor nur an einem normgemäss abgesicherten Netz
anschliessen, dessen Spannung mit den Leistungsdaten des Kompressors
(s. Typenschild) übereinstimmt.
3. Die Ein- und Ausschaltung des Kompressors ist durch einen Druckschalter
geregelt.
4. Der Kompressor ist mit eimen automatischen Thermoschutzschalter
ausgestattet, der bei Überhitzung den Kompressor ausser Betrieb setzt.
Nach der Abkühlung der Kompressors auf normale Temperaturwerte,
schliesst der Thermoschutzschalter automatisch wieder den Stromkreis und
der Kompressor kann wieder in Betrieb genommen werden.
D. WARTUNG DES KOMPRESSORS
1. Nach jeder Verwendung den Kompressor reinigen.
E. GARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN
1. Der Kompressor ist während einer Frist von 12 Monaten durch eine
Werksgarantie geschützt.
2. Die Garantie deckt nur den Ersatz von vom Hersteller als defekt anerkannte
Teile unter Ausschluss elektrischer Teile und Verbrauchsteile.
3. Unbefugte Eingriffe in den Kompressor und der nicht zweckentsprechende
Gebrauch desselben führen zur Aberkennung des Garantieschutzes.
4. Fahrt- und Arbeitskosten sind vom Garantieschutz ausgeschlossen.
