This user manual accompanies this wrist blood pressure monitor BDH 612 (hereinafter referred to
only as the “blood pressure monitor”). It contains important information about start-up and
handling.
In order to avoid problems and incorrect operation, read the user manual carefully before using
the blood pressure monitor. This particularly applies to the safety instructions. Failure to follow this user
manual may result in severe injury or damage to the blood pressure monitor. Store the user manual for fu-
ture use. Make sure to include this user manual when passing the blood pressure monitor on to third parties.

Type BF (body float) protection against electrical shock. A type BF application equipment
with greater protection against electric shock to the body, but not directly to the heart.
The cuff is the applied part.
