Tips / Recommandations
•The device is designed to allow auto step on. The first time you use the scale please ignore
the initial reading as this may reflect the factory settings. The scale will be accurate as of the
second use.
•For better results, always remove your shoes and socks.
•It is advisable to always take measurement at the same time of the day.
•Readings can be misleading after intensive exercise, excessive dieting or under extreme
dehydration.
•Always weigh/use the scale on a hard and flat surface.
•For children under 10 or adults over 80, the scale can only be used in regular weighing
mode.
•Pregnant women , dialysis patientsand those experiencing edema should not use this
product. Do not measure body fat if you are implanted with a cardiac pacemaker or other
medical devices
Warning
•This scale provides body analysis measures for a majority of people, but people with the
following condition should never use this scale under this weighing mode: pregnant women
, those with symptoms of edema , those on dialysis treatment and those who use heart
pacemakers or other implanted medical devices.These people should only use a scale under
the regular weighing mode, which will indicate only your body weight.
•The fat and hydration percentages content evaluated by this body fat scale is only for
reference (not for medical purpose). If your fat and hydration percentages content is
over/below normal level, please consult your doctor for more advice.
•Keep away from strong electro-magnetic fields when using the scale.
•It could be slippery if you weigh on a wet surface. Moreover, the weighing platform surface
is glazed, never step on the edge of the scale and do keep balance during your weighing.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Before using scale
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Open the battery cover，insert 1XCR2032 batteries to the battery case. Then close the battery cover. Or just remove
insulating strip.
3．Set scale on floor, Surface must be level for accurate operation.
4. Push C position to take out batteries easily.
(a) Place the scale on horizotal surface after insert battery.
(b) Stand on the scale, the weight is displayed
(c) After measurement is completed, the number blinks and is locked on the display.

2PARAMETER SETTINGS
Example: Use n0.2, male, 170 cm tall, age 30
1 Press SET button to turn on the scale
2 Display the default parameters, press up or down button to set the user number
3 Press SET button to enter the gender setting
4 Press up or down button to set the gender
5 Press SET button to enter the height settig
6 Press up or down button to set the height
7 Press SET button to enter the age setting
8 Press up or down button to set the age
9 Press SET button to confirm the setting and enter into measure mode

3. START MEASUREMENT
Example: use no.2 male, 170cm tall, age 30
1. Press SET button to turn on the scale.
2. Display the last weight data or the default parameters. Press up or down
to choose the user number to reset the data .
3. Wait until zero is showed.
4. Step on the scale and weight after zero is displayed.
5. After it is stable, the weight will flash one time.
6. Fat, water, muscle, bone and calorie are measuring.
7. Display the result.
8. Fat intensity display icon.
