Unpacking
When unpacking the Wesco Product, check carefully for
shipping damage and missing parts. If damage has occurred
or any parts are missing, file a claim with the delivering carrier
within 24 hours and notify the dealer from whom the unit was
purchased. Warranty Repairs
If the unit does not work properly, contact your dealer or the
factory (215-699-7031) for units less than 90 days old.
Non-Warranty Service
If units are older than 90 days, repairs can be made easily on
site with factory supplied parts.
NOTE: Do not send units to the factory for service without
first obtaining a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA)
number from the customer service department. We will not
be responsible for merchandise returned without proper

ATTENTION: TO INSURE SAFE AND EASY USE OF YOUR WESCO RAIS-N-ROL,
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.
General Safety Information
The Wesco RAIS-N-ROLS are designed for specific
functions. To insure proper use, the following instructions
must be adhered to:
(1) Load Rating: The capacity for a pair of units is shown
on a metal plate attached to the top of the frame. Do
not exceed load rating printed on the metal plate.
Always use caution when using units at or near
maximum capacity.
(2) Units must be connected with load binders before load
is lifted.
(3) Only intended for use in pairs.
(4) Make sure load is centered on forks.
(5) Never move the unit unless the forks are in the lower
position.
(6) Wesco RAIS-N-ROLS are intended for movement of
loads and are not intended for positioning loads in a
raised position for extended periods of time. Do not
leave units unattended with load in raised position.
(7) If alterations to the RAIS-N-ROL are made Wesco will
void all warranties without exceptions. User made
alterations may result in unsafe conditions during use
of unit.
(8) Do not use units on inclines.
(9) Inspect unit thoroughly, daily, before operating. Make
sure that all attachments and fasteners are completely
tightened.
(10) When units are not in use, they should be completely
lowered and release valve tightened.
(11) Do not operate a damaged unit until it is completely
repaired.
(12) Always remove load before repairing.
(13) WARNING: Units are unstable if handled improperly.
Use caution when moving over uneven floors.
Operation
The RAIS-N-ROL is ready to use as shipped. If hydraulic
jack does not operate properly, contact the dealer you
purchased unit from immediately.
Warning: DO NOT ATTEMPT REPAIRS ON ANY NEW
UNIT SHOULD FAILURE OCCUR. DOING SO WILL VOID
THE WARRANTY.
TO POSITION:
(1) With one foot placed securely on padded bar and both
hands firmly gripping handle, position forks of first unit
under load. Make sure load is centered on forks.
(2) Faceplate (rubber) must be in contact with load. Note:
A filler block may be needed as a spacer between the
faceplate and load.
(3) Position second unit in same manner as above on
other end of load.
(4) Connect the two RAIS-N-ROL units with load binders
(available from Wesco).
(5) Two people are required for moving large loads.
