Follow basic safety precautions, including:
1. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out
of reach of children.
2. This appliance must only be used by or under the supervision of a responsible
adult.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if
they understand the hazards involved.

5. Don’t use the appliance for any purpose other than those described in these

17. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging from the appliance.
2. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during
transport. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not use the appliance and
return it to your retail outlet immediately.
3. Clean the appliance before first use (see ‘CLEANING AND CARE’).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLING THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS
1. Make sure the hand mixer is switched off and unplugged from the power supply.
2. Insert each beater (9) or dough hook (10) into the respective drive head (1). One
of the drive head holes (1) is larger than the other one. The beaters (9) can fit
into either hole (1). The dough hook (10) with four notches (11) fits in the larger

hole (1), while the dough hook with two notches fits in the smaller hole. Align the
notches (11) with the slots in the drive head holes (1), and then push the beater
(9) or dough hook (10) firmly until it locks into place.
3. Make sure you use either two beaters or two dough hooks at the same time.
USING THE HAND MIXER
1. Connect the hand mixer to the power supply.
2. Hold the handle (8), and then press the On/Off button (7). The display (4) will
light up with Speed "0".
3. Press ▲/▼ (5) to start mixing the ingredients at the required speed level.
-Use the beaters for beating or aerating light dough, battering egg whites and
whipping cream.
-Use the dough hooks for mixing heavy dough such as bread or fruit cake.
-Only use the hand mixer for mixing ingredients. Do not use it for kneading
dough, as this may overload and damage the motor.
4. After running the hand mixer continuously for 5 minutes, let it cool down for at
least 5 minutes before continuing.
5. If the mixture contains too many ingredients, add some water or milk to make it
easier to mix.
6. Press the On/Off button (7) to stop the hand mixer.
7. Shake off the excess mixture into the mixing bowl.
USING THE SPEED CONTROL
When the hand mixer is switched on, press ▲/▼ (5) to increase or decrease the
speed level (from level 1 to 6). The display (4) will show how long the hand mixer
has been running (in minutes and seconds).
Note: In general, it takes longer and a slower speed to mix food with a bigger vol-
ume, density, or higher ratio of solid to liquid.
USING THE TURBO BUTTON
When the hand mixer is switched on, press the Turbo button (6) to make the hand
mixer run at maximum speed. To return to the previous speed level, press the Turbo
button again, or press the ▼button to decrease the speed by one level.
REMOVING THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS
1. Press On/Off (7) to switch off the hand mixer, and then unplug it from the power
supply.
2. Shake off any excess mixture into the mixing bowl.
3. Hold the beaters (9) or dough hooks (10) when pressing the Eject button (3).
This prevents the accessories from falling out from the drive heads.
4. Clean the appliance and accessories thoroughly and place them back onto the
storage stand (12) for easy storage.
CLEANING AND CARE
• CAUTION: Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the wall socket be
fore cleaning.
• Wipe the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks in hot and soapy water.
• Do not allow anything to enter the air vents (2).
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Never use solvents, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents, wire brushes, sharp
objects or scouring pads to clean the product.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
ZUSAMMENBAU DER RÜHRBESEN UND TEIGHAKEN
1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Handmixer ausgeschaltet und von der
Stromversorgung getrennt ist.
2. Stecken Sie die Rührbesen (9) oder Teighaken (10) in den jeweils passenden
Antriebskopf (1). Eine der Antriebskopföffnungen (1) ist größer als die andere.
Die Rührbesen (9) passen in jede der Öffnungen (1). Der Teighaken (10) mit
vier Kerben (11) passt in die größere Öffnung (1), und der Teighaken mit zwei
Kerben in die kleinere Öffnung. Richten Sie die Kerben (11) auf die Schlitze in
den Antriebskopflöchern (1) aus und drücken Sie dann den Rührbesen (9) oder
Teighaken (10) fest, bis er einrastet.
3. Verwenden Sie immer zwei Rührbesen oder zwei Teighaken gleichzeitig.
(Stufe 1 bis 5) ein.
VERWENDUNG DES HANDMIXERS
1. Schließen Sie den Handmixer an die Stromversorgung an.
2. Halten Sie den Handgriff (8) und drücken Sie dann die Ein/Aus-Taste (7). Das
Display (4) leuchtet auf und zeigt die Geschwindigkeit „0“ an.
3. Drücken Sie ▲/▼ (5), um mit dem Mischen der Zutaten in der gewünschten
Geschwindigkeitsstufe zu beginnen.
- Verwenden Sie die Rührbesen zum Schlagen oder Auflockern von leichtem
Teig, zum Schlagen von Eiweiß und Schlagsahne.
- Verwenden Sie die Teighaken zum Mischen von schwerem Teig wie Brot- oder
Obstkuchenteig.
- Verwenden Sie den Handmixer nur zum Mischen von Zutaten. Verwenden Sie
ihn nicht zum Kneten von Teig, da dies den Motor überlasten und beschädigen
kann.
4. Lassen Sie den Handmixer nach 5 Minuten Dauerbetrieb mindestens 5 Minuten
abkühlen, bevor Sie fortfahren.
5. Wenn die Mischung zu viele Zutaten enthält, fügen Sie etwas Wasser oder Milch
hinzu, um das Mischen zu erleichtern.
6. Drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste (7), um den Handmixer zu stoppen.
7. Schütteln Sie die überschüssige Mischung in die Rührschüssel ab.
VERWENDUNG DER GESCHWINDIGKEITSREGELUNG
Drücken Sie eingeschaltetem Handmixer auf ▲/▼ (5), um die Geschwindigkeitsstufe
zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (von Stufe 1 auf 6). Auf dem Display (4) wird
angezeigt, wie lange der Handmixer bereits läuft (in Minuten und Sekunden).
Hinweis: Das Mischen von Lebensmitteln mit mehr Volumen, größerer Dichte oder
höherem Verhältnis von Feststoff zu Flüssigkeit dauert im Allgemeinen länger und
erfolgt bei einer niedrigeren Geschwindigkeit.
VERWENDUNG DER TURBO-TASTE
Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Handmixer die Turbo-Taste (6), um den
Handmixer mit maximaler Geschwindigkeit laufen zu lassen. Um zur vorherigen
Geschwindigkeitsstufe zurückzukehren, drücken Sie erneut die Turbo-Taste, oder
drücken Sie die Taste ▼, um die Geschwindigkeit um eine Stufe zu verringern.
ENTFERNUNG DER RÜHRBESEN UND TEIGHAKEN
1. Drücken Sie Ein/Aus (7), um den Handmixer auszuschalten, und ziehen Sie dann
den Stecker aus der Stromversorgung.
2. Schütteln Sie überschüssige Mischung in die Rührschüssel ab.
3. Halten Sie die Rührbesen (9) oder Teighaken (10) fest, wenn Sie die Auswurf-
Taste (3) drücken. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass das Zubehör aus den
Antriebsköpfen herausfällt.

4. Reinigen Sie Gerät und Zubehör gründlich und stellen Sie es zur Lagerung
wieder auf den Aufbewahrungsständer (12).
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
• VORSICHT: Schalten Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung immer aus und ziehen Sie
den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
• Wischen Sie die Geräteaußenseite mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch ab.
• Reinigen Sie die Rührbesen und Teighaken in heißem Seifenwasser.
• Lassen Sie nichts in die Lüftungsschlitze gelangen(2).

fouet (10) ayant quatre encoches (11) doit être placé dans le plus grand trou (1),
et le fouet ayant deux encoches doit être placé dans le plus petit trou. Alignez
les encoches (11) avec les fentes dans les trous de la tête d'entraînement (1), puis
poussez fermement le batteur (9) ou le fouet (10) jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche.
3. Assurez-vous d'utiliser deux batteurs ou deux fouets en même temps.
UTILISATION DU MIXEUR
1. Branchez le mixeur sur la prise électrique.
2. Tenez la poignée (8), puis appuyez sur le bouton Marche / Arrêt (7). L'écran (4)
s'allume et la vitesse « 0 » est indiquée.
3. Appuyez sur ▲/▼ (5) pour commencer à mélanger les ingrédients au niveau de
vitesse requis.
- Utilisez les batteurs pour battre ou aérer une pâte légère, battre les blancs
d'œufs et la crème.
-Utilisez les fouets pour mélanger une pâte lourde comme celle du pain ou d’un
gâteau aux raisins.
- Utilisez le mixeur que pour mélanger les ingrédients. Ne l'utilisez pas pour
malaxer la pâte, car le moteur pourrait surcharger et s’endommager.
4. Après avoir fait fonctionner le mixeur sans arrêt pendant 5 minutes, laissez-le
refroidir pendant au moins 5 minutes avant de continuer.
5. Si la mixture contient trop d'ingrédients, rajoutez de l'eau ou du lait pour faciliter
le mélange.
6. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche / Arrêt (7) pour arrêter le mixeur.
7. Débarrassez-vous du mélange en excès dans le bol à mixer.
UTILISATION DE LA COMMANDE DE VITESSE
Lorsque le mixeur est allumé, appuyez sur ▲/▼ (5) pour augmenter ou diminuer la
vitesse (de 1 à 6). L'écran (4) indique la durée de fonctionnement du mixeur (en
minutes et secondes).
Remarque : En général, il faut plus de temps et une vitesse plus lente pour mixer des
aliments à volume ou densité plus élevé, ou d’un rapport solide / liquide plus
important.
UTILISATION DU BOUTON TURBO
Lorsque le mixeur est allumé, appuyez sur le bouton Turbo (6) pour faire
fonctionner le mixeur à la vitesse maximale. Pour revenir sur la vitesse précédente,
rappuyez sur le bouton Turbo, ou appuyez sur le bouton ▼pour faire chuter la
vitesse d'un cran.
RETIRER LES BATTEURS ET LES FOUETS
1. Appuyez sur Marche / Arrêt (7) pour éteindre le mixeur, puis débranchez-le de la
prise de courant.
2. Débarrassez-vous du mélange en excès dans le bol à mixer.
3. Tenez les batteurs (9) ou les fouets (10) lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton
d'éjection (3). Les accessoires ne pourront ainsi pas tomber des têtes
d'entraînement.
4. Nettoyez soigneusement l'appareil et les accessoires, et remettez-les sur le socle
de rangement (12).

• PRÉCAUTIONS : Éteignez et débranchez toujours l'appareil de la prise murale

• Ne laissez rien pénétrer dans les évents.
• N’immergez pas l’appareil dans de l’eau, ni dans tout autre liquide.
• N'utilisez jamais de solvants, de produits de nettoyage chimiques ou abrasifs, de
brosses métalliques, d'objets pointus ou de tampons à récurer pour nettoyer
l’appareil.
STOCKAGE
Si vous n'avez pas l'intention d'utiliser l'appareil avant un bon moment, rangez-le
soigneusement.
• Débranchez l'appareil.
• Rangez l'appareil dans un endroit frais et sec.

(1). Uno de los orificios de la cabeza motriz (1) es mayor que el otro. Los
batidores (9) encajan en el orificio de la cabeza motriz (1) pequeño o en el
grande. El gancho amasador (10) con cuatro muescas (11) encaja en el agujero
más grande (1), mientras que el gancho amasador con dos muescas encaja en
el agujero más pequeño. Alinee las ranuras (11) con las ranuras en los orificios
de la cabeza motriz (1) y presione el batidor (9) o gancho amasador (10)
firmemente hasta que se ajuste en su sitio.
3. Asegúrese de que usa los dos batidores o los dos ganchos para amasar al
mismo tiempo.
USO DE LA batidora amasadora
1. Enchufe la batidora amasadora a la red eléctrica.
2. Sujete el asa (8) y a continuación presione el botón Encendido/Apagado (7). La
pantalla (4) se iluminará e indicará Velocidad «0».
3. Presione ▲/▼ (5) para comenzar a mezclar los ingredientes al nivel de velocidad
deseado.
-Utilice los batidores para batir o remover una masa ligera, para batir claras de
huevo y montar nata.
-Utilice los ganchos para amasar para mezclar masas pesadas, como pan o pan
de frutas.
-Utilice la batidora amasadora solo para mezclar los ingredientes. Lo los utilice
para amasar la masa, ya que esto podría sobrecargar y dañar el motor.
4. Después de utilizar la batidora amasadora durante 5 minutos continuados, deje
que se enfríe durante al menos otros 5 minutos antes de continuar.
5. Si la mezcla contiene demasiados ingredientes, añada algo de agua o leche para
hacer que sea más fácil batirla.
6. Presione el botón Encendido/Apagado (7) para detener la batidora.
7. Eche el exceso de mezcla en el recipiente.
USO DEL CONTROL DE VELOCIDAD
Cuando la batidora amasadora esté encendida, presione ▲/▼ (5) para aumentar o
reducir el nivel de velocidad (de nivel 1 a 6). La pantalla (4) le mostrará cuánto
tiempo ha estado funcionado la batidora amasadora (en minutos y segundos).
Nota: En general, requiere más tiempo a menor velocidad el batir comida con un
mayor volumen, densidad o una proporción de sólido a líquido más elevada.
USO DEL BOTÓN TURBO
Cuando la batidora amasadora esté encendida, presione el botón Turbo (6) para
hacer que bata a la máxima velocidad. Para volver a la velocidad anterior, vuelva
a presionar el botón Turbo, o presione el botón ▼para reducir la velocidad un nivel.
RETIRAR LOS BATIDORES Y LOS GANCHOS PARA AMASAR
1. Presione Encendido/Apagado (7) para apagar la batidora amasadora y después
desenchúfela de la red eléctrica.
2. Eche cualquier exceso de mezcla en el recipiente.
3. Agarre los batidores (9) o los ganchos para amasar (10) cuando presione el
botón Expulsar (3). Esto evita que los accesorios se caigan de la cabeza motriz.
4. Limpie los accesorios del aparato a fondo y vuelva a colocarlos en el soporte de
almacenamiento (12) para un almacenamiento fácil.

LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADOS
