Snabbguide för byte av förinställt datorkort och panelkort ESP
OBS! Denna instruktion ska användas då både datorkort och panelkort ska bytas samtidigt och då
datorkortet är förinställt för en specifik maskin av Wexiödisk.
Viktigt!
Använd medföljande handledsband för att förebygga att kortet utsätts för elektrostatiska urladdningar.
Byte av förinställt datorkort och panelkort
1. Utgå från en spänningslös maskin där huvudbrytaren på väggen är avslagen.
Kontrollera att kemdisktanken är tom.
2. Byt datorkort och anslut kontakterna J2, J21-22 och, i förekommande fall, J41-48.
Om inte kontakt J47 finns i elskåpet ska medföljande kontakt med artikelnummer 62202612
anslutas på kontakt J47 på datorkortet, annars ges larmkod ER96 och maskinen fungerar ej.
3. Byt panelkortet om det också ska bytas och anslut kontakten J2.
Kontrollera en extra gång att kontakten J2 sitter på rätt håll.
4. Anslut J86.
5. Slå på huvudbrytaren och starta maskinen.
6. Gå igenom börvärdestabellen och kontrollera så att den stämmer med de inställningar som
diskmaskinen ska ha. Var extra noga med att kontrollera rad A1 som anger maskintyp.
7. Stäng av maskinen via avstängningsläget och slå av maskinen på huvudbrytaren.
8. Montera kontakterna för utgångarna J69, J70, J71, J72, J73 och J74.
OBS! Alla kontakter är inte aktuella för alla maskinkonfigurationer.
9. Slå på huvudbrytaren och starta maskinen.
10. Provkör maskinen och kontrollera att den fungerar enligt önskemål.
Vid garantiärende ska de utbytta korten omgående återsändas till Wexiödisk i emballaget som
utbyteskortet kom i med nedanstående talong ifylld. Följande adress ska användas:

Quick guide for changing of a pre-configured computer board
and a panel board ESP
IMPORTANT! This instruction shall be used when both the computer board and the panel board shall
be changed when the computer board has been pre-configured for a specific machine by Wexiödisk.
Important
Use the enclosed wristband to protect the boards from electrostatic discharge when you change the
board.
Change of a pre-configured computer board and the panel board
1. Start from a machine that is not voltage-fed and make sure that the main switch is turned off.
Also make sure that the chemical tank is empty.
2. Change the computer board and connect contacts J2, J21-22 and, when appropriate, J41-48.
If contact J47 not is present in the electrical cabinet then connect the enclosed contact with article
number 62202612 to the contact J47 on the computer board, otherwise alarm code ER96 will show.
3. Change the panel board if it shall be changed and connect the contact J2. Control once again that
the contact has been mounted in the right direction on the computer board.
4. Connect J86.
5. Turn on the main switch and start the machine.
6. Enter service mode and make sure that all nominal values are right. Check row A1 extra carefully
as it is the nominal value for the machine type. Leave the service mode.
7. Turn off the machine by entering shut down mode and then break the current on the main switch.
8. Mount the cable J69, J70, J71, J72, J73 and J74.
IMPORTANT! All contacts are not available for all machine configurations.
9. Turn on the main switch and start the machine.
10. Test the machine and check that the machine works as you wish.
For warranty service, return replaced boards immediately, in the packing that the new boards came in
together with the stub below completed with information. Use this address:
