Thank you for purchasing the product of WHALELOVE.
The food processor has been designed specially to help you quickly prepare healthy food
and simple meals for your baby.
Please read this user manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.
Please read below items before use:
1. Steaming, blending and steam-blend function: Blending bowl and lid need be both locked
clockwise properly. Put the blending bowl onto the appliance and rotate it clockwise (See picture
below). Cover the bowl lid in proper position. If not, the control panel won’t work.
2. Warming and Cleaning function: Remove the blending bowl from the appliance, or the control
panel won’t work.
3. Blending function: For continue blending purpose, please long press the blending button and keep
your finger touch on it. Every time the blending process must not last for more than 15s. Wait 3s and
then restart blending. When continually blend food for a long time, the appliance may auto stop work
for a while to protect it from high temperature. In this case, please wait 5 to 10 mins to cool down the
motor temperature. After that, press the blending button again.
4. Limescale in the tank can stop the appliance from generating steam, and machine would not work
or stop ahead of time. Please clean the tank by pouring in water mixed with vinegar (1:1), wait for a
few minutes and press the cleaning button. After each use please always keep the tank dry and
regularly clean it.
5. Steaming basket: It’s used for steaming function only. Do not put the steaming basket into the
blending bowl when plan to blend or steam-blend food.
6. Blade: When steaming, blending, or steam-blend food, the blade should be always attached to the
blending bowl.
7. Anytime you can press the power off button to stop theprocess.
8. Once the appliance starts work, it can’t be directly changed to another function. Please press the
power off button to stop it and then select another function you want.
*For steaming, blending and steam-blend function, the blending bowl and lid need
both be locked clockwise, when use warming or auto cleaning function, blending
bowl should be removed off.

1. Put sliced food into
steaming basket.
2. Put the basket into the
bowl, cover the bowl lid
clockwise. Put the bowl
onto the appliance and
rotate it clockwise.
3. Add water into the
tank, cover the tank lid.
(Water can’t exceed the

4. Plug the charger into an
electrical outlet and press
the steaming button.
5. After steaming, open
the lid and take out the
steaming basket by
spatula, pour the food into
the blending bowl.
Control Panel Introduction：
1. Display screen: show the working status and remaining working time.
2. Auto-cleaning: press it to clean the water tank.
3. Warming: press it to heat milk or food.
4. Steaming: press it to steam food.
5. Steam & Blend: steam and blend food at the same time

7. Power ON / OFF button.
9. Blending: press it to blend food.
Process Introduction:
8. Auto Cleaning: Pour
150ml water & vinegar

Function Introduction:
Steaming function:
1. Cut food to approx. 10mm size and put into the steaming basket.
2. Open the blending bowl’s lid and put the blade into the bowl.
3. Put the steaming basket into the blending bowl, then cover the bowl lid by turning clockwise.
4. Add purified water into the water tank and cover the tank lid. (Water can’t exceed the Max line)
5. Put the bowl onto the appliance, rotate it clockwise and lock it.
6. Plug in the appliance and press the power on button . Press the steaming button . The
display screen flashes “25” which means the cooking will finish in 25 mins. You can adjust the
working time by pressing “+” / “-” button. If no operation within 5s, the appliance will start working.
Display screen keeps showing the remaining working time. (Please make sure both the blending
bowl and lid are locked clockwise properly, or the control panel won’t work.)
7. When finish steaming or water in tank is run out, the cooking light will disappear but
appliance rings “B-B-B”.

*High-fiber food, like carrot, pea, fish and meat, are more suggested to be processed by steaming
function, not steam-blend function.
Δ Caution:
1. Anytime you can press the “ON / OFF” button to stop work.
2. Do not steam without adding water in the tank.
3. Do not open the bowl lid when the appliance is working.
4. Food in the bowl must not exceed the MAX line. The same as water in the tank.
5. In steaming process, the appliance will stop work if water in the tank is run out. Please add water and
press steaming button again.
6. When finished, please open the bowl lid carefully to avoid high temperature scalding.
7. Test the temperature of food before feeding baby.
8. Do not steam a large amount of solid food at a time, please steam them separately for severaltimes.
9. The blending bowl and steaming basket should be immediately cleaned after use. Also, please
always keep the tank dry.

Blending function:
1. Put the blade into blending bowl and pour in the food.
2. Close the bowl lid and lock it clockwise.
3. Plug in the appliance and press the power on button , the display screen shows “00” in standby
mode.
4. Long press the blending button to start blend food. (Please make sure both the blending bowl and
lid are locked clockwise properly, or the control panel won’t work.)
5. Every time the blending process must not last for more than 15s. Wait 3s and then restartblending.
Δ Caution:
1. Do not open the bowl lid when the appliance is working.
2. Remove the blending bowl from the appliance before open the bowl lid.
3. When continually blend food for a long time, the appliance may auto stop work for a while to protect
it from high temperature. In this case, please wait 5 to 10 mins to cool down the motor temperature.
After that, press the blending button again.
4. The blending bowl should be immediately cleaned after use.
Auto Steam-blend function：
1. Open the bowl’s lid and put the blade in the bowl.
2. Cut the food to approx. 10mm size and put into the blending bowl.
3. Add purified water into the water tank and close the tank lid. (Water can’t exceed the Max line)
4. Put the bowl onto the appliance and rotate it clockwise.
5. Plug in the appliance and press the power on button , The display screen show “00”.
6. Press the steam-blend button . The display screen flashes “25” which means the steaming will
finish in 25 mins. You can adjust working time by press “+” / “-” button. If no operation within 5
seconds, it will start working automatically. Display screen is keep showing the remaining working
time. When finish steaming process, it will change to 40s’ blending mode automatically. When
finished, it rings “B-B-B”. (Please make sure both the blending bowl and lid are locked clockwise
properly, or the control panel won’t work.)
7. If there are still some big chunks need to be stirred, please long press the blending button to
blend again.

Warming function：
1. Firstly, pour some water into water tank. Put the heating rack and milk bottle inside. Press the
warming button . The light on screen will flash until water in tank is run out. Then it rings “B-B-B”.
(The blending bowl should be removed from the appliance, or the control panel won’t work.)
2. The initial temperature and volume of milk or liquid itself decide the warming speed. That is, food
taken out from fridge need more time to warm up than those at room temperature. Besides, more
milk will consume more water and time. Below are experimental results for reference.

Δ Caution:
1. Any time you can press the “ON / OFF” button to stop work.
2. Heating rack must be firstly placed in the water tank before placing the milk bottle.
3. Do not pour milk or other liquid directly into the water tank. It must be stored in a bottle and place the
bottle into tank.
4. After placing bottle in the tank, the water in the tank can’t exceed 80ml, or water may spill out when
boiling.
5. The appliance will stop work when water in the tank is run out. Please add water and press warming
button again if need be.
6. Test the water temperature before feeding baby.
Auto-cleaning function：
1. Pour 150ml water mixed with vinegar (1:1) into the tank and close the lid. In standby mode, press
the cleaning button . The display screen shows “5” which means the whole process will take
5 minutes. Oncefinished, it rings “B-B-B”. (The blending bowl should be removed from the
appliance, or the control panel won’t work.)
2. Turn off the power and pour out the water from water tank. Wash the tank twice with clean water.
3. After emptying the water in the tank, keep it dry for storage.
Δ Attention: Please clean the water tank before first use to remove dirt and germs.
In the tank there may be limescale after using for some time, which can stop the appliance from
starting. In this case, please follow above instruction to clean the tank first.
Cleaning:
1. Clean the product immediately after use.
2. Unplug the appliance, remove the blending bowl, disassemble and take out the blade. The green part
in the bottom of the bowl is also detachable outside. Follow the arrow on the tank cover to detach
theinside part.
3. Pour out food residue and flush with water, wipe up the surface with damp cloth.
4. Be careful when installing and removing the sharp blade when cleaning.
5. Do not immerse the appliance in water. Use soft cloth to wipe the surface.
6. Do not use any sharp objects or corrosive liquid to clean the appliance.
7. All detachable components of the appliance can be washed by dish-washing machine.

8. Keep the tank as dry as possible to prevent bacterial from growing.
Note ：It's a normal occurrence if the product components are stained from ingredients.
Foods like carrot, tomato, purple potato, are inclusive of natural pigments, which may remain
on the container surface.
Warning:
1. The appliance is designed for household use only.
2. The appliance should be put on a flat and stable table. Do not put the appliance on or near the
stove or cooker.
3. Unplug the appliance after each use. Do not unplug by pulling the cord.
4. Do not immerse the appliance in water. Keep the cord away from water.
5. Do not use the appliance if the plug, cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by a qualified service agent for safety.
7. Never open, maintain or repair the appliance yourself.
8. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children and always close the bowl’s cover so that the
blade is inaccessible.
9. Before use, double check that all components of the appliance have been installed properly.
10. Do not touch the sharp blade, especially when the appliance is powered on.
11. Do not add too much water into the tank, otherwise it may spill water and cause short circuit
or other problems.
12. During the cooking process, be careful of the high-temperature steam coming from the bowl.
13. Do not lift or move the appliance when in use.
14. Do remember to test the temperature of food before feeding baby.
15. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person in charge of their
safety.

FAQ:
Question
Solution
1.Why is the appliance sometimes not working?
And sometimes it stops work ahead of the
preset time?
Several possible reasons.
1. For steaming, blending, steam & blend process,
the blending bowl and lid should be locked
clockwise. Machine would not start if they are not
locked perfectly. To the contrary, for warming and
auto cleaning function, the bowl or lid should not
be locked.
2. For steaming process, if water in the tank use
up ahead of the preset time, machine will stop
work. Please add enough water before cooking.
3. It's because of the limescale in the tank. Please
pour vinegar and water (1:1) into the tank to soak
for a few minutes. And then press the auto
cleaning button.
2.Why doesn't it make soft food when stirred,
still some particles?
1. Please check if the food is steamed before
stirring, and add a little water, it will make the
soft food you like.
2. For high-fiber foods, such as meat and
carrots, please use steaming and manual
stirring.
3. You can cut the food into small pieces and
increase the cooking time.
3.Why can’t I cover the bowl lid?
The blade in the bowl should be placed in
proper position, or the lid can’t touch the bowl.
4.Why is there no steam after pressing the
steaming or steam-blend button?
Firstly, check whether the blending bowl and lid
are both locked clockwise in proper position. If
yes, check is there water in the tank.
5.Why is the blade not operating?
Check whether the blending bowl and lid are
both locked clockwise in proper position.
6.Why can’t I long press the blending button
over 15s each time? Why should I wait for 3s to
restart blending?
The motor is not resistant to high temperature for
a long time. If continually long press the blending
button, it may stop work to avoid high
temperature damage. In such a case, please wait
5 to 10 mins to cool down it. After that, press the
blending button again.
7.When do I use the steaming function? And when
to use steam-blend function? What’s the difference?
Steaming basket should be placed in the
blending bowl while doing steaming. For steam-
blend, the steaming basket should be taken out
so that the blade can operate. High-fiber food,
like carrot, pea, fish and meat, are better cooked
by steaming function.
8.Can I use the appliance to cook meat, like
beef or chicken?
Sure. Please steam the sliced meat and then
blend it.
