4- INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
Before to install the Dryer check if:
•Wire diameter (gauge) complies with specifications (see table of item 2.1).
•Supply voltage indicated by the label of Dryer Power Supply Cord is the same as the outlet where the
Appliance will be connected.
•Will be appropriate Hot Air Exhausting
•The installation condition: has good ventilation;
is not exposed to sunlight, heat sources or rain;
has a ground wire and the circuit breaker(s) is (are) installed.
•There is a 10 cm minimum clearance between the Dryer and the walls.
•Do not use electrical extension and/or electrical “T” sockets, as they can be sources of bad contact and
overloads in the mains.
•The Dryer is well leveled, in order to prevent vibration and noise.

It’s very important and necessary to install a ground wire if it is unavailable.
4.2 – Rack Installation:
There is a risk of death or injury if the installation instructions are not followed properly.
The security instructions mentioned below point out possible risks and advise the user how to reduce the
possibility of any injury and details what can happen if the instructions are not followed properly.
Before installing the Rack Set:
Check if the walls of Customer’s home have the required structural conditions to have the Dryer's Rack Set
safely installed.
Check if the area where the rack will be installed is free of water, electricity and gas pipelines. For your
safety, please wear protective glove to handle the parts from the Rack Set and to lift the Dryer during
installation.
If the residence have walls made of wood or plaster, it is recommended that the installation of the dryer not
be done until you contact an exclusive representative of the material used for the walls and verify if the wall
material can take the weight of the dryer.
In case the dryer is installed in a wooden or plaster wall without the approval of the wall material
manufacturer, you will risk that the dryer might fall and void the warranty.

4.3 – Installation Procedure:
Marking the holes on the Wall:
A - Fix the guide on the wall with the adhesive tape, following the height
recommended below:
For 5-6kg or 7-8kg Whirlpool Washing Machines, please consider at least
157cm, measured from the lower edge, as drawing on the side.
For other washing machines, please consider the maximum height of the
washing machine with its door open, plus 20cm.
WARNING:
To prevent against the desalignment of your Dryer, check the guide
alignment by measuring from its two lower ends to the floor.
B - Use a nail and a hammer to mark the 8 holes on the wall, using the center
of the red circles as reference, on the sides of this Installation Guide.
C - After marking the holes, remove the installation guide from the wall.
D - Check if the distance between the hole marks are in accordance with the measurements indicated in
this guide.
4.3.1 - Drilling the wall:
A - Drill the 8 holes marked on the wall with the electric drill and the 5mm twist drill.
B - Then, repeat the procedure above with the 10mm twist drill.
C - Place the 8 bushings in the holes.
4.3.2 - Assembling the bracket
A - Screw the Bracket Set on the wall using the large screws and
washers, following the figure on the side.
B - Make sure the screws are
completely fixed. For that, even if
the screws are touching the
Bracket Set, keep on screwing
until it is not possible to twist the
open-end wrench.

4.3.3 - Fitting the Dryer on the bracket
WARNING
Risk of injures due to excess of weight. Use two or more people to move
and install the Dryer.
The non-compliance with this instruction may cause damages to your
column or physical injuries.
A - Fit the Dryer through the back slots on the clamps of upper right and left
brackets. To make fitting easy, tilt the front part of the Dryer slightly.
WARNING: Check if the Dryer is correctly fitted in the upper bracket clamps, as the figure on the
side.
B - Place the Dryer on the lower left and right brackets.
C - Then, screw the Dryer on the lower brackets using the two small bolts
and two washers on left and right sides (as shown in the drawing on the
side).
D - Make sure the Dryer is at a distance of approximately 13cm from the
wall in its whole extension.
WARNING: This whole procedure must be followed, so your Dryer is well fixed on the bracket and
safe for use.
5 – PARTS SUPPLIED WITH THE PRODUCT:

5.1 – Sneaker and clothes drying grid/shelf:
It is used for those shoes or clothes that must be dried in flat surfaces. It must be fastened to the Sneaker
Grid Plugs, which can be found inside the Dryer’s Drum.

5.2 – Exhaust vent:
It is also used to direct the air outdoors and avoid the excess of internal moisture, which can impair the
drying process. Do not assemble the hot air exhaust vent with splices. It must have a maximum length of 3
meters and two elbows, in order to improve the Dryer performance.

It is used to fix the product in product on the wall. See installation Instructions.

6 – ACCESSORIES (it’s not included with the Dryer):
IMPORTANT:
ALTHOUGH THE ACCESSORIES ARE NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE DRYER, THEY CAN BE
ACQUIRED AT THE AUTHORIZED DEALERS.
6.1 – Air routing vent:
It is used to help routing the air outdoors, thus avoiding excess of moisture in the internal air, which can
impair the drying process.

7 – FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

7.1 – Drying Cycles:
The Dryer features 2 specific drying cycles for different fabric types: Normal Cycle and
Delicate Cycle.
•The Normal Cycle was designed to dry cotton and polyester clothes, with a
temperature of 60°C.
•The Delicate Cycle was designed to dry synthetic and fine clothes, with a
temperature of 45°C.
Note: Please see Instruction Use on item 8.1 – Delicate Cycle Knob
7.2 – Air Cycle / Cold Air:
At the end of each programming cycle, the Dryer will switch to cold air during
10 minutes, in order to cool the clothes and give a soft and agreeable touch
to the fabrics. The softening cycle can also be used to eliminate certain
smells from the clothes, such as mildew and cigarette smoke.
7.3 – Anti-Wrinkle System:
The Anti-Wrinkle System occurs during all drying cycles. It reverts the drum rotation direction at regular
intervals, preventing the entanglement of the clothes and minimizing wrinkle formation.

These times are repeated during the entire dryer programming.
7.4 – Decorative Panel:
On its decorative panel, the Dryer shows the approximate clothes drying times, according to the clothes
quantity to be dried and the desired moisture level – that is, dry clothes for ironing or laying away. These
times are merely illustrative and have been calculated for clothes that are spun in 750-rpm Washers.
