TITLE: Rest time indication stays on 0.01 minute.
SUBJECT: The root cause for the behaviour is a wrong resistance of the NTC, but not enough to display a failure code.
The remaining time of 0:01 and the door blocked at the end of the cycle fits to the wrong (low) resistance of the NTC.
REMEDIAL ACTION
1. Switch on the washing machine without to start any progamm and wait for 2 minutes.
2. Unplug the washing machine.
3. Unplug the NTC cable set at the CCU and measure the NTC resistance at the connector.
(Attention: It is important that tere are only few seconds between the disconnection of the appliance and the measurement!!!)
4. In case the NTC is outside of specification (low resistance) replace the NTC.

TITLE: Squealing Noise in area of drum bearing.
SUBJECT: Squealing noise occuring from the bearing area mainly during spinning related to front loaders with brass bush-
ing.
REMEDIAL ACTION
Now we have available as spare part modified shaft seals made of molybdenum with modified spring force in order to avoid
the noise.
Following seals are available:

In case of noise remove the original shaft seal and replace it by one of the above mentioned in respect of capacity and spin
speed of the machine. If in Service Manual one of the old shaft seals is used, replace it by the related new one.
Use grease “Amblygon” (4812 169 28222) on inner side when installing the new shaft seal. When reassembling the tub a

new sealing between the two half tubs must be used in order to avoid any leakage.
