Operation
Extracting used oil into the oil collecting tray
1. Connect a suitable probe to the pump line. Then insert the suction line into the lubricating oil
opening of the motor and turn off the switch on the pump line.
2. Turn off the switch beneath the oil collecting tray. Then turn on the switch above the oil collecting
tank and connect the quick coupling to the oil tank.
3. Connect the vacuum generator with the flexible compressed air hose. Open the compressed air
switch, then the pressure drop is displayed on the pressure gauge.
4. Open the switch on the pump line when the vacuum pressure has dropped to –0,5 bar. The
used oil is sucked off and passed through the pump line.
Pumping used oil into the oil collecting tank
1. Connect a suitable probe to the pump line. Then insert the suction line into the lubricating oil
opening of the motor and turn off the switch on the pump line.
2. Turn on the switch which connects to oil collecting tray and the oil connecting tank.
3. Connect the quick coupling on the top of the collecting tank with a flexible compressed air hose
and open the compressed air switch. Then the pressure drop is displayed on the pressure
gauge.
4. Open the switch on the pump line when the vacuum pressure has dropped to –0,5 bar. The
used oil is sucked off and passed through the pump line.
Collecting used oil in an oil collecting tray
1. Lift the vehicle with a lifting device, then slide the pump unit under the motor of the vehicle and
unscrew the oil drain screw.
2. Open the drain ball valve of the oil collecting tray and open the upper ball valve on the pump
line, then the used oil passes through the oil collecting tray into the oil line.
Draining used oil from the oil collecting tank
1. Make sure that the valve below the collecting tray is closed. Note! It is necessary to close the
valve for overpressure might damage the glass gauge.
2. Open the valve below the tank.
3. Connect the quick coupling on the top of the oil tank with a flexible compressed air hose and
open the compressed air switch. Notes! The switch for the compressed air switch can be turned
off as soon as the safety valve vents. Used oil is drained via an elbow. – The air pressure should
be increased gradually.

Resolving common problems
Problem
Solution
Solution for incorrect pressure drop in pressure
gauge
Check if the inlet air pressure has 8–10 bar and if
the air capacity is 200 ℓ⁄min (with the tube diameter
being 6 mm).
Check if all valves that be closed are closed.
Check if the seal between the oil collecting tray
and the oil collecting tank is in sound condition.
Solution for problems with pumping/sucking off oil
despite of correct pressure drop displayed on
gauge
Check if the seal between the pump line and the
suction line is tight.
Check if the temperature of the used oil is too low.
Make sure that the switch on the pump line is
closed.
Check if the pump line is blocked.
Maintenance instructions
•The device should regularly be maintained to check it for leaks. If there is a leak, appropriate
maintenance and repair work should be carried out.
•The good connection and the tightness of the flexible hoses must be checked regularly.
•Used oil should not be stored too long in the tank to prevent corrosion from forming.
•The device surface should regularly be wiped off with a towel or a floor cloth.
•The device should be stored at a dry place without exposure to direct sunlight.
