▸Assembly and repair of the product may
only be carried out by quali ed personnel.
Quali cation can only be obtained through
training with WINI Büromöbel.
▸Only original spare parts may be used.

▸When unpacking, make sure that the pro-
duct is not damaged by cutting tools such
as cutters or similar.
▸Make sure that your hands are clean to
avoid staining.
▸The connections must always be force-
 tted to the desktop or traverse. After
mounting the boxes, make sure that they
are  rmly secured.

Duty of care / Warranty
Basically our “Terms and Conditions of Sale and
Delivery” apply.
These terms are available to the operator after
concluding the contract at the latest.
Warranty and liability claims in the event of per-
sonal injury or damage to property are excluded
if they result from one or several of the following
causes:
○Non-intended use of the desking system.
○Failure to assemble, install or operate the
furniture according to the manufacturer’s
instructions and guidelines.
○Failure to comply with the instructions of this
user manual concerning transport, storage,
installation and operating the furniture.
○ Alterations and modi cations to the furnitu-
re, unapproved by the manufacturer.
○Inappropriately performed repairs.
○ Catastrophes caused by the in uence of
foreign objects or force majeure/Acts of
God.
Warranty & LiabilityDuty of Care (Operator)
The operator is obligated to assure that the desk
is only operated by staff
○who was instructed about the basic regu-
lations of workplace safety and accident
prevention and received instructions how
to operate the desk.
○read and understood this user manual
(especially the safety and warning notes) and
con rmed this by appending the respective
signature.
The operator is obligated to always keep these
instructions available. This User Manual is part
of the scope of delivery and has to be handed
over to the new owner if the product is resold.

All persons who are asked to use or operate the
furniture are obligated prior to work:
○to observe the basic regulations of safety
and accident prevention.
○to have read and understood this User Manu-
al (especially the safety and warning notes)
and to have con rmed this by appending

Care and maintenance
Powder-coated surfaces
General information
Thorough cleaning of powder-coated components is necessary to maintain the appearance and
reduce the risk of corrosion. Only soft cloths moistened with pure water, if necessary, with small
amounts of neutral cleaning agents (pH value 5-8) should be used for cleaning.
Heavy soiling
For the removal of greasy or oily substances as well as adhesive residues, non-aromatic white spirit,
ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol can be used.
Fabrics
General Information
Cleaning and removing stains from the fabric depends on the type of stain.
Standard cleaning
The material should frequently – ideally once a week – be hoovered using half suction power. Fab-
rics made of polyester should be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth or hoovered with a soft brush.
Stain removal
Non-fatty stains can normally be removed by blotting them carefully with a damp, lint-free cloth.
Please take into account that water may leave traces on delicate fabrics. Fruit stains or red wine
stains should best be treated with salt. Fatty or oleaginous stains should be removed with appropri-
ate cleaning agents and dissolvent.
Test the detergents on an inconspicuous area to make sure the fabric will not be damaged.
CAUTION
The use of cleaning agents can lead to skin
irritations.
▸Wear gloves to avoid skin contact.

○Insert the handle through the openings from the outside and screw the sleeve nut against it from
the inside.

 ttings, the carrying handle can be folded
forwards or backwards.

○ The desk  tting must be secured on both sides with an expanding rivet bolt and an expanding
rivet sleeve.
○Insert the expanding rivet sleeve through the front connecting boreholes on both sides.
○Push in the expanding rivet bolt all the way
and secure the boxes with it.
