General Information
Duty of care / Warranty
Basically our “Terms and Conditions of Sale and
Delivery” apply.
These terms are available to the operator after
concluding the contract at the latest.
Warranty and liability claims in the event of per-
sonal injury or damage to property are excluded
if they result from one or several of the following
causes:
○Non-intended use of the desking system.
○Failure to assemble, install or operate the
furniture according to the manufacturer’s
instructions and guidelines.
○Failure to comply with the instructions of this
user manual concerning transport, storage,
installation and operating the furniture.
○ Alterations and modi cations to the furnitu-
re, unapproved by the manufacturer.
○Inappropriately performed repairs.
○ Catastrophes caused by the in uence of
foreign objects or force majeure/Acts of
God.
Warranty & LiabilityDuty of Care (Operator)
The operator is obligated to assure that the desk
is only operated by staff
○who was instructed about the basic regu-
lations of workplace safety and accident
prevention and received instructions how
to operate the desk.
○read and understood this user manual
(especially the safety and warning notes) and
con rmed this by appending the respective
signature.
The operator is obligated to always keep these
instructions available. This User Manual is part
of the scope of delivery and has to be handed
over to the new owner if the product is resold.
Duty of care (Staff )
All persons who are asked to use or operate the
furniture are obligated prior to work:
○to observe the basic regulations of safety
and accident prevention.
○to have read and understood this User Manu-
al (especially the safety and warning notes)
and to have con rmed this by appending
their signature.
