Supplementary instructions to the operating instructions
for Winterhalter PAY PER WASH warewashers
This manual applies to all PAY PER WASH machines. However, individual steps are machine-dependent.
This sub-chapter thus contains several sections on distinguishing between the following machines:
•UC Series V01, PT Series V01 (blue display)
•UC Series V02, PT Series V02 (black display)
Please observe these supplementary instructions carefully.
Also adhere to the general operating instructions and the safety notes contained within
them. The general operating instructions are supplied with the machine or can be down-

1 General
If you have a PAY PER WASH machine, this can be identified in the main level:
UC-2009, PT Series
UC-2018
You will find all the special functions associated with PAY PER WASH in these instructions. Information on
the general functions of the machine can be found in the general operating instructions:

2 Portal for the purchase of wash codes
2.1 Purchasing wash codes
You will need to purchase wash codes before you can use the warewasher. The best way to do this is to use
the personal QR code, which you were given by your sales partner. You can use this code to purchase wash
codes directly without having to enter your customer information again.
If you do not have your personal QR code to hand, you can also proceed as follows:
➢Call up the URL http://www.pay-per-wash.com/buy.
➢Enter the machine number and the contract number.
➢Purchase wash codes.

2.2 Display previously generated wash codes
You can see which codes you have already used in the information area of your warewasher (3.2.1).
2.3 Generate a new personalised QR code
You can use this code to purchase wash codes directly without having to enter your customer information
again.

3.1.2 Entering a wash code
INFO Wash codes can be entered at any time, even if there are still wash cycles available.
➢Press button (1).
➢Enter the desired code (for example =
code 2).
IMPORTANT Adhere to the sequence of
the generated codes.
➢Confirm with the ✓button.
You can now use the warewasher. De-
tailed operating information can be found
in the operating instructions:
•Operating instructions UC Series
(V02)
•Operating instructions PT Series
(V02)
INFO As soon as the warewasher has started a wash cycle and the drip pause before rinsing has begun,
the wash cycle will be deducted from the credit.

3.2.2 Entering a wash code
Wash codes can be entered at any time, even if there are still wash cycles available.
➢Press button (2).
➢Enter the desired code (for example = code 5).
IMPORTANT Adhere to the sequence of the generated
codes.
➢Confirm with the ✓button.
➢Press the back button twice.
You can now use the warewasher. Detailed operating
information can be found in the operating instructions:
•Operating instructions UC Series (V01)
•Operating instructions PT Series (V01)
INFO As soon as the warewasher has started a wash cycle and the drip pause before rinsing has begun
(start button is 2/3 green), the wash cycle will be deducted from the credit.
