Safety and General Information
Safe Operation Precautions
For optimal performance and to insure your exposure to RF energy is within accepted safety standards, always use the phone only as directed in this manual. The phone is
designed and tested to comply with RF energy exposure safety standards.
Antenna
Never hold the antenna when the phone is turned on. Use only the supplied antenna with the phone. Do not modify or add attachments to the antenna. Holding the antenna
can expose you to increased levels of RF energy and may exceed the RF energy exposure safety standards the phone was designed to meet in recommended usage. It may
also decrease the performance of the phone. Modifying or adding attachments to the phone, or using an antenna other than the supplied antenna, can expose you to increased
levels of RF energy and may exceed the RF energy exposure safety standards the phone was designed to meet in recommended usage. It may also cause the phone to exceed
regulatory limits that the phone was designed to comply to in recommend usage.
Making and Receiving Voice Calls
During a voice call, the phone may be held, flip open, in the conventional position to the head, with the earpiece centered over the ear and the microphone oriented towards
the mouth. Voice calls using the approved headset must be performed with the phone worn in the belt clip (see the directions in Wearing the Phone) or with phone positioned
away from the body by the minimum recommended separation distance (see the directions in Other Phone Positions.)
Wearing the Phone
When wearing the phone on your body, always attach the approved belt clip and place the phone in it.
Other Phone Positions
If the phone is not in one of the previously described normal use positions, insure it is positioned away from the body with a separation distance greater than or equal to that
provided by the belt clip.
Data Operation
Data communications with the USB cable connected to the phone must be performed with phone positioned away from the body by the minimum recommended separation
distance (see the directions in Other Phone Positions) or worn in the approved belt clip. When the USB cable is connected to the phone, voice calls must be performed with
the headset.
Approved Accessories
Use only Wireless Dynamics approved accessories with the phone; they are designed to work with the phone to meet RF exposure safety standards. The use of
non-approved accessories with the phone may expose you to RF energy exceeding safety standards.
Interference with Other Devices
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that the interference will not occur in a particular

installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encourated to
try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or a experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Driving a Vehicle
Pull over and stop before answering or making a call with the phone.
Vehicle Air Bags
Do not place the phone over a vehicle air bag, or in the airspace where the airbag deploys.
Hospitals and Medical Equipment
Turn off the phone in hospitals and near medical equipment.
Aircraft
Switch off your mobile before boarding an aircraft.
Blasting Areas
Turn off the phone. Please obey all posted signs and instructions.
Explosive Atmospheres
You are close to a petrol station or near any dangerous chemicals.
Other Prohibited Areas
You are in any area where the operation of your mobile phone is prohibited or may cause interference or danger.
Pacemakers
Always use the ear away from the pacemaker and never keep the phone in a breast pocket. Please consult the manufacturer of the pacemaker to determine if the device is
properly shielded.
Hearing Aid
Please consult with the hearing aid manufacturer if interference is experienced.
Other Medical Devices
Please consult with your doctor or the manufacturer of the device.

Battery
Removing and placing battery
1.When removing the battery, please follow the following steps: A Push-up the spring fasteners; B Put up the battery and take it out.
2.When placing the battery, please follow the following steps: C Slide the battery downside trip downwards; D Slide the battery up towards the catch until it clicks into
place;
Charging a Battery
1.Make sure there is battery inside the phone.
2.Plug in electricity charger.
3.Connect the lead of electricity charger to the bottom of the phone.
4.By now, the mobile phone ‘s top right corner electric quantity icon on external display will flicker; if the phone has been closed when charging, charging indicating
frame will appear on the screen which represents that battery is in charging. Open the flip cover, same charge prompts can be seen on both internal and external display.
5.When electric quantity icon appears full on top right corner of display and stop flickering, it shows that charging has been completed. It is under normal conditions that
the phone and electricity charger will get hot during charging.
6.DisconnectionAC supplies plug-in and disconnection the phone and electricity charger when charging is completed.
Charging wariness:
Charging can be done during either switch on or switch off mode of the phone. Charging under switch on mode will not affect functions of use of phone.
Make sure that the hum voltage matches with normal voltage of the charger. Use favorable plug adapter.
Use only approved charger when charging. Using of unapproved charger may cause hazard and violate the phone authorization and guarantee repair items.
Use only manufacturer-approved battery. " Invalid battery" will appear on display when using unproved battery.
Battery using and disposing
Charging a Battery or replace battery when your mobile phone closes automatically or appears warning of insufficient electric quantity. The battery will
self-adjusting to lessen charging time if the battery has not been used up before charging.
Standby and hold time provided by manufacture is based on ideal working environment. The working time of battery varies with different network status, working
environment and usage mode during in-service use.
Environment protection wariness:
zPlease send the useless battery to local reclamation depot, manufacturers agent or customer service center for purposes of recovery utilization.
zDo not drop batteries into fire, water or disposed as household garbage.

SIMcard
When you subscribe to a cellular network, you are provided with a plug-in SIM card loaded with your subscription details (phone number, optional services available and so
on). Your phone contacts network by SIM card and accomplishes all kinds of communications facilities. It can also store your most commonly used phone numbers and text
messages. Valid SIM card should be inserted to mobile phone before using it. (Some network allow emergency call with SIM card)
Note:
1. Safekeeping SIM card, do not bent or scuffing it, avoid touching the metallic plan area, keep off water, electricity and magnetism.
2. Mobile phone should be closed before inserting and removing SIM card.
Inserting and removing SIM card

1. Open battery cover.
2. Insert SIM card to holder.
3. Put on battery cover, justify the location mark and slide the battery up towards the catch until it clicks into place.
Removing SIM card
1. Make sure that your mobile phone is in closedown mode, unplug charger and other accessories, and remove the battery.
2. Remove SIM card from the holder.

Fundamental function
Switching the phone on/off
Long press End key to switch on/off the phone.
If no SIM card has been inserted when switching on the phone, the phone will remind you to insert SIM card.
After SIM card has been inserted, the phone will automatic checking the usability of the SIM card.
Then the following hint will show on the display in turn:
1. If you have set the SIM card password, hint will be " input pin1".
2. If you have set the phone unlock password, hint will be " input mobile phone password ".
3. "Searching network ", the phone will proceed searching till find favorable connection network.
Making a phone call
After switch the phone on and access standby mode, you can dial or accept phone calls when network signal displays on left front corner of the display.
Using number keys
Input phone number using number keys, press "Send" key or Left Soft Key (confirm).
Using phone book
Press main menu-> phone book-> find record, and then input the name you want to find, press Left Soft Key (Confirm) to find corresponding record. Press Left Soft Key
(view) to see more information about the record. Press send key to dial the phone of this record.
Speed dialling (according to storage location of phone number)
1. Input one or two numbers with number keys according to storage location of phone numbers in the phone book.
2. Press "#" to see corresponding phone number in the phone book.
3. Then press "Send" key or Left Soft Key (sending).
Speed dialling (one key dialling))
Long press defined number key to dial corresponding phone according to the definition of "one key dialling" in the phone book.
Redialling the Last Number
1.Press the "Send" key to display a list of the last numbers dialled, then select corresponding phone number, and then press "Send" key or Left Soft Key (send) to make a
call.
2.Through Main menu-> call records-Calls dialled. Select corresponding phone number in the list, press "Send" key or Left Soft Key (view), and then press Left Soft Key
(sending) to make a call.
Redialling the last received call.
Press Main menu-> Call records->Calls received. Select corresponding phone number in the list, press "Send" key or Left Soft Key (view), and then press Left Soft Key
(sending) to make a call.
Dialling missed calls.
Through Main menu-> call records->calls received. Select corresponding phone number in the list, press "Send" key or Left Soft Key (view), and then press Left Soft Key
(sending) to make a call.
Automatic redialling
The phone will make an automatic attempt to dial again (under the condition that automatic re-dial function is open) when call connection fails.

Emergence call
Input emergence call numbers such as 112 etc., the press” send" key or Left Soft Key (confirm).
Note: This operation will still success at security constraint, no SIM card or phone lock mode. (At the phone lock mode, input emergence call number and press Left Soft
Key (confirm) to make an emergency call.
Fast dialling method for next-dialling telephone
For those next-dialling phones, which have extension telephone, automatic answer, speech station, pause character "P" can be inserted to each segment number to
automatically complete the whole dialling (long press "*"key to input "P").
For example, when the telephone exchange number is 87654321 and the extension telephone is 123, input 87654321p123,and then press "Send" key or Left Soft Key
(confirm) to make a call.
Answering a call
Calls cal be answered when the telephonic functions is in "On" mode. In addition, calls can be received if prohibit incoming call or call diversion function is set. Please refer
relative contents of " call divert " and "call barring" in " call service function" section.
When call is coming, the phone will ring (or vibrate, loudspeaker mute) to give prompts and show the name or number of the calling phone on the display.
1. Under the flip open mode
Press Send key or Left Soft Key (answer) to answer a call. Press End key or close the flip directly to hang off when calling is over.
Press right soft key (reject) or End key to hang off directly.
2. Under flip closed mode
If "flip open to receive " is "On" in the "phone set”, then open the flip the answer a call.
If ""flip open to receive" is "Off" in the "phone set”, then open the flip and perform corresponding operation according to former flip open mode operation guide

Personalized setting
Starting up greeting words: set starting up greeting words
Wallpaper:set display background picture.
Key set: set right and Left Soft Key function in standby mode.
Ringing type
Set prompts ringing of incoming calls, vibrating bell, text messages, voice box. There are several types of prompts including mute, vibrating and ringing, vibrating after
ringing etc. different music can be selected for ringing.
Incoming call: set ring when call is coming, the ring can be mute, vibrating and music etc.
Vibrating bell: set ring of vibrating bell, the ring can be mute, vibrating and music etc.
Text message: set ring of receive message, the ring can be mute, vibrating and music etc.
Voice box: set ring of receive voice box, the ring can be mute, vibrating and music etc.
Language
Select the phone menu display language; there are automatic/English/complex Chinese/ simplify Chinese for your choices.
Automatic redialling
Can be set to "Off " or "Prompts". If "Prompts" is set, the phone will ask you whether or not to redial under the disconnected condition that nobody answering or being
rejected when calling someone; Set "Off" to cancel automatic redial function.
Flip answering
Open: open the flip to answer a call when call is coming in flip open status.
Off: open the flip and press Answer key to answer a call when call is coming in flip close status.
Backlight duration
There are always-on, 30 seconds, sixty seconds, ninety seconds, 120 seconds, 240 seconds, 300 seconds and 360 seconds mode for your choices. Use to control the time
duration of backlight in standby mode.
Backlight will be closed to save electricity when the standby time has reached the set backlight duration.
In "Always-on "mode, the phone backlight will always in high light mode.
Adjusting shortcut key
Setting of shortcut key:
Press "Menu" to enter the main menu, move cursor to the icon which you want to set shortcut by Navigation Key. Press "Menu” continuously till shortcut editing hint
appears, input the shortcut number and press Left Soft Key to confirm.
Operating of shortcut key:
Press "Main Menu->Shortcut" to enter shortcut key order adjusting menu in which defined shortcut keys listing can be seen. Select corresponding item to enter relevant
menu by pressing Navigation Key up and down or Number Keys.

Network
zChanging frequency band: set frequency band, select 900Mhz, 1800Mhz or 900/1800Mhz.
zCurrent network: searching serviceable network and check it’s details, register or join in the serviceable network listing.
zSetting:
Priority network: select register method of priority network, by hand or automatic.
Searching frequency:Select searching rate, select low speed, moderate speed, fast speed or continuity.
zPriority network
1. Join in the listing
From current networks: searching serviceable network and join in priority network.
From given network: select and join in priority network from given network.
Join in new network: search new network and join in priority network.
2. Display listing: display priority network listing.
zNew network:Search likely available new network.
Security measures
Phone lock:
Phone lock is an additional security function, which can prevent unauthorized user to use your phone.
1. Automatic locking: On or off, enable or disable automatic locking function.
2. Locking now: Lock the phone at once.
3. Unlocking unblock password: modify unlock password (4 characters), 6-character security password is needed before modifying, the default password is
000000.
SIM PIN: Set PIN code on/off.
After setting PIN code, PIN code is required every time you switch on your phone. The phone PIN code stores in the SIM card. Remember the code after purchasing
SIM card. For detailed information about PIN code, contact the local network provider.
Note: SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN for three times. Contact the network provider or SIM card supplier to release the locking.
New password: change security password, input the original security password before modifying it.
Changing SIM PIN2:
PIN2 is used to protect specific function such as fixed dialing, calling charge limitation etc. Input the original PIN2 code before modifying it.
Voice channel
Select the current using number for one-card-two-number SIM card.
Calling prompts
1. Off, no prompts.
2. On: set a time period, prompts will show every time period. The period can be 11 to 999 seconds.

Message function
Multimedia messages will differentiate between different network conditions. Contact the local network provider for more information.
Accessing messages menu
Through main menu, select" Messages" to access sub-menu column, including Inbox, New Messages, Outbox, Message Set Up, Cell Broadcast, Preset Messages.
Inbox
Used to store the text messages, SMS etc. that you have received. In addition, pictures sound in MMS messages can be reviewed, played and saved for other use. Save
Number Function can extract the number in messages and save it to the phone book. Connect URL Function is used to extract URL in messages so that user can browse
URL with built-in WAP browser.
Operation on messages in the Inbox
1. Press “Menu”.
2. Select "Messages" by Navigation Key, press Left Soft Key (select)
3. Select "Inbox" by Navigation Key, press left soft Key (select), you can see the message listing in the Inbox.
4. Move the cursor to the message you want to operate by Navigation Key.
5. Then press “Menu” or Left Soft Key (select).
If Inbox menu listing appears after pressing "Menu”, for MMS, including delete, delete all, reply, all return messages, re-send, return call, multimedia
documents, save number, access WAP websites. For SMS, including delete, delete all, edit, reply, send, return call, save number, access WAP website.

2. Delete all:Delete all messages (including SMS and MMS)
3. Edit:Re-edit received short messages (only available for short messages).
4. Reply:Reply message to the message sender.
5. Reply all: Rely messages to all who have received this message.
6. Re-send: Send the massage to other.
7. Return call: Return call to the massage sender.
8. Multimedia documents: if there are sound, pictures files in the messages, select corresponding file to perform Open or Save operation. For picture
storage, save the picture to picture listing in the multimedia library, for sound storage save sound file to ringing listing in the multimedia library.
9. Save number: save sender number or number in messages.
10. Access WAP websites: if there are WAP website in messages, access relevant websites by the menu.

sender's number of corresponding message or you press "Menu" to show Inbox menu list, including delete, reply, all reply messages, re-send, return call,
multimedia document, save number, access WAP websites. You can perform relevant operation (see former contents) to these messages.
