III. Get the Camera Ready
3.1 Connect this camera to a computer with the USB cable to format the memory card which is
built-in the camera.
3.2 Recharge this camera battery with the USB charger adapter for at least 1 hour (see charpter IX).
Note: if for any reasons this camera battery cannot be recharged, please check if the wire
connection is tight and firm, or you can try it with another USB cable. If still no success, please send
IV. Record Video
4.1 Slide the power switch to position “ON”, hold down the button A for 3 seconds to turn on the
camera. The camera will vibrate once, both blue and yellow indicators will light up, then the blue
indicator light will go off and the yellow indicator light will be solid on, indicating that this camera
has entered into standby mode.

4.2 Press button B to start video recording. The camera will vibrate once and the yellow indicator
will flash once and then go off.
4.3 Press button B once again to stop video recording. The camera will vibrate twice, the yellow
indicator light will be solid on, indicating that the camera has been returned to the standby mode.
4.4 Hold down the button A for 3 seconds to turn off the camera, then slide the power switch to
position “off” . Both blue and yellow indicator lights will flash 3 times and then go off.

Note: The camera will shut down automatically if it is in standby mode without any operation more
than 1 minute.
V. Photograph
5.1 Slide the power switch to position “ON”, hold down the button A for 3 seconds to turn on the
camera. The camera will vibrate once, both blue and yellow indicators will light on, then the blue
indicator light will go off and the yellow indicator light will be solid on, indicating that this camera
has entered into standby mode.
5.2 Press button C once to take a photo. The yellow indicator light will go off, the blue indicator light
will flash once, then the yellow indicator light will be returned to solid on.

5.3 Hold down the button A for 3 seconds to turn off the camera, then slide the power switch to
position “off” . Both blue and yellow indicator lights will flash 3 times and then go off.
Note: The camera will shut down automatically if it is in standby mode without any operation more
than 1 minute.
VI. Motion Detection
6.1 Slide the power switch to position “ON”, hold down the button A for 3 seconds to turn on the
camera. The camera will vibrate once, both blue and yellow indicators will light up, then the blue
indicator light will go off and the yellow indicator light will be solid on, indicating that this camera
has entered into standby mode.

6.2 Press button D once to enter into motion detective recording mode. The camera will vibrate
once, both blue and yellow indicator lights will flash twice and then go off.
6.3 Press button D once again to stop motion detective video recording. The camera will vibrate
twice, the yellow indicator light will be solid on, indicating that the camera has been returned to
standby mode.
6.4 Hold down the button A for 3 seconds to turn off the camera, then slide the power switch to
position “off” . Both blue and yellow indicator lights will flash 3 times and then go off.

VII. Video/Image File Uploads
7.1 Turn off the camera, slide the power switch to the position “off”.
7.2 Connect this camera to a computer with the USB cable attached.
7.3 Removable disk drive appears, all the video and image files could be accessed on the disk drive.

VIII. Set Date and Time Stamp
8.1 Turn off the camera, slide the power switch to the position “off”.
8.2 Connect this camera to a computer with the USB cable attached.
8.3 Removable disk drive folder appears.
8.4 Click on the drive in the root directory and inside the root directory, click or create a file named
“timerest.txt”.
8.5 Input the current date and time in the “timerest.txt” file with the correct format:
YYYY-MM-DD,HH:MM:SS Y (For example: 2019-06-12,20:59:59 Y). If you don’t need the time stamp
on the video footage, change “Y” into “N”. (For example: 2019-06-12,20:59:59 N).

8.6 Save this file, disconnect the camera from the computer.
8.7 Turn on the camera, the system will upgrade the program automatically.
IX. Recharge
9.1 Turn off the camera by holding down the button A for 3 seconds.
9.2 Slide the power switch to position “on”.
9.3 Plug the camera onto an external power socket with a DC5V 1A USB charger adapter and USB
cable.

9.4 The yellow indicator light will be solid on, and the blue indicator light will keep flashing during
the charging process.
9.5 It would take about 3 hours to obtain a full charge. Both blue and yellow indicator lights will be
solid on after the camera is fully charged.
X. Important Notes
10.1 Each video clip will be generated and saved every 5 minutes automatically.
10.2 Video Resolution: 1920×1080P; Video Format: AVI
10.3 The operating battery life time is 180 minutes.
10.4 This memory card could save about 80 minutes video footage and it cannot be replaced.
