Service and warranty
Customer service of WONDOM Audio Technology (WONDOM) products
should only be carried out by authorized service agents like
dealer/distributor/reseller.
WONDOM promises more than 5 years life cycle of all standard products.
We will offer one (1) year free warranty for customers’ sake. WONDOM
warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
in one (1) year. During the warranty period, WONDOM will repair or replace
(at WONDOM’s option) this product, or any defective part of this product, if
it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function.
The original one (1) year warranty term starts from the order date, and is
not prolongable and this limited warranty is non-transferable.
For any WONDOM products you buy from Sure Electronics online shop, if
you are not satisfied with your purchase, receive a faulty item or simply
change your mind, please feel free to follow our simple returns process.
You can contact our team at [email protected] to initiate the
returns process for an exchange, a refund or repair.
What is required to make a return:
1. Order information placed with Sure Electronics (e.g. order number /
transaction ID), Sure Electronics only take response to the products sold
from its webstore, if you purchase(d) WONDOM products from other
dealer/distributor/reseller, please contact your local
dealer/distributor/reseller.
2. Product SKU & quantity you are having problem with.
3. Return / refund reason (If the product is defective, please provide us
with a picture or video).
4. Your choice as an exchange, a repair or a refund.
If you require service outside the warranty period, or if you do not have an
order number or transaction ID from Sure Electronics due to your order(ed)
from to your local dealer/distributor/reseller, please do not hesitate to
contact your dealer/distributor/reseller.

Installation Guidelines
2. Attach waterproof cable(s) (such as Power Cord) to
WDC140 waterproof connector(s).
1. Attach top panel to body unit.
•
Use M4 Pan Head Screw
given to attach the Top
Panel to Body Unit.
4. If one or two holes is/are unused, install PG7 Connector and
Ø5mm Waterproof Rubber Sealer Plug Cover.
3. Attach the rear core of the wire to the Printed Circuit
Board (PCB).
• Solder rear core connector
with wire to connect it.

PCB Guidelines
1. Dimension for placement of PCB.
2. Attach PCB to WDC140.
a. Attach PCB without batteries
to body panel of WDC140.
b. Attach PCB with batteries
to body panel of WDC140.
• PCB external dimension must be less than 127mm x 70mm (LxW) or
5” x 2.75”, installation holes distance should be 95mm x 50mm (LxW).
