1. product introduction
Thank you for using our group phone system. This system supports the
connection of ordinary telephone, fax machine, recording telephone, cordless
telephone, computer modem and other terminal equipment. The system has a high
degree of stability and practicality, widely used in enterprises and institutions,
business buildings, hotels, hotels, schools, families and so on.
[Digital private phone]
Support Digital private phone, when system firmware version number is exceed
3. K416S supports 1-channel private phone. 11D and 9D support 4-channel private
phone. 5F, 5E, 5D support 8-channel private phone. It has many practical functions
such as visual display, convenient connection, easy substitution connection, simple
programming, day and night suit indicator light.
[ Management software]
Support computer management software, with parameter modification, status
monitoring, voice list processing, alarm call service, hotel management software
docking, hardware self-inspection and other practical functions.
[Network management without installation driver]
System support network online function, no need for serial port, easy
interconnection with PBX through software. K416S is only for serial connection, and
11D is standard for serial connection, and network management module can be
selected. Other models have been equipped with the default network online function,
no serial port can be selected.
Simple wiring, no additional wiring, management software to control PBX can
be deployed on any computer in the LAN internal. Traditional PBX require computers
to have serial ports, or need USB serial port to switch wiring, and there are a series of
problems such as difficult to find interfaces, troublesome installation, complex wiring
and easy damage.
[Offline bills Hotel management software support]
The PBX can store 4000 call bills offline. Notice: when the memory is full, new

calls will not be saved. Incoming call records can only be received online and will not
be saved offline. The management software supports serial forwarding, text
forwarding and network forwarding, and transfers the caller bills to the hotel
management software for processing. Support docking of the following functions:
caller bills (custom forwarding format), alarm call setting, alarm call status and
outgoing level setting.
[Voice of alarm call]
When alarm is calling, the extension will hear a voice tips if off-hook. Provide
pre-recorded voice, and 60 seconds long self-recorded voice. When the use of the
scene for the hotel, the customer according to their own needs, can make personalized
voice. When the voice resource is busy, the extension will listen music but not voice
until the voice resource is idle.
[Caller id display]
Support extension and exterior CID, support multiple to show, multiple transfer
not lost. Compatible with a variety of exterior CID, such as PRC standard FSK/DTMF,
Taiwan, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Brazil and other countries.
[Elastic combination of extension number]
Support 1-5 bit number mixed elastomeric, prefix can be set to arbitrary number
like 0-9.
[Self-set number Rapid installation]
This function is especially suitable for the hotel, when a large number of
extension numbers need to be modified. The extension number of each room should
be changed to the room number, it can be modified and queried directly in the room,
fast and convenient, greatly improve the installed speed.
[Outgoing transfer Leave any time]
User is off duty, on a business trip, or rest, but there are important calls coming,
however operator don't know when it will come. At this time, operator does not need
to waiting by the phone. Outgoing transfer function let you go anytime if you want.
When the call is coming, it will be transferred through the private exterior line, or
group exterior line, or group 99 (public group) exterior line, and the preset mobile
phone number or landline number will be called.

[Multi levels of extension]
Multiple levels of extension that can only call peers or low-level users. Prevent
internal harassment calls, improve office efficiency, and room satisfaction rate.
[IP numbers]
Support local, domestic and international IP Numbers, support local IP filtering.
Each exterior line can be independently set up three groups of IP, different types of
traffic plus dialing different IP number, saving call costs.
[Multi-song of waiting music]
The system built-in multi-song of waiting music, up to 36 songs, volume
adjustable, switchable multiple songs.
[Voice navigation Multimode process]
Support normal voice navigation, IVR single key navigation mode, night service
voice navigation.
[Self-recording voice Multi-channel Over-length]
This series supports 1-4 channels of voice, and each channel provides 3 segments
of self-recording voice, which are 120 seconds for day self-recording voice, 80
seconds for night self-recording voice, and 60 seconds for alarm self-recording voice.
Multi-channel voice, effectively shorten the response time of multi-channel
exterior line simultaneous incoming call. The more channels, the faster the response.
Over-length self-recording voice, especially suitable for Chinese and English
bilingual scenes. Support 3.5mm ACR interface to import voice, providing higher
definition and more comfortable sound perception experience. Programmable switch
between self-recording and preset voice, preset voice will not be lost, no worries about
operation.
[Voice protection Complete promotion]
The outside caller must listen to the whole voice, then can dial numbers.
Optimize the publicity effect.
[Night mode]
When night mode is working, exterior incoming calls can directly call the
extension on duty, or listen to the night voice. This function can highlight the
corporate image.

[Interoffice Settings for smart compatibility]
When the exterior line is the interoffice line, such as the interoffice line of the
Central Line and the extension of PBX, the system can automatically dial the
interoffice number, such as the number 9 of the Central Line. Which simplifies the
user operation and improves the office efficiency.
When the operator manually dial the interoffice number, IP number, outgoing
level, blacklist and whitelist and other functions will remove the interoffice number,
and then judge the processing.
[Trunk outgoing cycle Balanced telephone charges]
Support trunk outgoing cycle function, effectively share the call cost of each
exterior line.
[Random combination of extension and exterior group setting]
Extension and exterior line support group setting function. Support public group
(group 99) , exterior line in group 99 will be used as public exterior line.
[Multi outgoing office number]
The outgoing office number of each exterior line can be set as 0-9 independently,
and the outgoing office number of preferential line (with long distance call plan, or
with low rate) can be set as a special number. Extension according to the use of the
scene, dial the corresponding number to select the right line. Flexible use of multi
outgoing office number function, save the call cost.
[Wider application of three-mode traffic]
Support three modes: group call, cyclic call and priority call. Scenarios
supporting the telephone are: day service computer on duty, day service manual on
duty, IVR voice navigation.
[Multi-mode transfer]
Ask transfer, immediately transfer, on busy transfer back, no response transfer
back, exterior to exterior, and so on.
[Hotline service saves time and effort]
The system supports extension hotline and exterior hotline functions. Extension
hotline: call extension without dialing. Exterior hotline: select exterior line directly if
off-hook.

All calls to the manager's extension will be transferred to the secretary's
extension, which supports 8 secretaries.
[Exterior line incoming call restrict]
When it works, the outside caller cannot call the extension directly, the call must
be transferred through other extensions.
[Long distance lock]
After lock, this extension can’t occupy the exterior line to call long distance.
[Do not disturb]
Do not disturb (DND) during the open, any calls will be silenced to improve the
quality of the rest.
[Direct connection without power]
K416S and 11D is equipped with this function. Exterior line 1 connect with
Extension 1. Exterior line 2 connect with extension 2.
Other models can use UPS backup power supply, or battery power supply (only
some models support).When the power failure is realized, the telephone system still
works normally.
[Roaming account]
The system supports 64 groups of roaming accounts. After logging in, the system
is not limited by outgoing call level, blacklist and whitelist and internal call level.

[Conference call]
The system supports extension and exterior conference call. The number of
participants is not limited and can be reasonably used according to the call effect.
Generally, it is recommended that the exterior line should not exceed 3 and the
extension line should not exceed 8.
[Busy tone detection Quick release]
The system adopts the dual mode scheme of independent busy tone detection and
chip detection, which is more efficient and faster to release the exterior line in the
busy tone state.
[Multilevel lightning protection]
In the power supply part of the system, the input supports lightning protection,
over-voltage protection, over-current protection and under-voltage protection, and the
output supports over-current protection, over-voltage protection, overload protection
and short-circuit protection. Extension and exterior port, provide three-level lightning
protection circuit. The system must be reliably connected to the ground to provide
effective lightning protection.

2.2 Interface type
The exterior port is the analog interface. K416S, 11D, 9D and 5F adopt RJ11
interface, 5E and 5D adopt RJ45 interface. Exterior line access via 6P2C or 8P8C
connector.
The extension port is the analog interface. K416S, 11D, 9D and 5F adopt RJ11
interface, 5E and 5D adopt RJ45 interface. Extension through 6P2C or 6P4C or
8P8C connector, connected to phone and other terminal equipment.
5D with enhanced power board, which provides 48V battery power interface. 5D
with basic power board, and other models, in case of emergency communication
when power is cut off, please equip with UPS uninterrupted power supply.

Interface description:
L1-L32 or L01-L32, are exterior lines 1 to 32.
E1~E256 or E001-E256, are extension lines 1~256.
Default extension number is 8000 to 8255.
ACR interface is computer operator input interface (3.5mm audio socket).
SPT interface is HD broadcast interface, connects to the input interface of
broadcast system.
PC interface is a network management interface, connects to the LAN of router
or network switch.
RS232 interface for the serial management interface, connects to the computer
RS232 serial port, K416S only support RS232 interface.
11D and 9D, "RS232" and "PC" are two choices, change the switch on the main
board to select one of that. If the network module is installed at the factory, the
"RS232" serial port cannot be used.
SYS is the system working led, slow flash when idle, quick flash when using
extension or exterior line.
It is recommended to use pure copper telephone wires with wires of 0.5 or above,
and avoid parallel wiring with power lines and other high-frequency lines. If the
condition is limited, must add isolation or line distance of more than one meter,
to prevent noise interference.
The PBX is recommended to be installed in the machine room, which should be
dry, ventilated, free from corrosive gas, strong electric interference, strong
mechanical vibration and dustproof.
Sufficient space should be reserved around the PBX for installation, debugging,
maintenance and heat dissipation.

Tip:
all operations mentioned in this manual are carried out in the factory
default state.After the off-hook mode is set to exterior, if the operator needs to
use the function inside, he/she must first dial * to retrieve the extension line after
off-hook, and then continue to operate according to the instructions.

4.2 Query extension number
The default extension number is 8000-8255, corresponding to physical 1 to 256.
[Query extension number and physical port number]
After extension off-hook, then dial #97 to listen to the system voice broadcast.
[Query the physical location of the machine]
After extension off-hook, then dial #907 to listen to the system voice broadcast.
The system will broadcast four digits. The first two are the board number and the
last two are the serial number inside the board, which can help users quickly locate the
physical port position of the extension and facilitate the line change.
Note: 5D extension board is 16 lines. The board numbers 01 and 02 are in the
first extension board, 03 and 04 are in the second block, and so on.
