Thank you for purchasing this Xaoc Devices
product. Poti is a simple but useful break-
out expansion for the ever popular Batumi
quadruple low frequency oscillator module.

INSTALLATION
Poti is compatible with all the Batumi revi-
sions and there is no need to update the Ba-
The installation is simple, however, please
1. Find the cluster of jumper pins 1on
the back of Batumi.
2. Remove all the jumpers (you may want
to save them for later use).
3. Plug the Poti ribbon connector 2into
the jumper pins so that the red stripe or
mark points down.
Connecting the cable in a wrong way will
not cause any damage, but the switches will
not operate as intended and won’t match
the waveform selection legend printed on
the faceplate.
4. After properly connecting the modules
together, carefully put them back in
your case, plug Batumi’s power connec-
tor into the busboard aand fasten using
the provided screws.
Poti does not require its own power connector.
caution: Be careful not to confuse the
power connector with the expansion cable!
Doing so will likely damage Batumi and
void the warranty.
FEATURES & OPERATION
Poti provides immediate access to the Batu-
mi functions originally selected by the clus-
reset/sync mode and the selection of the
assignable waveform (asgn).
The upper switch 3toggles between the
reset and tap-tempo function of Batumi’s
reset/sync inputs.
The combination of the two lower asgn
switches 4select the waveform delivered
to the saw/asgn outputs, as per the mark-
ings on the Poti panel.
