tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.

large container and flexible hose allow thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach places. The vacuum
cleaner is equipped with a replaceable air filter. The product is not intended for commercial use.
The correct, reliable, and safe operation of the device depends on its proper use.
•Before working with the device, read the entire manual and follow all instructions and directions
contained therein.
•No responsibility will be accepted for damage or injury caused by failure to observe the safety
regulations and instructions in this manual.
•The unit is supplied in complete condition and requires no assembly. Additionally, included in

play with it. Cleaning and maintenance work by children should not be carried out without

•The ash vacuum cleaner is intended for dry operation. Sucking up water, wet ash or other
wet waste materials is prohibited. This creates a risk of electric shock, which may result in a
health hazard to the user or uninvolved persons.
•Never vacuum hot, glowing or burning objects. This may cause a fire or explosion and result
in serious injury or death to the user. The maximum temperature of the impurities to be vac-
uumed must not exceed 40 ℃.

Operating the unit
Preparing for operation
•First check the container of the vacuum cleaner and clean it of waste material if necessary.
Then check the condition of the filters. The ash vacuum cleaner has two types of filters: a rigid
one equipped with a rubber seal and a fabric filter. When dirty, the filters must be cleaned using
compressed air at no more than 3 bar pressure. If the contamination cannot be removed from
the filters, the filters must be replaced with new ones. Check the condition of the seal integrated
at the upper edge of the rigid filter. If it is damaged, the filter must be replaced with a new one.
Notice! It is forbidden to operate the vacuum cleaner without a properly fitted air filter. This may damage
the vacuum cleaner and increases the risk of electric shock.

Small wheels can be attached to the baseplate
of the vacuum cleaner. For this purpose, the pin
of the wheels must be pressed into the opening
of the baseplate.
There is a small metal chain on the bottom of the
container. Check that it is in contact with the
base during operation, as this can dissipate
electrical charge that has built up during opera-
tion.
The fabric filter is pulled over the rigid filter so
that the fabric filter surrounds the rigid filter at the
top.
The filters are to be attached to the lower side of
the cover so that the seal of the stiff filter fits
evenly. The gasket integrated at the top of the
filter has a flange that allows the filter to be se-
curely fastened.

Mount the cover on the upper edge of the vac-
uum cleaner tank so that it fits around the entire
circumference. Press the cover onto the tank us-
ing the snaps. There are two marked points on
the cover that help make this connection com-
pletely tight.
Connect the elastic hose to the inlet. The hose
connector must be inserted into the hole so that
its notches align with the bulges of the inlet, and
then turned in the direction of the arrow marked
“lock.” Make sure that the hose does not slip out
of the hole during operation.
To remove the inner part, turn its connector in
the direction of the arrow marked “LOOSE” and
then pull the connector out of the inlet.
Connect the suction nozzle to the loose end of
the hose by inserting it into the hose connector.
The vacuum cleaner also offers the possibility to
connect a hose to the outlet so that it can also
be used as a blower. The hose is connected to
the connector by pressing the socket.

Commissioning
Attention! Sucking up hot ash is prohibited. The temperature of the suction material must not exceed
40 ℃.
•Make sure that all preparatory activities have been carried out.
•Likewise, make sure that the vacuum cleaner switch is set to “O” (off).
•Now insert the plug of the power cord into the mains socket, then set the switch to “I” (on).
•After finishing work and before maintenance work, switch the vacuum cleaner off again at the
switch and pull out the plug.
Notice! When using the vacuum cleaner as a blower, make sure that the container has been emptied
and the filter cleaned or replaced with a new one. There is a risk of debris remaining in the container
being blown out through the outlet opening.
Maintenance
Note! Pull out the plug before maintenance work!
•After each use of the vacuum cleaner, the container, the cover seal and the air filter must be
checked as described in these instructions.
•The ash vacuum cleaner is cleaned from the outside with compressed air of no more than
3bar pressure. Special attention should be paid to the ventilation openings of both the supply
and exhaust air. If necessary, clean them of all obstructions with compressed air of no more
than 3 bar. Do not use sharp metal objects to clean the ventilation openings.
•Do not immerse the ash vacuum cleaner in water for cleaning.
•The vacuum cleaner hose must be checked for damage before and after use. It is forbidden
to use a damaged hose. Major soiling of the housing should be removed with a soft cloth.
