4 Functions Description
CAUTION------ Please put the SCL170A in the condition of
above 0℃with no ice before initial operation
CAUTION------ Please test and operate the SCL170A with
no load first, and please use the SCL170A with load after
confirming no abnormal situation
CAUTION------ The continuous operating time rule of the motor
50% working rule of the climbing motor [Continuous Operating
Hours/(Continuous Operating Hours + Continuous rest
hours)≤50%],Rated load of 70% or above, the maximum continuous
running time is less than 10 minutes. Rated load of less than 70%,

4.1 Control Panel and Wire Handle Controller Operation
Instructions.
There are 3 switches on the top of the control panel, showing 3
different control modes: up stair /down stair; slow speed/fast
speed(Note:The lifting mode is only at high speed, and the
adjustment is invalid.); Auto ON/Auto OFF.
When “Auto ON”, it means to start the auto lifting mode. On
this mode, the loading board will automatically follows the height
of cargo stacking to rise or fall, reducing the labor intensity of the
operator to stoop to put the cargo on the workbench; when “Auto
OFF”, the auto lifting mode that the loading board automatically
follows the cargo stacking to adjust will be turned off.

16
When the SCL170A needs to stop immediately in case of
emergency, press the Emergency Stop Switch; Before resetting,
the battery power must be restarted to ensure safety;when reset,
rotate the switch.
The operation of the wire handle controller is used to operate the
lifting mode separately. Press to move and release to stop. When
the lifting function of the control box is started, the climbing
function on the panel is temporarily closed to ensure the safe and

may be tipped. Any part of the body and
any consumable items are not allowed to
put under the loading board.
WARNING------ Because the
loading board can move up and down, it
