SAFETY WARNINGS
Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions
may result in injury and/or property damage. Save all warnings and instructions for
future reference.
The warning and safety instructions in this manual are not meant to cover all possible conditions and
situations that may occur. Common sense, caution and care must be exercised when operating or
cleaning tools and equipment. Always contact your dealer, distributor, service agent or manufacturer
about problems or conditions you do not understand before operating the product.
Check with local regulations for pool fence requirements. Knowing the pool fence regulations
before you start designing will not only improve safety but it will also create a more functional and
visually appealing outdoor space.
Conrm pool entrances are closed at all times.
It is suggested to afx motion alarms to entrance gates as an extra layer of security.
1
Every so often, inspect the fence for misalignment, loose screws and so on.
The Fence must block all entrances to the pool area.
Do not install the pool fence near tables, chairs, or structure that can be climbed on to get over
the fence.
This pool fence should be located in a manner that prohibits permanent structures, equipment or
other objects from being used to climb over the fence.
WARNING: ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED WHEN CHILDREN ARE NEAR A POOL. A POOL FENCE IS NOT
A FAIL-PROOF SUBSTITUTION FOR ADULT SUPERVISION.
NOTE: Template provided is for informational purposes only. There are variations in measurements.
Check and conrm measurements are correct before drilling.
NOTE: Results may vary. Diagrams are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change without
notice.

SAFETY WARNINGS INSTALLATION
1 2
TO INSTALL THE POOL FENCE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TOOLS:
Hammer Drill 5/8” Masonry Bit Extension Cord Tape Measure
Hammer Marker Garden Hose Scissors
Stapler
Square Head Screw
1/8” Drill Bit Screw GunChalk
NOTE: Before marking out the fence
segments, make sure there is ample
space between the fence and pool
edge. This pool fence must be installed
at least 2ft from the edge of the pool.
STEP 1: Use the stencil for marking the
entrance to the pool. Use the double
hole segment of the stencil and mark
the left hole with a marker. 1LFT is for
the 1st pole toward the left side of the
pool.
STEP 2: Next overlay the stencil over the
1LFT mark and mark the 1RT hole. (This
is for the rst pole of the segment that is
toward the right side of the pool).
STEP 3: With both holes marked, place the
stencil over the right hole as shown.

STEP 4: Next, place the stencil over the and
mark the next hole. Repeat this step until
you get to the 5th part of the segment.
Mark the last hole for that segment.
STEP 5: For the double hole on the
stencil, adjust it to be over the 5th
marked hole of the next segment
to the right. Repeat these steps
on both sides of the pool until you
reach the segment to be cut.

MAKING THE CUSTOM CUT: This is for the segment of fence that will be shorter than the others. Usually
this will be at the back for the pool. This last piece will most likely have fewer holes in it.
TENSION ANGLES FOR DRILLING: To keep the fence upright and able to withstand inclement weather
you’ll need to drill some of the holes at an angle. For example, if the part of the pool is wider, youwill
want to drill at a light lean away from the pool, and if the pool shape goes inward, you should drill at
a heavy lean toward the pool. If the edge of the pool is straight, drill at a level angle. This is to ensure
proper tension around the pool. See diagrams below.
Make sure when measuring the
custom cut that the moldings face
away from the pool. Also make
sure you are measuting from the
center line outwards.

NOTE: To determine the lean of the angle, look at the hole in front of you. If you can connect all three
holes with a triangle, the point of the triangle indicates the direction of the lean. The further away
from the imagined line, the more lean of an angle you will need to drill. If no triangle can be formed,
the more likely it will require level hole angle.
NOTE: Before drilling, double check your angles to make sure you are drilling at the correct angle.
Keep in mind, you want to create the appropriate amount of tension.
DRILLING: After conrming the angles are correct you can start drilling the holes. The holes should be
4” deep and sit ush within the sleeves. Once you have drilled your holes, ush the holes out with a
garden hose, then place the sleeves inside the drilled holes.
INSTALLING THE FENCE SECTIONS: Drill double holes where the fence sections connect and put your
pole in the hole. Be sure to lean the pole you are starting with, back to get it started in the hole. Then
push it forward and down into the hole until the bottom of the fence section is ush with the deck
sleeve. Repeat this step for the remaining full sections of fencing.
CUSTOM CUTTING FENCE SECTIONS: After you have the measurments, you are ready to make a custom
cut. Roll out a full section with the screws facing upwards. Count the poles until you reach the panel
that needs cut.

INSTALLATION
6
With your tape measure on the outside of the
molding, make a mark on the top and bottom
of the border using a marker.
Cut the mesh with scissors. Use your measuring
tape as a guide as you cut to make sure
you are cutting the mesh at the correct
measurement.
With your cut made, you can now add the edge fabric. Place the mesh between the folds of the
edge and slide the edge down the mesh. Using your stapler, staple it into place with the staples
about 1/4” from the edge of the fabric. Once you have conrmed the mesh is fully inside the border,
cut the excess fabric away from the border.
Next you can attach the pole you removed, to the cut side. First lay your molding strip on top of the
edge you just attached and line up the molding so it is ush with the bottom. Make sure the staples
are covered by the molding and screw a screw into the molding until it comes through both the
molding and the mesh. The molding should be attached with 2 screws and the cut piece of mesh.
Glide the pole underneath the molding and the fabric then line up the screws that come throught
the other side to the parallel holes of the pole. Partly back out your screw while applying pressure
on the molding and the pole. Then slowly drive the screw back down into the pole. Repeat this step
for the bottom part of the pole. Screw in the rest of the screws into the pole. The pole should now be
attached.
LATCHING THE FENCE SECTIONS: Once the dence sections are installed you are ready to start latching
the fence. Each full section has a pilot hole at the top, between the rst and second screw.
1. Using the drill bit, slowly drill out the pilot hole and bevel the hole slightly.
2. Screw on eye into each hole on the opposing sections.
3. Squeeze the poles and clip the double clasp latch on to either screw eye. Follow this step for all
sections.
4. Using the latch for leverage, disconnect the latch from the screw eye and turn the other screw eye.
Make sure both screw eyes are tightened enough that you don’t see any threads. Since the fence
works on tension you have to squeeze the poles together to make sure the poles are straight. Twist the
poles to make sure the are straight before latching them .
