1. General description
The aid arm, accessory of tire changer, is suitable for mounting and dismounting
tires conveniently. Please read the manual earnestly and operate according to it. We
suggest you put it near the machine to read at any time.

Net weight : 71 kg
3. Safety roles
Professionals should read all manuals , be familiar with operation and do according
to the rules.
Pay attention to safety.
Please notice the warning with “! ”.

products, otherwise the result of damage and accidents will not be responsible for us.

4.Installment
“! ”warning : Cut off all switches before installment and only profeeionals do the
installment.
4.1 Transportation
Packing : oblong wooden case
Gross weight : 91kg

4.2 Open up packing
Protect cases from damages so that be used
during later days. Keep cases far away from children for fear that being hurt.
4.3 Dimension
The dimension of HF200 which is installed to
tire changer.(fig B)
Combine the dimension of HF200 with the
dimension of tire changer, you can get the
total dimension. Operation zone of HF200,
500mm left from product to wall.

4.4 Installment
Following steps:
4.4.1 Shut bead breaker shelf and dismount bead breaker spring and cylinder nut,
step foot pedal, start bead breaker, and then cut off electricity and pneumatic supply
of tire changer and open the bead breaker shelf on the right of the tire changer,
install link base (fig C-B), move column to tire changer
4.4.2 According to holes (A and B)in fig C, fix the base of HF200 with bolt
(M10x130) to the link-block (fig C-B). Connect link-shelf by bolt M10x30 with aid
arm and tire changer body (A)separately.

“! ”warning : Make hexangular rod
aims at turntable center, and make sure HF200 is upright to body, and then joint
HF200 and body at (fig C-A)(fig C-B)
4.4.3 Bead breaker shelf on the right turn back, install bead breaker spring and
cylinder nut.
4.4.4 Put aid arm pipe and tee through the holes in the body (fig C-C) to get ready
for linking tire changer pneumatic supply.

4.4.5 Pneumatic supply link
1)Find pipe in (figC1) and tee linking
with pipe in the body.
2)Cut the pipe at the right as (fig C2)
3)Link tee with the cut-off pipe, and link
pneumatic supply after fixing all joint
parts(fig C-3)

6. Operation Test
Works by press pneumatic supply of tire changer. Connect tire changer with
pneumatic supply according to manual .
6.1 Leak check about pneumatic supply
6.2Glide block check under 0.8-1MPA ,shock
and unsmooth is not allowed.

6.3 Parts flexibility check
7. Operation
Locking and dismounting tires conveniently, especially suitable for low-profile and
stiff tires, which make operation easier.
“! ”warning : following parts should be installed plastic protectors before
operation : mounting head, lever, clamp and bead breaker.
“! ”warning : please affirm whether the tire is equipped with sensor before
operation. If yes, please affirm model and position.
7.1Loosen rim
If there is not sensor inside, separate outside tire and rim normally.
If there is sensor inside, operate according to its model and actual position. For
example, loosen from bilateral or loosen form inside separately.
“! ”warning : Be careful! Forbidden pressing with bead breaker near sensor.

7.2Clamping tire
If clamp rim from inside, operation
following by tire changer manual.
If clamp rim from outside, HF200 could
assist following operation:
“! ”warning : Clamp from outside only if
low-profile tire. And be careful if there is
sensor inside.
1) Leave aid arm un-worked
2) Turn on turntable and put the tire on it,
keep the clamps near outside.(fig I)
3) Insert positioning presser(fig L-1) into
tire presser (fig L-2)
4) Pneumatic rod towards down, which press
positioning presser to the rim center, about 2
cm.
5) Shut clamps and clamp rim,( fig M)
Dismounting positioning presser and make
elbow is back.

7.3Dismount
7.3.1 Separate outside tire
If tire is not loosened by bead breaker or re-positioned, you may operate by
hexangonal rod.(fig N-1)
1) Loosen hexangular screw(figN-3),which
makes hexangular rod glading freely.
2) Move hexangular rod(fig N-1) to the
outside of the rim, rotating positioning
screw to fix hexangular rod.(fig N-3)
3) Move tire changer column to put
dismounting head (figN-2) on outside of
rim.
4) Keep pneumatic rod towards down until the presser press rubber tire several
mm(lower than rim),and then rotating the turntable clockwise, the presser(fig N-4)
rotates and separates the rubber tire
from rim.
5) Operator should lubricate the outside
rim during separation to dismount
easier.(fig O)
“! ”warning : Make sure hexangular
rod and arm are in correct position to avoid rim and rod damages and danger during
above operation.
Finishing operation, pneumatic valve towards up and rise hexangular rod, lossen

hexangular positioning screw(fig N-3) , move hexangular rod from turntable to get
ready for dismounting.
7.3.2 Dismounting outside tire
1) Positioning dismounting head
“! warning : Position and move tire changer column only leave the column
unworked..Hexangular rod is only used during tire installment, keep it away from
working zone.
Following steps if stiff tire:
a. Move dismounting head (fig P-1) to
working position. If there is a sensor,
rotating turntable and put the sensor
in the middle of dismounting
head.(fig P)
“! ”warning : Position and move tire changer column only leave column
unworked.
b. Loosen locking part(fig P-2)
c. Move hexangular rod (fig P-3) near the dismounting head. Keep pneumatic valve
(fig D-10) towards down and press the
tire . Leave enough room to position
dismounting head and insert lever.
“! ”warning : Br careful and keep your
hands away from presser.

d. After positioning dismounting head , lock dismounting head and insert lever.(fig
Q-3)
2)Keep pneumatic valve (fig D-10) towards up, and rise hexangular rod(fig Q-1),and
then turn back. Rotating elbow (fig Q-2) until opposite the dismounting head.(fig
Q)
3)Keep pneumatic valve(fig D-10) towards down, lowing elbow and press tire to
inside edge, which move tire to top of the
dismounting head easier.(fig R)
4)Rise HF200 rotate from inside to the top,
and then rotate turntable, dismount tire.
7.3.3 Separate inside tire
Please use plate (fig S-1) if inside tire has
been re-positioned.
“! ”warning : If there is sensor inside,
please pay attention to the plate to avoid
sensor damage.
1) Put plate(fig S-1) on the straight aid
arm(fig S-2),and be locked by pin(fig S-3).
2) Move arm to unworked position.
3) Put plate (fig S-1)under the tire.(fig T)
4) Rotate turntable clockwise and rise plate
by control rod (fig D-3) at the same time

until done
“! ”warning : Lubricate the inside rim during operation.(fig T)
7.3.4 Dismounting inside tire
Plate makes dismounting easier(especially
wider tires), which can rise rim.
1) If there is a sensor, please put it in the
middle of dismounting head.(fig U)
2) Put plate under the tire(fig V), keep the
column towards up by control rod(fig
D),rise the rim to the middle.
“! ”warning : If the sensor is in the tire,
pay attention to plate for fear that sensor
damages.
3) Insert lever at the dismounting head,
and put inside edge on the top of
dismounting head by lever.(fig W)
“! ”warning : If the sensor is in the tire,
pay attention to lever for fear that sensor
damages.
4) Move the plate from working zone, and
rotating turntable until finishing
operation.

5) Pull out positioning lock-pin, and then dismounting plate from straight arm
easier.(fig Y)
7.4 Installment
7.4.1Test before installment
1) Check tire and rim according to tire
changer manual.
2) If the sensor is attached to tire, make
sure it works well. If it doesn’t work,
please change another.
7.4.2 Inside tire installment
If the sensor is not attached to tire ,please
operate according to tire changer manual.
If the sensor is attached to tire, be careful and operate by following steps:
1) Clamp rim from outside only.
2) Move the column to the working zone
and positioning dismounting head.
“! ”warning : Move and position column
only only leave HF200 unworked.
3) Lubricate the rim (fig Z)
4) Lubricate edge of rim (fig AA)
5)Put the dismounting head at the right of sensor.(fig AB)
6) Put inside rim under dismounting head (fig AB)

7) Rotate turntable clockwise until installing inside rim.
7.4.3 Outside tire installment
1) If the sensor is attached to tire, Put it
in (fig AC) position which opposite
dismounting head.
2) If there are color signs on the tire,
make them suitable for sensor.
“! ”warning : If the sensor is not
attached to tire , make color signs match tire inflating entrance.
3) Adjust hexangular rod to rim away
from 1mm,and fix by lock-screw. Install
round rod to straight arm (fig AD), and
adjust the rod to rim away from 1mm,
and fix by lock-screw. And move elbow
to the rim edge away from 1mm, which
shapes three points to press.(fig AC)
“! ”warning : Protect your hands from presser when operates.
4) Rotate the turntable clockwise, hexangular rod and rod roll in pointed position,
and make the outside tire go into rim..Elbow presser rotates following rim, and
then installment finish.

7.5 Match
Make sure color signs match sensor’s position after outside tire installment. If not,
refer to following steps:
1) Move elbow and hexangular rod to working position.
2) Elbow presser opposites hexangular rod.
3) Keep control rod towards down(fig D-10),press the presser and separate the
outside rim from rim.
“! ”warning : Watch your hands during tire press.
4) Rotate turntable and make the color signs of tire match sensor’s position
Note: You may hold rim by hand if necessary. Don’t forget to lubricate.
8. Maintenance
Maintenance is done by
professionals. Cut off the electricity
supply before maintenance.
1) Check machine regularly to make
sure aid arm works well.
2) Clean regularly and lubricate
rotating parts (every 10 days)(fig
AF)

9. Repair
Troubles: Gliding parts can’t move.
Reason: 1)Press pneumatic supply is not switched on.
2)Pipe leaks or jams.
3)Pneumatic valve doesn't work well.
Solution: 1)Check whether the pneumatic supply is good.
2)If there is something wrong with pneumatic supply, change in time.
3)Technical aids from others .
“! ”warning : If HF200 doesn’t work well according to above tips, or being some
other troubles, stop operating and contact manufacturer.
