The YBA-11 is a wireless audio receiver for connecting
wirelessly with Bluetooth
®
devices (mobile phone, portable
music player, etc.). Through a digital connection with the AV
product, it allows you to enjoy audio with a high sound quality.
1Package contents
Check that the following items are included in the package.
2 Connecting to an AV product
1Before connecting any cables, turn off the AV
product.
2Connect the YBA-11 and the AV product with the
supplied USB Power Cable and Coaxial Digital
Audio Cable as shown in the illustration.
3After connecting the cables, turn on the AV product.
If the Yamaha AV product is not equipped with a DC OUT jack,
connect the USB Power Cable to the USB jack.
For details on the location of jacks and the operation of the AV
product, refer to its owner’s manual.
3 Making a Bluetooth connection
With the Bluetooth device to be connected, perform the
following operation.
1Turn on the Bluetooth function to search for devices
that can be connected.
2When the list of Bluetooth devices appears, select
“YBA-11 Yamaha”.
If a passkey (PIN) must be entered, enter “0000”
with the number keys.
• For details, refer to the owner’s manual of the Bluetooth device.
•If a connection cannot be made, see “Troubleshooting”.
4 Playing audio from the Bluetooth device
Switch the input on the AV product to the jack where the
YBA-11 is connected, and then operate the Bluetooth device
to play music.
To disconnect the Bluetooth connection, perform the
disconnection operation from the Bluetooth device, or press the
Bluetooth button on the YBA-11.
YBA-11 status indicator
The status indicator appears as described below according to
the operating status of the YBA-11.
* After flashing, the indicator turns off, and the YBA-11 stands by for
a connection.
Troubleshooting
Check the following if the YBA-11 should not be operating
properly.
Resetting the YBA-11
Press and hold down the Bluetooth button for at least 5 seconds.

1 Vérification du contenu de l’emballage
Vérifiez que l’emballage contient les éléments suivants.
2 Connexion à un produit AV
1Avant de brancher tout câble, mettez le produit AV
hors tension.
2Reliez le YBA-11 au produit AV avec le câble
d’alimentation USB et le câble audio numérique

3Une fois les branchements effectués, mettez le
produit AV sous tension.

3 Établir une connexion Bluetooth
Effectuez les opérations suivantes avec le dispositif
Bluetooth à connecter.
1Activez la fonction Bluetooth pour rechercher les
dispositifs disponibles pour la connexion.
2Quand la liste des dispositifs Bluetooth s’affiche,
sélectionnez “YBA-11 Yamaha”.
Si on vous demande un code (PIN), tapez “0000”
avec les touches numériques.

4 Lire des fichiers audio depuis le dispositif
Bluetooth
Sélectionnez sur le produit AV l’entrée correspondant à la
prise où le YBA-11 est branché, puis lisez de la musique sur
le dispositif Bluetooth.
Pour rompre la connexion Bluetooth, effectuez la déconnexion
sur le dispositif Bluetooth ou appuyez sur le bouton Bluetooth du
YBA-11.
Témoin d’état du YBA-11
Le témoin d’état réagit comme décrit ci-dessous selon le
statut de fonctionnement du YBA-11.

2Verbinden Sie den YBA-11 und das AV-Produkt mit
dem beiliegenden UBS-Netzkabel und dem
digitalen Koaxial-Audiokabel (siehe Abbildung).
3Schalten Sie das AV-Produkt ein, nachdem Sie die
Kabel angeschlossen haben.
Wenn das Yamaha-AV-Produkt über keine DC OUT-Buchse
verfügt, schließen Sie das USB-Netzkabel an die USB-Buchse an.

3 Herstellung einer Bluetooth -Verbindung
Gehen Sie an dem Gerät, das verbunden werden soll,
folgendermaßen vor:
1Schalten Sie die Bluetooth-Funktion ein, um nach
geeigneten Geräten zu suchen.
2Wenn die Liste mit Bluetooth-Geräten erscheint,
wählen Sie „YBA-11 Yamaha“.

gefragt wird, geben Sie „0000“ ein.

4 Wiedergabe von einem Bluetooth -Gerät
Schalten Sie am AV-Gerät auf die Eingangsquelle, an die
der YBA-11 angeschlossen ist, und geben Sie die Musik
mithilfe des Bluetooth-Geräts wieder.
Um die Bluetooth-Verbindung zu beenden, führen Sie die
Trennung entweder am Bluetooth-Gerät durch oder drücken Sie
die Bluetooth-Taste am YBA-11.
Statusanzeige des YBA-11
Die Statusanzeige informiert Sie über den Betriebsstatus des
YBA-11.

Fehlerbehebung
Prüfen Sie folgende Punkte, wenn der YBA-11 nicht
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.
Zurücksetzen des YBA-11

mindestens 5 Sekunden gedrückt.

3 Ansluta via Bluetooth
Genomför följande åtgärder på den Bluetooth-enhet som ska
anslutas.
1Slå på Bluetooth-funktionen och sök efter enheter
som kan anslutas.
2När listan över Bluetooth-enheter visas, välj
“YBA-11 Yamaha”.
Om en lösenkod (PIN) måste anges, ange “0000”
med siffertastaturen.

4 Spela upp ljud från Bluetooth -enheten
Slå över ingångskällan på AV-produkten till det uttag
YBA-11 är ansluten till och använd sedan Bluetooth-
enheten för att spela upp musik.
För att koppla från Bluetooth -anslutningen kopplar du ifrån via
Bluetooth -enheten eller trycker på Bluetooth -knappen på YBA-11.
YBA-11 statusindikator
Statusindikatorn visas enligt nedanstående beskrivning och
indikerar statusen för YBA-11.
* Efter att den blinkat försvinner indikatorn och YBA-11 inväntar en
anslutning.

4 Riproduzione di brani dal dispositivo
Bluetooth
Commutare l’ingresso del prodotto AV sulla presa in cui lo
YBA-11 è collegato e quindi utilizzare il dispositivo
Bluetooth per riprodurre la musica.
Per interrompere la connessione Bluetooth, eseguire
l’operazione di disconnessione dal dispositivo Bluetooth, oppure
premere il pulsante Bluetooth sullo YBA-11.

1Prüfen des Lieferinhalts
Prüfen Sie, ob folgende Artikel im Lieferumfang enthalten sind.
2 Anschluss an ein AV-Produkt
1Schalten Sie das AV-Produkt aus, bevor Sie ein
Kabel anschließen.
2Verbinden Sie den YBA-11 und das AV-Produkt mit
dem beiliegenden UBS-Netzkabel und dem
digitalen Koaxial-Audiokabel (siehe Abbildung).
3Schalten Sie das AV-Produkt ein, nachdem Sie die
Kabel angeschlossen haben.
Wenn das Yamaha-AV-Produkt über keine DC OUT-Buchse
verfügt, schließen Sie das USB-Netzkabel an die USB-Buchse an.
Details zur Lage der Buchsen und zum Betrieb des AV-Produkts
finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung des Produkts.
3 Herstellung einer Bluetooth -Verbindung
Gehen Sie an dem Gerät, das verbunden werden soll,
folgendermaßen vor:
1Schalten Sie die Bluetooth-Funktion ein, um nach
geeigneten Geräten zu suchen.
2Wenn die Liste mit Bluetooth-Geräten erscheint,
wählen Sie „YBA-11 Yamaha“.
Wenn nach einem Verbindungsschlüssel (PIN)
gefragt wird, geben Sie „0000“ ein.
•Nähere Informationen dazu finden Sie in der
Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Bluetooth-Geräts.
•Wenn keine Verbindung hergestellt werden kann, sehen Sie im
Abschnitt „Fehlerbehebung“ nach.
4 Wiedergabe von einem Bluetooth -Gerät
Schalten Sie am AV-Gerät auf die Eingangsquelle, an die
der YBA-11 angeschlossen ist, und geben Sie die Musik
mithilfe des Bluetooth-Geräts wieder.
Um die Bluetooth-Verbindung zu beenden, führen Sie die
Trennung entweder am Bluetooth-Gerät durch oder drücken Sie
die Bluetooth-Taste am YBA-11.
Statusanzeige des YBA-11
Die Statusanzeige informiert Sie über den Betriebsstatus des
YBA-11.
* Nach dem Blinken erlischt die Anzeige und der YBA-11 ist bereit
für eine Verbindung.
Fehlerbehebung
Prüfen Sie folgende Punkte, wenn der YBA-11 nicht
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.
Zurücksetzen des YBA-11
Drücken Sie die Bluetooth-Taste und halten Sie sie für
mindestens 5 Sekunden gedrückt.

2 Ansluta till en AV-produkt
1Stäng av AV-produkten innan du ansluter några
kablar.
2Anslut YBA-11 till AV-produkten med den
medföljande USB-strömsladden samt den koaxiala
digitala ljudkabeln i enlighet med illustrationen.
3Sätt igång AV-produkten efter att du har anslutit
kablarna.
Om AV-produkten från Yamaha inte har ett DC OUT-uttag skall
USB-strömsladden anslutas i USB-uttaget.

3 Ansluta via Bluetooth
Genomför följande åtgärder på den Bluetooth-enhet som ska
anslutas.
1Slå på Bluetooth-funktionen och sök efter enheter
som kan anslutas.
2När listan över Bluetooth-enheter visas, välj
“YBA-11 Yamaha”.
Om en lösenkod (PIN) måste anges, ange “0000”
med siffertastaturen.

4 Spela upp ljud från Bluetooth -enheten
Slå över ingångskällan på AV-produkten till det uttag
YBA-11 är ansluten till och använd sedan Bluetooth-
enheten för att spela upp musik.
För att koppla från Bluetooth -anslutningen kopplar du ifrån via
Bluetooth -enheten eller trycker på Bluetooth -knappen på YBA-11.
YBA-11 statusindikator
Statusindikatorn visas enligt nedanstående beskrivning och
indikerar statusen för YBA-11.
* Efter att den blinkat försvinner indikatorn och YBA-11 inväntar en
anslutning.
Felsökning
Kontrollera följande om YBA-11 inte fungerar korrekt.
Återställa YBA-11
Tryck och håll inne Bluetooth-knappen i minst 5 sekunder.

1Contenuto della confezione
Controllare che la confezione contenga quanto segue.
2 Collegamento a un prodotto AV
1Prima di collegare dei fili, spegnere il prodotto AV.
2Collegare lo YBA-11 e il prodotto AV con il cavo
USB di alimentazione e il cavo audio digitale
coassiale in dotazione, come indica l’illustrazione.
3 Dopo il collegamento dei fili, accendere il prodotto AV.
Se il prodotto Yamaha AV non è dotato di presa jack DC OUT,
collegare il cavo USB di alimentazione alla presa jack USB.
Per i dettagli sulla posizione delle prese jack e sul funzionamento del
prodotto AV fare riferimento al manuale d’istruzioni di quest’ultimo.
3 Esecuzione di una connessione Bluetooth
Per la connessione del dispositivo Bluetooth, eseguire la
seguente operazione.
1Accendere la funzione Bluetooth per la ricerca di
dispositivi che possono essere connessi.
2Quando appare l’elenco di dispositivi Bluetooth,
selezionare “YBA-11 Yamaha”.
Se è necessario inserire una chiave (PIN), digitare
“0000” con i tasti numerici.
•Per i dettagli, fare riferimento al manuale d’istruzioni del
dispositivo Bluetooth.
•Se non è possibile stabilire una connessione, fare riferimento
alla “Diagnostica”.
4 Riproduzione di brani dal dispositivo
Bluetooth
Commutare l’ingresso del prodotto AV sulla presa in cui lo
YBA-11 è collegato e quindi utilizzare il dispositivo
Bluetooth per riprodurre la musica.
Per interrompere la connessione Bluetooth, eseguire
l’operazione di disconnessione dal dispositivo Bluetooth, oppure
premere il pulsante Bluetooth sullo YBA-11.
Indicatore di stato dello YBA-11
L’indicatore di stato appare come descritto qui di seguito,
secondo lo stato di funzionamento dello YBA-11.
* Dopo aver lampeggiato, l’indicatore si spegne e lo YBA-11 resta in
attesa di una connessione.
Diagnostica
