Swing Radiator Bass™Port
Bass Reflex Swing Radiator
Because Q is determined by the cabinet
volume/port internal volume ratio, with a
small cabinet, the port used must have a
small diameter. However, to produce
adequate bass, it is necessary to lengthen
the port, causing problems such as bass lag
and production of wind sound. It is also
difficult to make it thin.
A new bass reproduction
technology has solved
these problems!
This is a method of efficiently producing bass by causing
a panel-shaped diaphragm with one side completely
immobilized to function as a passive radiator. Causing it
to move by the vibration mode of the rumbling of the
diaphragm itself efficiently increases bass energy.
Applicable to everything from small and thin cabinets to
large cabinets, it can produce larger sound pressure than
the conventional passive radiator mode.
