1 Abstract
The win turbine generator system is the equipments which coul
pro uce electricity by the rotating of bla es. The function of the
controller is to rectify the output an protect the generator un er severe
environment. The E-series generator coul be applie in the system of
win an solar hybri , as the controller of it has a solar connector. ( solar
connection is option, contact with factory for etails)
2 USAGE
This E-series generator coul be both applie for home use an factory
use, which is available for on-gir an off-gri , While on-gir by matching
on-gri inverter an off-gir by matching batteries an off-gri inverter.

4.1 Site choosing
Win turbine generator system shoul be installe at least 50m away

from house or areas people gathering. It shoul be avoi e to have trees
or buil ings nearby to affect the win spee or win irection. It is
forbi en to install the win turbine generator on soft lan s, uneven
groun or areas where the groun can be easily influence by the
climates. At the same time, the istance between generator an battery
shoul be also consi ere , as the longer the istance, the less the
wastage. An please use a thicker cable for long istance connection.
4.2 Assemb y and connection
Note：Please, firstly connect the controller with battery, an then the generator

4.4 Assemb y generator
1. Connect the cable to the bottom of generator, an then make the
cable go through the pole center.
For E1KW/E2KW/E3KW:
Terminal No.1 an No.2 connect with temperature;
Terminal No.3, No.4 an No.5 connect with win generator power cable.

tight the bla e with flap by screw. Balance is very important, an o

not tight the screw before assembling all bla es. For fin ing balance,
please make a same istance for every apex, an then tighten the
screw. (as below）。
Note: L1=L2=L3（with tolerance ±5mm）。
Tighten the screw after fin ing balance.
4. Assemble the nose cone by screw
5. Connect the tail with the generator with screw

5.2 For making basement
Dig the basement accor ing to the esigne size. Then put the anchor in
the basement. Please assemble the plate as below. For generator below
2kw,there are two pins nee e to fit in the e ge foun ation; For above

3kw, there nee s to be three screw tooth hole forwar s to the front si e.
Placing the concrete after making the basement rea y（C25），as below,
Put the e ge anchor into the e ge basement, an please check the
istance between the hook of basement an the center, inclu ing the
basic level of basement, an then placing concrete. Do as below,

For the 3kw an 5kw, it woul nee two guy cables for installation, an
the picture of e ge basements is as below,
Notes:
To keep the balance of the tension between each cable, the height of the
basement nee to be same with the base of the tower. Otherwise, the
unbalance woul cause trouble for the tower.

5.3 Assemb e the tower
【2kw an below 2kw】Put the tower into the base, an insert the pins
in to the hole for it with screwing the pin shaft nut. As below,
【3KW to 5KW】Connect the two section of subsi iary pole together, an
insert it into the main tower, as below,

Connect 4 pieces of steel wire to the en of the subsi iary pole, an
then connect the steel wire which correspon ing to the e ge basement
with the U-shape spen orchi , as below,

The steel which correspon ing to the front basement nee to connect
with the chain block, as below,
Erect the subsi iary pole, an fix the steel wire to the e ge basement, as

Aim the pin hole of tower to the basement, an insert the pin with
smearing grease, as below

1. Connect each section of the pole by screw as below,
2. To connect the steel wire after connecting the tower as below picture.
For safety, you coul twine the tower with the steel wire for a circle
before fixing the wire with the fixture. There nee to be two fixtures
for each steel wire, an 10-20 cm nee to be left in the en of the
wire.
3. Besi es aiming the steel wire for front basement, the en s of all
other steel wire nee to connect with the correspon ing basement. An
you coul fix all wires after the installation of the tower as below:

4. Put the tower on a woo en yoke, height of 1m to 1.5m, as below,
5. Generator installation ( In the manual for generator part)
6. You coul erect the tower with a winch, tractor an crane. Please
note, when using a winch an tractor, there nee to be a yoke for
generator below 2kw, inclu ing 2kw. Pay attention to the tension of
each steel wire in the process of erecting in case of any unbalance.
