1. Introduction
GDJseriesphotoelectricdetecting sensor(Itspopularnameisphotoelectrichead
photoelectriceye)adoptsthe principleofphotoemission and photoreceiving. Itshots
outmodulated raytothe measured objectandreceivesthe rayreflected fromthe
measured object,then according tothe intensityofthe received raytodetermine the
coloroftheobjectortodistinguishwhetherornotisthe objectexisted.Asasensorit
isused inthecontrolsystemsofthe soft packaging machine, theprinting machine,
foodstuffmachine, textileand papermaking machine togetherwithothercircuitsand
devices.Itcan alsodetectthe color-markprinted on thecolor-backgroundorother
patterncolorblock asitsmarkand can check whetherornotarethe linesand objects
existed. Ithavethe functionsofautomaticorientation, deciding constantlength,
distinguishing color, correcting error, checking edition, counting number, etc.
