Tryb ręczny jest przydatny w momencie gdy urządzenie musi byćpochylone. W trybie ręcznym pro-

PRODUCT OPERATION
Charging the battery
Charge the battery before use. The battery can only be charged when it is installed in the tool. To
install the battery pull the battery compartment lid latch and open the lid (II). Insert the battery into
the socket.
Connect the plug to the socket of the battery or to the socket of the device if the battery is installed in
it (III). During landing, the charging indicator light flashes green and turns solid when finished.
After finishing charging, immediately disconnect the charger from the power supply and then the
cable from the battery. Secure the battery charging socket with a cap.
The lithium-ion battery (Li-Ion) has a reduced memory effect and can be charged at any time, but it is
recommended to fully discharge the battery during normal operation and then fully charge it once for
several charging processes. This will extend the battery service life. Do not short-circuit the battery
contacts in order to discharge it or for any other reason – it may cause fire or explosion. To check
the charge status of the battery, use the indicator – the more status lamps are illuminated, the higher
the battery charge level. Leaving a fully charged battery connected to the charger can significantly
shorten its service life.

Turning the device on and off(IV)
Pressing the switch starts the device regardless of the lock position. If the lock is moved in the direc-
tion of the padlock symbol, the device will start in a manual mode. If the lock is moved to the open
padlock symbol, the device will start in the laser pointer self-levelling mode.
The device is switched offin manual mode by pressing and holding the switch for approx. 2 seconds.
The device operating in the laser pointer self-levelling mode will be switched offafter moving the lock
towards the padlock symbol.
During storage, it is recommended to move the laser lock as far as possible towards the closed
padlock symbol. This will immobilise the laser module inside the device housing, reducing the risk of
damage to the product during transport and storage.
If the device is running, successive presses of the switch allow you to change the laser beams. The
default setting is to display one horizontal omnidirectional and two vertical omnidirectional beams.
Successive presses of the switch trigger the following output: one horizontal omnidirectional laser
beam; one vertical omnidirectional laser beam; one horizontal omnidirectional laser and one vertical
omnidirectional laser beam; two vertical omnidirectional laser beams.
Automatic laser pointer levelling
Caution! The automatic laser pointer levelling function can only be used if the tripod thread points
downwards. Any other position of the product will be signalled as exceeding the automatic adjustment
range.
Setting the lock on the open padlock symbol will activate the automatic laser pointer levelling mech-
anism. If the product is tilted at an angle within the automatic adjustment range, the projected lines
will be automatically levelled.
If the displayed lines pulsate (approx. 3 times per second), it means that the product is tilted by an an-
gle greater than the adjustment range in which case automatic levelling will not be possible. Change
the position so that the displayed lines stop pulsating.
Manual mode
The manual mode is useful when the device must be tilted. In manual mode, the laser beam is emitted
with the automatic adjustment mechanism locked, the lock must be moved as far as possible towards
the closed padlock symbol.
Then press and hold the power switch. The laser lines will be displayed. To turn offthe device operat-

ing in this mode, press and hold the power switch for more than 2 seconds. In this mode, the accuracy
is not maintained and the laser beam will pulsate every 5 seconds.
Pulse mode
After starting the device, press the switch to move to the following pulse modes: continuous pulse
mode and external pulse mode. The pulse modes are used to work with laser radiation detectors and
are particularly useful when working outdoors or in very brightly lit rooms.
With the laser switched on and the lock shifted towards the padlock symbol, press the on/offswitch
to activate the continuous pulse mode.
Press and hold the switch for approx. 2 seconds, with the lock moved towards the open padlock
symbol to activate the external pulse mode. The laser beams will flash 5 times and the pulse mode
indicator light will be illuminated in blue. To exit this mode press and hold the switch for approx. 2
seconds, with the lock moved towards the open padlock symbol. The laser beams will flash 5 times
and the pulse mode indicator light will go out
Mounting the product on the tripod
The base of the product is equipped with a threaded opening which allows the product to be mounted
on a tripod (available separately) or in the handle supplied with the product.
If the supplied handle is used, screw the handle screw into the product opening as far as possible in
the device’s bottom wall. The product mount is equipped with magnets which can be used to attach
the handle to ferromagnetic surfaces.
If the product is mounted on a tripod, please refer to the information supplied with the tripod.
Product use
If the product is used outdoors or in the presence of a strong light source such as sunlight, the working
range and visibility of laser lines may be reduced.
An example of product use is shown in the figures.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
After finishing work, wipe the product with a soft, slightly damp cloth removing possible impurities
created during operation. After cleaning, dry with a soft cloth or leave to dry. Do not immerse the

product in water. Do not use solvents, corrosive agents, alcohol, petrol or abrasives for cleaning.
Store the product in a dry and shaded place, ensuring good ventilation. The place of storage should
not be accessible to children and persons unauthorised to operate the device. The conditions in the
place of storage should be the same as the operating conditions. Remove the batteries when storing
the product over longer time periods.

BEDIENUNG DES GERÄTES
Aufladen des Akkus
Der Akku muss vor dem Gebrauch aufgeladen werden. Der Akku kann nur geladen werden, wenn
er im Gerät montiert ist. Ziehen Sie zum Einsetzen des Akkus die Verriegelung des Akkufachdeckels
zurück und öffnen Sie den Deckel (II). Legen Sie den Akku ins Fach ein.
Verbinden Sie den Stecker mit der Buchse im Akku bzw. mit der Buchse am Gerät, wenn der Akku im
Gerät eingebaut ist (III). Während der Ladung blinkt die Ladelampe grün, und wenn der Ladevorgang
abgeschlossen ist, leuchtet sie dauerhaft.
Wenn der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, trennen Sie sofort das Ladegerät vom Netz und dann das
Kabel vom Akku. Sichern Sie die Batterieladebuchse mit der Kappe.
Der Lithium-Ionen-Akku (Li-Ion) hat einen minimierten Memory-Effekt und kann jederzeit aufgeladen
werden. Es wird jedoch empfohlen, den Akku einmal alle paar Ladevorgänge während des normalen

Ein- und Ausschalten (IV)
Durch Drücken des Schalters wird das Gerät unabhängig von der Verriegelungsposition gestartet.
Wird das Schloss in Richtung des geschlossenen Vorhängeschloss-Symbols bewegt, startet das
Gerät im manuellen Betrieb. Wenn das Schloss in Richtung des offenen Vorhängeschloss-Symbols
bewegt wird, startet das Gerät im Selbstnivellierungsmodus für den Laserpointer.
Das Gerät wird im manuellen Betrieb durch Drücken und Halten des Schalters für ca. 2 Sekunden
ausgeschaltet. Der Laserpointer wird im Selbstnivelliermodus ausgeschaltet, wenn das Schloss in
Richtung des verriegelten Vorhängeschloss-Symbols bewegt wird.
Während der Lagerung wird empfohlen, das Laserschloss bis zum geschlossenen Vorhängeschloss-
Symbol zu bewegen. Dadurch wird das Lasermodul im Gerätegehäuse fixiert, wodurch das Risiko
einer Beschädigung des Produkts während des Transports und der Lagerung verringert wird.
Wenn das Gerät in Betrieb ist, können durch aufeinanderfolgendes Drücken des Schalters die ange-
zeigten Laserstrahlen gewechselt werden. Standardmäßig werden ein horizontaler omnidirektionaler
Laser und zwei vertikale omnidirektionale Laser angezeigt. Durch aufeinanderfolgendes Drücken des
Schalters werden folgende Lichtarten aktiviert: ein horizontaler omnidirektionaler Laser; ein vertikaler
omnidirektionaler Laser; ein horizontaler omnidirektionaler Laser und ein vertikaler omnidirektionaler
Laser; zwei vertikale omnidirektionale Laser.
Selbstnivellierender Laserpointer
Achtung! Der selbstnivellierende Laserpointer kann nur verwendet werden, wenn das Stativgewinde
nach unten zeigt. Jede andere Position des Produkts wird als Überschreitung des Selbstregelungs-
bereichs signalisiert.
Durch Einstellen des Schlosses auf dem offenen Vorhängeschloss-Symbol wird der Selbstnivellier-
mechanismus im Laserpointer aktiviert. Wenn das Produkt in einen Winkel innerhalb des Selbstein-
stellungsbereichs gekippt wird, nivellieren sich die angezeigten Linien selbst.
