To use you food choppe
The knife blade unit comes in 2 pa ts, a lowe and an uppe blade.
● Fo coa se chopping use the lowe blade on its own.
● Fo fine chopping o pu eeing use both blades togethe . This will also give a faste
esult. To use both blades fit the uppe blade onto the lowe blade and to locate in
place○

Note: Afte p ocessing food, the uppe blade may disengage f om the lowe blade. This is
no mal as the blade assembly is designed to be loose fitting to ease sepa ation afte use.
1. Fit the bowl onto the powe unit.

2 Fit the blade assembly into the bowl.
3.Fit the food sc ape into the bowl.
● Always fit the bowl and blade assembly onto the food choppe befo e adding
ing edients.
4. Cut the food into suitably sized pieces and place in the bowl. La ge pieces of food
should be cut into app oximately 1 to 2 cm pieces.
5.Put the top cove onto unit and tu n anti-clockwise to lock into place○

The choppe has safety switch, which can be activated by locking top cove , as shown
below.
Operation
Connect to the powe supply and sta t to use ,as equi ed.
Note:
You choppe is designed with PULSE function. Fo PULSE function, p ess switch softly
and p ess full fo continues use desi ed esult achieved.

●your chopper is designed with a food scraper ③, to achieve a better food result,
rotate scraping rotator to scrape the sides of the transparent bowl, while in use, so
it can bring back the food to center for better chopping results.
● Always unplug the food chopper before removing the cover.

● Do not un the food choppe continuously fo longe than 30 seconds. Leave to cool fo
2 minutes in between each 30 second ope ation.
● Do not ope ate the food choppe if the bowl is empty.
● Always allow hot food to cool befo e p ocessing.
● Do not place any pa t of the choppe in the mic owave.

● Remembe that chopping ha d foods such as coffee beans, spices, chocolate o ice will
wea the knife blades faste .
● Bewa e of ove p ocessing some ing edients. Stop and check the consistency
f equently.
● To ensu e even p ocessing and bette esult, always sc aping otato to move food
sc ape , sc ape food down f om bowl side.
● The best esults a e obtained by chopping small quantities at one time.
● Cut la ge pieces of food into 1-2cm pieces. A la ge load o la ge pieces may cause
uneven esults

Ca e and cleaning
Caution danger of injury! The blades are very sharp! o not touch the blades while
cleaning to avoid injury! For safety reason, the blades are not suited for removing
them.
Caution! anger of electrical shock! Before cleaning and removing parts, switch off
the electric appliance and always remove the plug from the mains. Never immerse
the appliance into water. The connector parts must not get wet. Contact of electrical
parts with moisture can cause electric shock or short circuit and damage.
Do not use sha p dete gents o metallic, ab asive objects to clean the unit as the
su face of the unit o accesso ies might get damaged.
If necessa y just wipe the moto unit with a d y o damp cloth. The these pa ts in
wate with soap o put them in dishwashe fo washing.

How to assemble the silicon ring

Install the silicon ing into the inside of lid path, then p ess the ing by hand until fix well on
the lid.
