2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Z-Shade Co. Ltd., manufacturer of the product, warrants to the original purchaser who provides a dated sales receipt
from an Authorized Dealer, each part of the Z-Shade product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a
period of two (2) years after the date of original purchase. The frame is covered under a limited two (2) year warranty
and guarantees the frame to be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty applies only for normal
and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer.
Z-Shade Co. Ltd. obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product or its parts, after
a review and examination of a submitted warranty claim.
Do not dispose of the shelter or any part of a shelter while claim is under review.

Please do not send any product to Z-Shade without prior written authorization.

CONDITIONS: This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This
warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, not to accidental or deliberate
damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions.
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Read this information before proceeding. It is the user’s responsibility to take the following precautions at all times.
• Do not use in any potentially windy or rainy weather. Wind and rain can damage your canopy and may also result in injury to you
or others. Therefore, do not rely on canopy for protection in heavy or prolonged rain storms.
• This product is designed as a temporary sun canopy. Do not leave up for extended periods.
• Always stake or weigh down your canopy.
• Use caution when handling the canopy’s frame. Avoid pinching hands or fingers as frame opens or closes.
• Do not use canopy in a lightning storm.
• Do not leave your canopy unattended.
• Do not build fires under canopy.
PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE:
For long lasting durability and the best possible protection for your canopy, follow these care & maintenance instructions:
• Use a mild soap (not detergent) and plenty of water for top cleaning.
• Let the canopy top and frame dry completely before closing or storing to avoid mildew.
• The canopy frame will operate and look better if occasionally wiped with silicone spray, especially before and after use in damp
conditions. Remove excess silicone residue before attaching top.
• Slightly tighten bolts if frame becomes loose. Be careful not to over tighten bolts.

Strips
With partner, grasp 2 outer legs, slightly lift
off the ground, and step backwards –
stopping at full arms’ length.
With partner on opposite side, place your frame
in the center of area to be shaded. Grasp 2
outer legs, lift off the ground, and step
backwards - stopping at full arms’ length.

Attach the skirts by locking the skirts
clips on the bottom of outer truss at
adjacent corners.
Repeat on the remaining corners.

Unfold the polyester top and place it
over the open frame. – Align all corners
of the canopy top over the corners of
the frame.
Grasp the top and bottom of the truss on
opposite sides. Slightly lift canopy up and
PUSH hands together while stepping
backwards until canopy is fully opened.
Be careful not to pinch fingers or push too
hard so as to avoid damage to truss.
NOTE: OPEN & CLOSE labels.

Secure the polyester top to the frame by
attaching the canopy locking strips to the
locking strips on the frame.
Fully pull the corners down.
To engage slider at corners, first lift the
fabric off of the slider. Then, with one
hand hold the top of the leg while
PUSHING UP the push button slider
with other hand until slider engages.
Repeat on opposite legs.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT:
Use push button to adjust legs
to desired height.
Repeat on remaining legs.

With partner, slightly lift up outer
legs and press push button to
unlock and telescope inner legs
into outer legs. Repeat on
remaining legs.
LOWERED CANOPY
NOTE: With canopy in
lowered position,
TAKE CAUTION and walk
UNDERSIDE canopy to
begin to close.
UNDERSIDE CANOPY
– Hold upper frame with
one hand and with other
hand push snap button to
release hub carefully down
the runner.

at each corner by first
lifting fabric away from
slider. Push button slider
to release slider and
unlock from truss.

With partner on opposite side,
grasp top and bottom area of
trusses. Slightly lift canopy up
and PULL hands apart while
stepping towards your partner
until canopy is 3/4 closed.
Be careful not to pinch fingers!

Next, with each partner grasping
2 outer legs, push frame
together to fully close it.
Store canopy in roll away bag.

KEEP ALL FLAME AND HEAT
SOURCES AWAY FROM ALL PRODUCT FABRICS.
THESE PRODUCTS ARE MADE WITH FLAME RESISTANT FABRIC WHICH MEETS
CPAI-84 SPECIFICATIONS. IT IS NOT FIREPROOF. THE FABRIC WILL BURN
IF LEFT IN CONTINUOUS CONTACT WITH ANY FLAME SOURCE.
Secure the polyester
top on the frame by

around the trusses.
Repeat on all strips.

- Open the
vents by propping up
the supporting strips.

Unfold the top canopy fabric back
down to cover each corner skirt.
Repeat on the remaining corners.
