ZADAK provides two types of heatsinks: ultra-thin graphene
and aluminum extrusion to effectively reduce the PCIe 4.0 SSD
temperature to maintain reading and writing performance at
optimum levels.
This quick guide will explain how to assemble and disassemble the
enclosed heatsink of ZADAK TWSG4S M.2 PCIe Gen4 x4 SSD.
Please review it thoroughly before you install the heatsink on your
SSD.

Step 1 :
Step 2 :
Insert the m.2 SSD horizontally according to the bridge in the bracket.
Tearing off the release paper, and attaching the thermal adhesive tape to
the heatsink bracket.
Aluminum Heatsink Assembly Procedure
According to your needs, please select the heatsink to be installed: graphene
or aluminum.

After placing the m.2 SSD in the bracket, please checking if there is room for
connector and half moon screw holes.
Attaching the thermal adhesive tape to the heatsink, and tearing off the
release paper for placing the heatsink later.

Place the heatsink on the bracket and align it with one side. Put two fingers
on both ends and press down with appropriate force. Press the heatsink
into the latch of the bracket.
Check if the heatsink is locked into the bracket and complete the
assembly.
Assembly completed!

Prepare a flathead screwdriver. Insert the flathead screwdriver into the
one of the latch of the bracket.
Gently detach the latch of the bracket. Then you can detach another
latch of the bracket.

*Notice: The enclosed heatsink is free without warranty.
After completing the previous steps, you can gently remove the heatsink
from the bracket.
Disassembly completed!
Step 3 :

Orient the SSD so that the half moon screw hole is to the left, and the
golden finger to the right. Remove the release paper on the back of the
graphene heatsink, and attach the heatsink to the m.2 SSD.

*Please note: the heatsink should not be removed and repasted to an SSD.
