• The Zepcam T2 is a bodycam for professional use to record video, audio and GPS.
The T2 camera is very easy to use, ruggedized and has a large battery to record up
to 7 hours continously. The Zepcam T2 comes with an integrated back end solution
to store and manage recorded footage.

FUNCTIONALITIES
POWER ON
• Push button 4, keep pressed for 2 seconds (single beep,
indicator 9 is green to indicate standby).
• (Note! After switching on, the camera needs 5 seconds before
accepting record commands!)
POWER OFF
• (When the indicator 9 is green) Push button 4, and keep
pressed for 3 seconds (single long beep, indication lights
turns off).
RECORD • Push button 4. (2 beeps, indicator 9 blinks red)
STOP RECORDING
• Push button 4, keep pressed for 2 seconds. (2 beeps,
indicator 9 is green).
TAKE A PICTURE • Push button 5 (1 beep, indicator 9 flashes one time red)
TAKE A PICTURE
WHILE RECORDING
• Push button 4 or 5. (1 beep).
PRERECORDING
ENABLED
• When pre-recording is activated, indicator 9 is flashing red.
(you can activate this option in Zepcam Connect).
RESET • Press once for reset (no data and settings will be lost).

SINGLE DOCKING STATION
The T2 is provided with a single docking
station. The single docking station is used to
charge and offload data using a PC or laptop
with Zepcam Connect software installed.
• Your Zepcam T2 must be connected by a
USB cable to a PC or a laptop with Zepcam
Connect installed.
• Zepcam Connect is supported on Windows 7,
8.1 or 10.
• Zepcam Connect will automatically take care
of downloading movies to your computer
and/ or offloading them to the Zepcam
Server or Cloud as well as charging the
camera (for charging only, it is advised to
use the USB charger that comes with the T2
bodycam. This makes charging faster than
using the USB port of a PC).
• Zepcam Connect will be provided via a
download link by your Zepcam contact
person.
[Note] when the data is successfully copied and or offloaded, the data is
automatically removed from the T2.

1. Run the Setup file to install Zepcam Connect (provided by your Zepcam contact
person).
2. When Zepcam Connect is newly installed and started for the first time it will ask for
the unlock/pairing code:
Choose between: unlock software or unlock software and pair to server

SETUP OF ZEPCAM CONNECT
PC SOFTWARE FOR VIDEO TRANSFER
• Zepcam Connect is the software allowing you to download the Zepcam T2 videos
to your PC and transfer them to Zepcam Manager (cloud or server software).
• Zepcam Connect is supported by Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 only.
Unlock: Only download movies to your local PC
Unlock software and pair to server: copy movies to your local pc and/or offload movies to Zepcam
Cloud or server.
Zepcam Connect can be paired later with the Zepcam Cloud or a Zepcam Server
Unlock Zepcam Connect software
Follow these steps in case you want to use Zepcam Connect as standalone
software. Videos will be stored on your PC. Go to the next page for cloud details.
1. Use activation code provided by your Zepcam contact person
2. In Zepcam Connect: enter activation / pairing code at screen
3. In Zepcam Connect: message “Pairing successful”
4. Go now to the section “Link your Zepcam T2 to Zepcam Connect”

3. Press “Add Connect Client” (Green button)
4. Enter Zepcam Connect name (e.g. name of the person using Zepcam Connect):
1. First, log in to Zepcam Manager (cloud s1.zepcam.com or s4.zepcam.com or
server software) and follow the steps below.
2. Then go to Settings->Devices->Zepcam Connect:
Pairing Zepcam Connect with Cloud or Zepcam Server
• Please follow these steps in case you want to use Zepcam cloud or server for
storage and video management.

5. A pop up appears with Connect Code:
6. Copy Connect Code and send to the person that needs to activate Zepcam
Connect
7. In Zepcam Connect: enter activation / pairing code at screen.
8. In Zepcam Connect: message “Pairing successful”.
Link your Zepcam T2 to Zepcam Connect
1. Connect the single dock with provided USB cable to your PC. Place the new
Zepcam T2 in the single dock.

2. If this is the first time the T2 is connected with Zepcam Connect, the program
will ask you to enter the PIN:
[NOTE] The PIN has been supplied together with the Zepcam T2 (in the box).
The program will remember this PIN to authenticate the camera automatically
in the future.
Charging continues until the battery
is full
Blue led 8 will go off or flashing
quickly when fully charged
3. The movies and photos will automatically be transferred from the camera to
your computer. When movies are successfully transferred, they are automatically
removed from the Zepcam T2.
4. The program will show “Finished” after download is complete:

When accessing “Preferences” for the first time, you will be asked to create a
Zepcam Connect Admin password (password prevents end users adjusting T2 settings).
Pay attention to put a password you will remember. You will need it to
make changes on your Zepcam T2 camera.
SOFTWARE OPTIONS
Movie handling:
Program settings
• Copy to PC
• Offload to Server ( Only available when paired )
• Copy to Pc and Offload to Server ( Only available when Paired )
When paired content is automatically offloaded to
the Zepcam Cloud or Zepcam Server.
Video location: Local drive or network share.
Power Off after copy: for faster charging.
Admin Password: Change admin password

T2 Camera Settings:
• Automatic IR filter: Decides when IR sensors are switched on in dark environments.
• Power Up Auto Record: It means the T2 will start recording as soon as possible
when powered on (after 5 seconds).
• Microphone: Audio recording can be entirely disabled or only disabled during pre-
recording.
• Pre-recording: Is a buffer of max 30 seconds prior to the actual recording and will
be part of the entire recording.
T2 Device Manager
When you entered the wrong pin for a T2, you can change it and enter the correct PIN
for the T2 in this window (don’t forget to Save!).
[Note] In most cases, the default settings are suitable

Server Settings:
• If you only unlocked Zepcam Connect, optionally you are also able to pair the
Zepcam Connect with the Zepcam Cloud or a Zepcam server by selecting the
Server Settings tab and enter the pairing code.
• Shows the pairing status, which server Zepcam Connect is paired with and under
which name this Zepcam Connect is known in the cloud or on the Zepcam Server;
• When connection to server is available, the Server Status will be “Link”.

Zepcam Cloud:

On your Zepcam Server:
Use the admin username and password provided by Zepcam. We recommend you
to change your password after logging in for the first time!
• Zepcam Manager is the software to manage Zepcam devices, users and
store and manage recorded video, audio and GPS data. Zepcam Manager
is avalaible as Cloud solution (hosted and managed by Zepcam ) and Server
Software (installed on the IT network of the client).
Requirement
• Computer with internet connection when using Zepcam Cloud or computer
with LAN or WAN connection with Zepcam Server
• Zepcam Manager admin account

receive anything.

Add Users to Zepcam Manager
1. Go to Settings->Users:
USER MANAGEMENT
In this section, find how to:
1. Add users to Zepcam Manager
2. Pairing Zepcam Connect with Cloud or Zepcam Server
3. Give users access to view specific camera and camera recordings
There are 2 user levels within the Zepcam Manager:
User:
• Log in to the Zepcam Manager
• See offload status
• View videos and GPS data
• Archive files
Admin:
• Manage users
• Manage cameras
• Manage camera access
• Manage docking stations
• Manage system
• View videos and GPS data
• Archive and delete files

2. Click on the button “Add User”
3. Enter user’s details & role
4. Submit
5. Provide users with login details
Give Users access to view camera (and its recordings) in Zepcam Manager
[Note] This action is only possible after the T2 camera offloaded images or videos
for the first time into the cloud or Zepcam Server.
1. Go to Settings -> Access Control
2. Select camera from the camera list
3. Select users to give camera access to and then press the button “>”
4. Press submit
