Hold the power button on the side of your
Jamstik for 1 second. (Same to turn off.)

Do not touch the fretboard during power up.

Ensure 4 AA batteries are installed.

The LED indicator will pulse red at startup,
blink green when ready to pair, and fade
green in and out when connected.

Hello!
Connect & Pair
• Activate Bluetooth on your iPad/iPhone.
• Launch the Jamstik app and
tap “Select a Jamstik”.
• Select your Jamstik ID from the list.
Your unique Jamstik ID is an 8 character code
on a sticker on the back of your Jamstik.

• Download the Jamstik Companion App from
the app store.

Connect to device via USB or Bluetooth via Audio MIDI
setup (Mac Only).
• You can update your Jamstik by connecting to the iOS App and clicking, “update firmware”.
If an update is available, you’ll be notified when connected to the online Play Portal.

If your Jamstik is out of tune or gets a stuck note, perform a
soft-reset by pressing both (+) & (-) buttons simultaneously.
• Always ensure your Jamstik is updated for the best playing experience!
• If your LED is blinking Red & Green, this indicates
low battery, and your AA batteries should be replaced.

sensors.

Do not use this apparatus near water.
Clean only with a dry cloth.
Do not operate near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
Only use attachments/accessories specified by the Manufacturer.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been
damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled, objects
have fallen into the apparatus, or the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not
operate normally, or has been dropped.
DON’T—Mix old and new batteries, batteries of different brands, or batteries of different types in the
same device as this may cause the batteries to leak.
DON’T—Attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. This can cause your batteries to
overcharge or leak.
DON’T Remove the battery label, attempt to take the battery apart, or dispose of in a fire as this may
lead to rupture and/or chemical burns.
Recycling:
Alkaline batteries can be safely disposed of normal household waste, everywhere but California. We
however strongly recommend for these to be disposed at a recycling station.
