Toensurethecoolerdeliversfreshandcleanair,regularlychangethewaterwhen
dirty,andcleanboththedustfilterandthecoolingpad.
a.Removethefilterpadbyunscrewingthe4screwsontherearofthecooler.Thenliftthe
padandpulloutatthebottomtorelease.Toreplacethepad,slideupintotheslotunder
thetopofthecooler,pushinatthebottom,andallowtodropintothelowerslot.
b.Cleanthepadfromtheinner-sidetoout-sideofpadinnersideistowardsmotor).Never
useanyliquiddetergent.Neverusepressurizedwater,asitmaycausedamagetothe
pad.
c.Unscrewthedrainagelidtoletdirtywaterflowout,thencleanthewatertank.Washoff
dirtonthewatersensor,waterpumpandthefloatvalve.Rinsethoroughly.
d.Usemildsoapandsoftcleanclothwhencleaningthecoolercasing.Donotuseany
causticchemicaldetergentthatmaycausedamagetothesurfaceofthecooler.
e.Topreventbuildupofalgaeandbiologicalorganismsinthereservoir,regularlyadd
chlorine/brominetablesaspertabletmanufacturerrecommendationforevaporative
coolerreservoirs.
